"now listen to me this doesn't mean it's smooth sailing from here on out you really have to work hard when you're wearing that jacket you can't be hunched over a slouchy so if you see that mom you take a thumbtack and stick it between her shoulder blades" Abby says
"we are going too StarBound competition in long island New York, now tell you what they're ready for us they want to beat the Abby Les Dance Company and they are serious they are like sharks in the water they can taste the blood, alright now.."
"Mackenzie, you did well with your solo last time you need to do even better this time"
"Nia, chosen for a special part mom didn't want you to do it not a lot to say"
"next Paige, you didn't do a solo you didn't do a duet or trio so there wasn't a lot to judge you on"
"Kendall, you're off probation you're a member of the team however we need to fix the feet the turn out the back of the knees you still have a lot of work ahead of you"

Brooke walks through the door and we all squeal i jump on Brooke and i hug her
i turn back around to see Payton crying
"i know you all were wondering how could she be on top of the pyramid not only is she going to do a solo this week and not only should she win i demand that you win" Abby says
"Payton we all know everybody's replaceable you were not the right replacement for this group you've had a great experience you saw the gateway to the west you cannot be upset"
"she has a right to be upset Abby you hold a carrot infront of her and you just ripped it away for what? her daughter to just come in here and take a spot as a stranger and for Brooke to leave and you take her back where is your loyalty? we've been so loyal to you" Leslie says
"loyalty?" Kelly says
Leslie and Kelly start to fight
then Payton leaves
"Brooke you have a solo that you must win..Camila you have a solo and Mackenzie you have a solo..the group number high energy ready to join everybody on their feet" Abby says

"you're piece this week is more mature than what you've done before..and you've beaten Maddie if you lose to Mackenzie this week..you're finished" Abby says
i nod
we learn my solo it's to the song The Red Means I Love You by Madds Buckley
"it's like you're insane..show that" Abby calls out
i do the solo
and i get corrected a few times
"okay you're done..fix those corrections" Abby says
i nod

"walk walk strut strut walk walk strut strut" Abby says
"you're backs have to be even on the floor right?" Gia says
"do you have a minute?" Jill comes in asking
we continue the group
but Jill was asking why me, Chloe, Maddie and Paige had solo parts in the group
after rehearsals mom drives us to Kelly's house because the moms are having like a get together so the girls get to go aswell!
we get some snacks and we play monopoly
"that's cheating she's cheating!" i say
"it's not cheating! i landed on your plot!" Paige says
"ugh this game sucks!" i say
"because you're losing" Chloe laughs
"no! i'm not losing" i defend as i hand Paige the money
we continue the game
"pay up!" Brooke says
"no!" Paige huffs
"HAH!" i say
"this game is rigged" Paige says
"you always say that" Brooke says
"but it's true isn't that right Cami" Paige says
"not at the moment since i'm in second" i smirk
"HUH? oh come on!" Paige says
we all laugh

i go over my solo and i try to make it good enough for Abby
"i'm giving you a mature piece because i think you will pull it off..seeing you do it now makes me doubt it" Abby says
i nod
"do it again..Maddie only has to do it once not thirty times one time and she does it perfect..do it and make it perfect" Abby says
i do it again
"watch where your going!" Abby yells
i finish my solo in my ending pose
"okay.." Abby sighs
"it looks alright." Abby adds
|Competition Day|
we get to the competition after Abby yelling at the driver the entire time...
we set up the mirrors and mom helps me get ready for my solo
"i'm nervous" i say as mom does my hair
"you can do this..don't do it for Miss Abby do it for you because you are an incredible dancer don't let her make you doubt yourself" mom says
i nod
Camilas solo costume with the headpiece at the back of a bun:
i start to stretch and Jill talks about Kendall wanting a solo
a girl comes into our dressing room
"i need Camila, Mackenzie and Brooke to come with me..now" she says
we go backstage and i'm really nervous
Miss Abby wants me to beat Mackenzie and i think i can but you never know what the judges want
"welcome to the stage The Red Means I Love You" the announcer says
i enter the stage and i get into my starting position
and my music starts and i give my all that i can
i really want to win to show Abby i'm undefeated
i finish my solo and i exit the stage
Brooke gives me a quick hug
Kenzie enters next and her solo
was adorable so if the judges want a cute jazz solo
Kenzie will win if they want a contemporary piece i'll win
but you never know
Brooke enters for her solo next
and she's a really talented contortionist
so i think she'll win

"Junior Petite" the announcer says
Brooke and Chloe take my hand
"in second place come on up 323 The Party Starts Right Now"
i clap for Kenz
"come on up top Junior Petite 322 The Red Means I Love You"
i smile
and i stand to get my award
"who choreographed this for you?"
"Abby Lee Miller" i say
"great job" the announcer says
i look out to the audience and i see my mom cheering
i sit back down and the girls give me a high five
Brooke gets third place but i think she still did great
we go back to the dressing room and mom hugs me
"i'm so proud of you! undefeated!" mom high-fives me
"undefeated!" i beam
Abby comes into the dressing room and she gives me a hug
then she gives Kenzie a hug
"Brooke i think you did well considering you danced two hours before the rest of those girls" Abby says
we get ready for the group routine
and i feel more confident since i won my solo
Jill then puts lipstick on Abby
and mom mocks her alot
we head backstage after Abby gives us her rant about special parts
"this is number 320 Avalanche" the announcer says
we all enter and Paige starts us off,
and i think i pull the dance off and that my solo bit was good

we get up and we get our award
we come back to the dressing room and we cheer
"you just need to be better dancers you need to out dance everybody..i don't know what did you all think?" Abby asks
"they did really good, and their really good didn't win and that's kind of depressing" Jill says
