My last summer, I wish to say I was joking but with the way this season makes me feel every hour
I can't say I wish to stay here any longer
I no longer talk to anyone as I do not wish to be a bother
I keep these thoughts away from my mother father, sister, and brother
after all, what are they supposed to do?
not that they'd believe my words anyway
My last summer will be right before my final day
It is when I finally lose my will to stay
As usual, during my summer I spend all day getting carried away through music and makeup
while I go on youtube watching people play
and as the sun goes down and as the sun's rays finally go out I look to the stars
and say "That'll be me someday"
My last summer will be the end of the pain as I find a way to start a-new again
I do not wish people to feel pain once they remember me
for that is why when I leave I will leave a letter with the words to tell them I'll be okay
but I am sorry I could not stay, as I've realized for as long as I live and the seasons change
My mind and heart will always decay
So for my last summer, I wish to simply enjoy it as I would every day
So when I leave, You will always remember me with that smile on my face
