Izuku is sound asleep in his bed. He's warm, and comfortable, the kind of deep sleep you get during a soft rain fall after you drift peacefully off.
In other words, he's out, fully, passed out cold oblivious to the word after he had spent all his energy using his quirks to walk and after the blonde he's known his whole life confessed his feelings for him to which he reciprocated fully. Then the thing that kicked that blissful sleep into high gear was that smoking blonde bomb slept right next to him all night long.
Yes, this was good, this was amazing, this was glorious this was getting ready to be interrupted by his his new boyfriend who just tore the soft warm blankets right off his body.
Izuku jumps awake shivering immediately at the cool morning air on his skin with wide eyes that see a smirking blonde holding the covers standing next to the bed.
" Ahhh! Kacchan! What.. what the heck?!!", he shivers out making the blonde chuckle.
" What the fuck do you think this is huh? You slept thirty minutes past your work out time. What did you think, now that I'm your boyfriend I'd let you slack the fuck off?! Not a chance, if anything I'm pushing that ass harder, eventually in more ways then one, but for now it's time to get the hell out of bed and get your day started. We have work outs to get to and your breakfast is getting cold. Now get up, get dressed and maybe I'll give you a kiss, move it nerd.", the blonde says sternly as he holds a slight smile walking out of the room.
Izuku sits in surprise while he blinks back sleep a pout forming as he crosses his arms over his chest shivering while he mutters with annoyance.
" I think I deserve more than a kiss after being woke up like that. Stupid Kacchan, stupid cold, stupid early."
Katsuki is standing right outside the door in the hallway listening with an amused smirk hidden from sight as he yells to the greenett who's pulling himself out of bed.
" What the fuck did you just say?"
Izuku jumps at the sudden sound as he calls back to the blonde while he pulls on his tshirt.
" I said my Kacchan is amazing!"
Katsuki can't help but smirk and chuckle softly out of sight at the lie just yelled.
He clears his throat calling back.
" That's what I thought! Let's go!"
Izuku rolls his eyes mumbling incoherent things with a sleepy yawn while he moves into the bathroom.
After fifteen minutes or so the greenett emerges from the bathroom pushing his chair out to the breakfast table to see the blonde sitting there drinking his coffee..
The blonde gazes up from his phone where he's reading some hero news meeting emerald eyes.
He gives a slight smirk.
" Bout time. Come eat your breakfast that I had to reheat already cause you thought you had the day off."
Izuku scrunches his face with slight puffed cheeks as he picks up his fork.
" Well I mean, I was up kinda late. Last night was big news Kacchan, I couldn't sleep for awhile. I still can't believe you were able to fall asleep so easily.", he mumbles taking a mouth full of fruit
Katsuki smirks with a shrug.
" Why? I already knew how I felt about you, it was only shocking to you."
Izuku blinks at him with a mouth full of food making Katsuki chuckle before he continues speaking.
" Besides dragging my thoughts and feelings up from hell and showing them to you made me tired as fuck. You know I'm not that good with that stuff."
Izuku smiles setting his fork down.
" I thought you did really good though. It.. it means a lot to me that you were able to say everything you did."
Katsuki gives only a slight smile, his face tinted with just a hint of blush as he glances down at his coffee cup.
" Yeah well, it was about time you knew, I mean every one else did.", the blonde finally smirks.
Izuku blushes slightly covering his face.
" Ugh I can't believe everyone knew and never said anything."
The blonde grins with a chuckle pulling Izuku's hand from his face.
" That's probably because I threatened to blast their faces off if they said anything till I was fucking ready."
The greenett meets crimson eyes giving a smile and a light laugh while he keeps hold of the blondes hand.
" Ok yeah, that makes sense."
The blonde smirks again
" Can't wait to fucking tell Round Face and Icyhot though. Damn, I might call those pricks tonight."
Izuku laughs with a head shake as he begins to eat again hearing the blonde speak as he does.
" I mean all this is fucking great Deku with us finally getting together, don't get me wrong but what we should be talking about is the fact that you fucking walked. You fucking did it, how you feeling about that?", he ask seeing a smile come to the greenett.
" Honestly, I'm still in shock I think, I was so focused on getting to you and finding out about the tattoo and what you had to tell me that it's all I could think about in the moment. It.. it felt amazing to be able to move even though it was extremely painful."
Katsuki frowns immediately.
" I could see it was taking one hell of a toll on you with having to put all your concentration into your quirk, I didn't realize you were in that much pain though, fuck Deku I'm sorry for pushing you the distance I did. How do you feel today, physically?"
Izuku sees something in crimson eyes he's never noticed before, though over the years if he had looked closer he would have noticed was always there, a look of deep concern. It makes him stumble over his words momentarily as he holds onto that gaze that he knows he'll keep close.
" Oh..K-Kacchan no, that's... that's ok. I needed that push, I'm not sure I would have tried it, or even thoughh of it. It was actually genius of you and no one has ever been able to challenge me like you. It was worth it, worth the pain it caused to walk, and especially to hear what you had to say."
Katsuki raises his brow feeling his heart pick up pace against his chest.
" Especially to hear what I had to say? Deku, you've been miserable, upset, destroyed inside at the thought of not being able to walk and we finally figured out part of the key and you're more happy about what I had to say over anything else?", he ask in amazement.
Izuku smiles almost sheepish as his eyes shift from the blonde to his plate then back again.
" Well yes, I mean walking is amazing, even if just with my quirks, I'm not sure where it will lead or how long it will work but it definitely gave me hope, but hearing that the person I have always looked up to, cared about, had feelings of my own for also had feelings for me, ones that I had no idea about even after our rocky middle school years. That, that was even more amazing to me."
