"congratulations on a great job at Fire And Ice i think the judges said i do, girls i'm going to talk about the pyramid" Abby says
"and i'm going to start right here with Paige, the arms we talked about that i've been on you the last few weeks they need to be stronger"
"next i have Brooke, i just want to see you smile even on your wedding day it's like.. you need to be because i want to give you a solo i want you out there doing a solo every singe competition"
"next Mackenzie, you were in the group dance but i need you to bring your level of your dancing i want you to be dancing at the level Maddie was dancing at when she was seven"
"next Chloe, i always want more from you i keep telling you that there's a thousand Chloe's out there."
"moving on up Camila, i think you did really well in the group routine i thought having you in the front with Maddie and Chloe works..so well done"

"next Nia, what did you think about your routine?"
"i thought i did pretty well" Nia says
"and mom" Abby says
"i'd say i was excited to see her onstage again doing her best in a different type of dance i think you still could get those high energy performances without being stereotypical like musical theatre could be something of interest" Holly says
"alright Maddie you're on top of the pyramid" Abby says

"this weekend we are going too Fire And Ice i'll tell you what there is going to be some talent only the best of the best is invited back to the elite competition..Chloe you will be doing a solo Maddie you will also be doing a solo..everybody is going to be in the group dance you are going to be showgirls" Abby says

i look to Mackenzie and her face is the same as mine..

"now this is a famous routine.." Abby starts

"this is a famous routine done years gone by and there are two fans and it's literally the fan dance and the fans are what cover your child's body so the bigger the fan the more they cover one fan goes infront and one fan goes behind." Abby says
"moms.. go ahead and fly..ladies we have to walk the walk" Abby says
|Group Rehearsals|
we learn the group and it's a good routine..i'm just terrified for the costumes
"together..cross" Abby calls out
"a one and two a three a four...what are you doing with your feet Brooke they are so sickled from over here" Abby says
we go from the top
i try to own it in rehearsals so i can get used to the idea
so i make sure to add faces
"pose..pose..pose..pose" Abby says
we do the group dance more and we do take breaks
but it's late and i'm tired..
"stop." Abby says
"Chloe, Camila, Maddie, Mackenzie you're dismissed..the rest of you girls go get a drink and come right back" Abby says
dance gods are on my side tonight..
we go the dancers den and i get my stuff together
and i put my ugg boots on and my coat
"you girls ready?" mom asks
"yes" Chloe says
we leave the studio and we go to the car
and i slowly fall asleep on the way home
|Three Days To Competition|
"woah!" Abby says as she reveals the fans
okay the fans are super cool!
we do the group routine with the fans
"Chloe they're facing the wrong way..there you go" Abby says
"hide..look over there then over there..i'm hot im mean you can't have me you can't afford me and crotch boom." Abby says

we go from the top of the routine
"that's a big peque Maddie" Abby calls out
"go strut!" Abby says and Kenzie struts across
|Costume Fitting|
"i like the headpiece" i say
"it's so cool" Maddie says
Abby hands us out our bra tops
"how is this going to fit me? i could fit this on my american girl doll" Kenzie says
"okay girls go change into those costumes" Abby says
we go change and i hate it..
"i can't go back in there..on camera" i say
"i hate this i hate this i hate this" Paige says
"i have to walk back into school after this." Brooke says
"i feel sick." Chloe says
"girls come on! you've seen one you've seen them all!" Abby calls
"my heart is going so fast." i whisper
"Maddie go first." Paige says
"no!" Maddie squeals
"someone go in first!" i say and i push Nia forward slightly
we eventually get Brooke to go in first and the moms look mortified
"oh those are interesting costumes" Holly says
me and Chloe opt to keep one of our fans infront of us so the camera doesn't see the top without the stones on it
"Paige i hate to say this but if could wear those i'd wear them to the mall" Abby says
"i don't like this costume" i whisper to mom
"you and me both" mom whispers
we finally get to go to change back and im so thankful

