Ninja Academy
Ino sat in class, today she would find out her teams. The goal is to complete the 30D ranks as fast as possible because she don't think they would be able to hold their masks for longer than a week at least.
Ino look over to Shino to see the under his desk he is bouncing his leg up and down impatiently, her eyes drift over to Kiba's to see him glaring at nothing
"Okay maybe we won't survive that long but we made it this far so we have to'' Ino thought as she sweat drop
There was a shaking before screeching was heard in the doorway, tuning them out Naruto sat down beside Hinata. Kiba stood on the desk in front of Sasuke when some guy bumped him from behind. Snickering Ino watched their eyes widen in shock before she got up pushed Kiba to the floor and sat down like nothing happened. No one but Shino, the Naruto boy and everyone jōnin with the stalker orb in the corner of the room saw her move she think. Ino felt two pair of eyes on her from the Hyūga girl and her old lazy friend. Laying her head down Iruka pops in calling class to order before calling out the list of teams.
She zone back in just as Iruka-sensei gets to team 7
As Iruka sensei walks in everyone quiets down, he keeps looking at Ino weird because of what happened last night with mizuki sensei or the traitor, he thinks that she going to tell everyone about last night and about Naruto? being an anbu? because Ino just found out something about Naruto that is apparently a big deal.
"Team 7. Naruto Uzumaki, Sakura Haruno" Iruka said as Naruto got cheered but Ino surely it was a fake.
"And Sasuke Uchiha your sensei is Kakashi Hatake" Iruka says before Sakura jumps up for joy about being on a team with this Sasuke boy. All of girls starts whining about being on a different team than Sasuke while Naruto felt down. Ino noticed Shikamaru snorts
"I don't see the infatuation with Sasuke. He's a prick" Shika says making Ino felt herself curious.
"Hi... umm I don't understand about girls what is such a big deal to be with Sasuke on the team? Now I think about it I haven't spoken to Naruto or Sasuke today" Ino asked him. Shikamaru was not surprised at all he knew she was referring to Sasuke her one of childhood friend but he knew that Ino was tomboy not a fan girl of Sasuke then before he could answer Sakura heard this and answered her questions
"Your just a newcomer girl so you wouldn't understand and don't come near my Sasuke-kun you hear me pig!" Sakura exclaimed.
"Huh? I ask Shikamaru not you." Ino says staring at her disinterest that makes Shikamaru angry at the pink bumble gum haired then Ino made Sakura growled at her before Sakura say something
"I don't understand because I'm not a girl who don't fawn over a boy like an obsession like you Sakura. You're both so troublesome" Shikamaru said yawning.
"I would hate to be on a team with your lazy ass" Ino said sticking her nose in the air. Rolling her eyes she focused on Iruka again.
"Team 8 will be comprised of Kiba Inuzuka, Hinata Hyuga and Shino Aburame your sensei is Kurenai Yuhi. Team 9 is still in rotation" Iruka said made Ino frown knowing that the presence of an Hyuuga would make Kiba uncomfortable his clanmens always made fun of him having fleas and shit which was not true but with an Hyuuga on his team the rumor will start up again
"Team 10 Ino Yamanaka, Shikamaru Nara and Choji Akimichi your sensei is Asuma Sarutobi" Iruka said. Ino winced when hearing that and looked towards Shikamaru and Choji her two childhood friends with her but now Choji and Shikamaru became a distance to her since the day she, Shino, and Kiba return back konoha. They haven't spoken to each other that day but today is the lucky day they will talk to Ino since they're her teammates from now on.
"What was that princess about being on a team with me" Shikamaru asked a shell shocked Ino.
Ino quietly sigh because she know that we will have to move teams sooner rather than later, which is not apart of the plan but then again when is anything planned to the smallest detail
Naruto was smirking he turned in his seat high fiving Shikamaru who smirked
"Team 11 Shimura Sai, Mayako Kojin and Keizo Arashi your sensei is Tokuma Hyuuga" Iruka said as Sai grunted and looked over at the two. Mayako had light blonde, straight, medium hair, with bangs on the side. She had a round face with wide blue eyes. Keizo had his hair was spikey and he had narrow purple eyes. Mayako wore a sleeveless light blue dress, zipped open 'till her belly button, with a croptop and short pants under her dress, to cover op the side split, that's also zipped open. She wears blue gloves. She wears her 'hitai-ate' on her left arm. While Keizo wore a cerulean jumpsuit.
"Hopefully they are strong" Sai thought himself turning back around to face Iruka.