Katsuki is stunned silent for a minute as he takes in the words, words that he knows will write themselves across his heart because this nerd, his nerd, just told him that he means more to him then what he's strived to do for months, walk.
Without another thought, word, or breath taken Katsuki leans over the table gripping the greenett's white tshirt pulling him into a kiss, one that makes green eyes go wide, then flutter closed as he melts into lips that are rough, yet some how gentle with the love and feeling they hold.
They stay that way for a few minutes locked in a kiss that melts time and space away until Katsuki finally pulls away seeing a flushed, sheepish looking Izuku. It's a look that actually makes someone inside his heart ache because he loves it, always has.
There's a smirk curving onto sharp features when he sees a questioning expression on his newly claimed boyfriend.
" What? I told you I'd give you a kiss if you got your ass outta bed didn't I ? Told you before, I'm a man of my word Deku, now eat so we can get to your workouts.", he says as he gets up to clean up his breakfast plate.
The greenett watches him go, that board back standing at the sink. He smiles wide with a blush and a lip bite still unable to believe that this is real.
A short time later the green eyed hero is on the floor doing a series of stretches and sit ups with the help of the blonde like always, the only difference is this time a very happy greenett can't seem to stop chattering away at the blonde who can't help the smile that wants to break through at the up beat mood he's been waiting for for weeks now.
" So we should probably say something to Mr Aizawa about this right Kacchan? I mean my walking with my quirks, not necessarily our relationship, unless you want to tell him about our relationship, should we tell him about our relationship? Should we tell the others? Have you told Auntie yet? Wonder if she'll be surprised?"
Katsuki listens to the muttering mess on the floor with a raised bow and an amused head shake.
" Damn Deku, slow down, I don't think I've heard you ramble on this much since we were kids. And yeah we are gonna tell him about you being able to use black whip to finally take steps, but I wanna wait till we get it a little stronger, as far as our relationship goes we can tell him whenever you want, though I have a feeling he knew it was coming."
Izuku stops mid sit up with two raised brows.
" Really? So .. he.. he knew too??!"
Katsuki smirks slightly with a shrug.
" Don't look at me, I didn't say shit to him, my friends knew yeah but I think Aizawa figured it out just watching us for years. I mean think about it Deku, he spent the most time with us, every damn day."
Izuku scrunches his face thinking.
" Yes, that's true. Geeze I wish someone would have told me."
Katsuki breaks into a chuckle at this making green eyes look at him in question.
" You're cute when you're clueless as fuck."
There's a blush on freckles.
" You.. you really think I'm cute?"
The blonde rolls his eyes with a grin
" Yeah, always have."
Two green brows raise.
" Gosh, so much I didn't know but wish I had.", he mutters.
Katsuki laughs again.
" Well now you know and you're slacking here shitty Deku, let's go, twenty more, don't think I fucking lost count."
Izuku rolls his eyes with a smile as he continues his work out with Katsuki still talking.
" As far as telling everyone else fuck yeah we're telling them. I'm not hiding shit and I want those bastards to know you're mine officially. I'm sure the Hag always knew, she use to make comments that I always tried to deny. She'll be happy about it cause she always loved your nerd ass more than me I think, oh and while we're on this subject, Deku you need to let Auntie come see you. I know she misses you."
Izuku stops again. Green eyes looking almost ashamed.
" Y-yes, I suppose you're right. It.. it was just really hard to see her so upset over my condition, one I couldn't do anything about."
Katsuki nods feeling an ache in his chest at the upset tone.
" Yeah Izuku I get it, I do but you're doing so much fucking better than you were before. It's time to show her that. She's been worried. I know it's rough, and I'll be right here with you, so you won't have to deal with shit on your own anymore."
Green eyes go glassy with a smile.
" That.. that makes me feel so much better about a lot of things. Thank you Kacchan."
The blonde smiles.
" You're welcome, nineteen, you still owe me nineteen Deku, I'm keeping track you slacker."
They both laugh as Izuku begins again.
When this part of the workout is complete they move to quirk training.
Once again One For All is activated along with black whip as Katsuki stands several steps away watching that concentrated determination take over the greenett. Green eyes closed, sweat running, wincing against what feels like bone crushing pain he moves. He moves with a new sense of hope to the blonde he knows his waiting just a few feet away.
Swells of pride fill the blonde hero as he pushes his boyfriend forward with his words
" That's it Deku, you got this, keep moving. Fuck, this is still so damn amazing to me. I'll tell you what, you make it to me and I'll take your nerdy ass out on our first date."
Green eyes snap open with trails of All For One burning from those stunning eyes.
Katsuki feels his heart skip.
Izuku feels a new surge of energy that he pushes into his legs making his quirks burn brighter, black whip tightening around his legs with more support as he moves himself forward so quickly Katsuki can hardly believe his eyes.
That green-eyed hero is now standing right in front of him panting, sweating, grunting from pain but smiling.
" Where.. where will you take me?"
Katsuki raises a brow with a huge grin.
" The fuck, did you fly to me or some shit?! You got a new quirk i don't know about?? That was fast as fuck Deku."
Izuku laughs breathless as the blonde reaches out and pulls him into his chest holding onto him to keep him steady.
" I couldn't help it. You said that about the date and my emotions fuled my quirks."
Katsuki smiles with a heart that feels like it might erupt.
He leans down and kisses a damp from sweat forehead then speaks as crimson and green lock on
" I was banking on it, betting everything on the fact that I could always move you. That your feelings for me for whatever reason would always push you forward. That's what I bet all on last night."
Tears well in green eyes as he speaks.
" I've chased you as long as I can't remember, wanting to catch up to stand beside you, now that I've caught up, I'll fight with everything I have to be able to stay there, at your side,always."