|Commercial Shoot|
oh! here's a new thing..me and Chloe are now doing a commercial for Cathy, what is this week?
we get to the shooting place and we head in
"hello!" Cathy says
"hello" mom says
"so good to see you guys!" Cathy says and she hugs me and Chloe
"hi" Chloe says
"hello" i say
"i have their costumes let me go grab it." Cathy says
"it's not a bumblebee is it?" mom asks
"no it's not a bumble bee" Cathy says
Cathy walks out with this beef jerky costumes..
what is it with weird costumes this week?
"oh..beef jerky all over it girls.." mom says
"it does" Cathy says
i look over to Chloe and back to Cathy
"after you're done you can eat all the beef jerky that's on the costumes" Cathy says
"oh goodie" mom says
we get changed and to say i want to wear those electricity costumes over this...i want to wear them
"mom you can't make me do this.." i say
"oh my god." mom says looking at the costume
"why did this have to be a me and Chloe thing why not just a Chloe thing." i say
"and leave me to this? no we are in this together" Chloe says
"it's just think of it as an acting job." mom says
we walk out of the changing room..and i'm mortified
"oh girls you look fabulous!...girls" Cathy says
"yeah.." they all say
no we don't we really really don't
"okay then Chloe you just go boom..and Camila you can do a nice aerial into the shot and do a pose beside her" Cathy says
i nod
i will say
i prefer Cathy's teaching
Abby would've killed us by now
we get taught the rest of the routine
we shoot the commercial and i do my aerial and i do a pose beside Chloe
we wrap up and we get to go home.
|Competition Day|
we get to to the competition and we set up in the dressing room
"i have to tell you ladies i'm so glad Cathy's not coming today" Melissa says
"i am having her banned from every competition we go too" Abby says
"Chloe and Cami wants to show everyone something she got an email she wants everyone to see professional.
commercial" mom says
no we don't wanna show we really really don't..the producers are making us.
breathe in and out
mom then explains the story and Abby is livid
we watch the commercial..my aerial..was good i think but the costume was not.
and Cathy cut out the entire dance routine...Abby is going to kill us
"they're a piece of meat!" Kelly laughs
"do you think had them come to humiliate them?"
oh absolutely.
"absolutely." Abby says
"that was a sneaky move."
"Chloe, Camila just remember if you guys have the future i have planned for you that's going to turn up and haunt you..it's embarrassing and you should've checked with me." Abby says
i look down
my vision starts to blur
"i think it was a good learning lesson they didn't" mom starts
"i hope you learned your lesson because if the kids manager would've been there they wouldn't of been the piece of meat they would've been the stars." Abby says
i start to wipe under my eyes
"well they were the stars." mom says
"don't cry...don't cry okay" mom says to Chloe
"you come and you ask should i do this shouldn't i do this what's it about?" Abby says
"you aren't their manager you're their dance teacher" mom says
"don't cry" mom whispers to me
"Cathy humiliated them i didn't make them a piece of meat!" Abby says
"you constantly do this to my kids before either one of them dances!" mom yells
Abby rolls her eyes
we then go to the audience for the solos
Chloe does amazing with her solo
i really like the theme of it this week!
Maddie performs her solo next
and she did absolutely amazing
we head back to the dressing room and we get ready for the group dance
i still hate the costumes
and we run through the routine before we go backstage
i put my jacket on over the costume so i don't be shown until the stage and only the stage
we go backstage and i take my jacket off
but i keep the fan covering me
"this is junior small group open number 69 please welcome to the stage FANtastic" the announcer says
we enter and we do the routine
i just try to own it and i make my facials big
and to do my best
we exit the stage and i immediately put my jacket on

Chloe got second
and Maddie got first
and our group dance didn't place
we go back to the dressing room and the moms threw Melissa a engagement party
"moms gonna freak" Maddie whispers
"surprise!" mom says
"what's this for?" Melissa asks
"we're having a party!" Kelly says
"girls let's go get some of your makeup off! let's go to the bathroom" Holly says
"i want food" i say as we walk out
"oh same!" Paige says
"we can get food." Holly says
"yes!" we all cheer