"Okay class your Jounin instructors will come pick you up after lunch" Iruka said smiling at everyone but locking gazes with Naruto. Ino noticed naruto unsealing 8 bentos he gave three to Shikamaru for his team and three to Hinata for her own team. They both smiled at him nodding before he slipped away leaving a shadow clone to have some fun and deliver a bento to Sakura and Sasuke both.
Kiba, Shikamaru and Ino were the first ones out of there after Naruto left and they left a shadow clone before the clone impersonated themselves went back to their own respectively team before back at Ino's house to hang out a while without wearing their masks.
As they walked into her house they sat down on the lounge and took the leftover BBQ they had from last night.
"I can't believe I'm on a team with Shika and Choji. I have a feeling who I know who is my sensei because of the sixteenth generation of Ino-Shika-Cho which I plan on breaking and I doubt that he'll not allow me to break the Ino-Shika-Cho formation as I must I want to be with them on my team. But I have the feeling that I want both of you on my team more than the Ino-Shika-Cho team or if we combine our techniques, our strength then it makes our team stronger than any team. Do you guy agreed?" Ino said
"Well, that's the whole plan for us to be in one team and to prove the people were not what they think of us" Shino said as Ino nodded then sighed while Kiba scoffed but both could tell he was scared
"I have to be with Hyuuga and we both know that the rumors will start up again, plus the shadow clones that we placed will not last too long now they've long past lived their use by" Kiba said as Shino sighed and ran his hand through his hair
"But I'm relieved you are my team" He said calmly
"How could you calm like this Shiboo~" Kiba grinned teased him
They all laughed while Ino sat thinking about her impending doom.
Ino, Shino and Kiba took off running and Shino's clone was sitting in the classroom with Kiba's clone and Hinata girl while Ino's clone was sitting in with Shikamaru and Choji. Doing the replacement jutsu with their clone, Ino was seated between Choji and Shikamaru. Shivering involuntarily she looked at Shino and Kiba for help. They both looked at her sadly telling her it was okay to move. Ino moved to sit on the desk in front of Shino and Kiba shocking the class.
After a couple of minutes, the door to the classroom opened again since the only four teams left were 7, 8, 10 and 11. Kurenai Yuhi with crimson eyes and a soft smile on her face walked in first, next was Asuma Sarutobi he had a cigarette hanging out of his mouth and his guardian cloth on his waist. Beside him is Tokuma Hyuuga with byakugan eyes with serious face walked after him.
"Team 8 come with me" Kurenai said curiously taking in Naruto predicament, Ino was laying on the desk in front of Hinata, Kiba and Shino.
"Welp, see you later at dango shop Ino-chan~" Kiba said as he got up then Ino's head raised up after he told her.
"Tell us everything later bye Ino-chan." Shino said
"Yea bye Shino and Kiba." Ino said then Choji was throwing chips down to see if he could catch them, Shikamaru was watching lazily as they interacted together.
"Hello. I'm looking for Kojin Mayako, Arashi Keizo and Shimura Sai, please" Tokuma said politely, not bothering to introduce himself as he scanned the room searching for anyone reacting to their names while also noting Hinata glaring at him from the second row.
"Oh! Hey, Tokuma-nii! You're a sensei?" Ino called and Tokuma found himself smiling a little as he made eye contact with the kid.
"Damn, I wish I was on your team." She said
"Hello, Ino. I'm glad to see you finally passed." Tokuma said as he laughed
"We're here, Sensei. I'm Mayako, the spiky haired dork is Keizo and the pale dude is Sai." The girl with blue eyes said
"Oh... The girl from yesterday, who ask as if me, Shino and Kiba seems strong?" Ino thought as she looked at her disinterest
"I'm not dork, Ms.You-know-it-all! I'm handsome. Handsome!" Keizo insisted, growling at Mayako.
"Hey! Cut it out guys!" Tokuma shouted then the two stopped argue
"Let's go you three" Tokuma added to Mayako, Keizo and Sai, the latter of whom seemed to have split up the earlier spat.
"Team 10 you're with me" Asuma said watching them
"Go. If I need you, you'll know" Naruto said quietly nodding at the two of them.
"Hime and I need to talk" Asuma said smiling at him.
"She will come by after her meeting is over. She is going to Chouji's for dinner" Naruto said letting everyone not know his name
"Are these two already know each other?" Ino thought curiously looking at the two.
"Okay let's move out" Asuma and Kurenai said both leaving with their squads.
Before Ino and her team left and she turned stared at Naruto shocked, who pulled out a book that she recognizes in front book title 'advanced book on seals' all about seals not the old seals once
Training Ground 10/ Training Field 10
"Well, we are gonna introduce ourselves, Say your name, Dislikes, Likes, and dream. I'll go first my name is Sarutobi Asuma, I dislike people telling me to stop smoking and I hate people who always late on time, I like smoking, playing shogi, train with you guys and my dream is to get you guys stronger. You go blonde" Asuma said
"My name is Yamanaka Ino, I like hanging out with my friends and training with Shino, Kiba, Akamaru, and Lee, my senpais, sleeping, gardening, flowers especially tulips, thunberg's bushclover and training alone, I dislike liar, traitors, a certain pink hair, and a certain people in Konoha, my dream is to become the most strongest of the kunoichi in the world also surpassed my dad in T.I. department and surpassed my senpais" Ino said
"Well, at least she is not one of those fangirls..." Asuma thought
"Alright you boy with pineapple head go next" Asuma said made Ino snickered
"Shikamaru Nara, I like clouds watching and playing shogi and going and sleeping. I dislike things that are too troublesome. My dream is to have an average career marry an average girl have a family not to troublesome and retire very early" Shikamaru said before laying back down and closing his eyes as Asuma sweat drop
"Lastly you boy next" He said
"Akimichi Chouji, Likes Eating and training, Dislikes traitors and my dream is to show people I'm not fat, I'm big-boned and will become a successful ninja" Chouji said before stuffing his face with chips.
"Ok now that we got to know each other. I want you to go home and get a good night's sleep and meet me here at 7. I'm taking you all to train you guys my way. Because you're going to be the best i can see it now. You guys are dismissed." Asuma said
"Huh, that's it" Ino thought
"Come on let's go now" Asuma said
"Aren't we gonna take a test or something" Ino said narrowing her eyes
"Nope, I'm officially make you my team now." Asuma said and walked off. The trio just followe their sensei and didn't question it.
"Ok. Bye guys, I'll see you guys tomorrow" Ino said as she was about to twirl with a rose of petals then Shikamaru spoken
"Ino, wait!" Shikamaru said as Ino stopped then the petals disappeared
"Yeah, Shikamura?" Ino said
"I know how much troublesome this is but can we talked?" Shikamaru asked
"About what?" Ino asked as she crossed her arms at him uninterested
"About what happened to you, to Kiba, to Shino, to the three of you? What happened? why did you guys disappeared we haven't talked each other when Lee told me and Choji that you guys came back to Hokage yesterday." Shikamaru said as Ino signed
"So that's it you want to know what happened to us?" Ino asked as Shikamura and Choji nodded
"Then let's go to dango and there we can tell you." Ino said
"We?" Choji asked
"We as in me, Kiba, Shino, and Lee. We decided to meet at dango shop so that we catch things up that we missed." Ino says smiled
"Okay" Shikamura said as he and Choji followed Ino behind then they reached the dango shop when they first saw the man with grey hair and covered his mouth and half eyes next is the women she recognized earlier name Kurenai then few jounin ninja who she don't know.
"Hoi! Ino-chan, we're here! come here!" Kiba shouted as he waved his hand signal to come to their table as she, Shikamura, and Choji looked around and saw Kiba, and Shino with Hinata? In another table beside their sensei with two jounin ninja. They walked towards their table and took a seat beside Shino.
"Hi, Ino-chan." Shino, Naruto, and Sasuke greeted her.
"I hope you don't mind Hinata to joined us Ino-chan." Kiba said
"Oh no no problem Kiba, Hinata can join us since she's my classmate and your teammates." Ino said as she moved slighty uncomfortable to be with a heiress Hyuga then Kiba smiled nervously while Shino fixed his glassed sign miscomfort
"W-Well, t-thank you I-Ino-chan-n I-I hope-e y-youu don't m-mind me-e jo-joining your meeting-g." Hinata stuttered blushed
"It's okay Hinata. I don't mind feel free to order what you want." Ino said as she tried smiling at her.
"O-okay." Hinata said then an old lady came towards their table.
"How are you guys doing, dear? It's been a long time since you guys haven't visited my shop except Shikamura-kun, Lee-kun, and Choji-kun that boy sure eats a lot for his age" The old lady says chuckled as Choji blushed while eating his chips.
"We're going fine, grandma Keiko. How the shop going?" Kiba said
"How are you Grandma?" Shino asked
"I'm fine dear and the shop is going great I have had a lot of customers for the past over years since Shikamura, and the boys help this shop not to be taken down." The old lady says signed sadly at the bad memories of what happened to the shop.
"Taken down? What happened when we are gone." Ino said
"Well, there's a lot happened when the three of you were gone for long. The shop stands almost to get closed or taken down since there are not a lot of customers buying dango." The old lady said
"But when me, Lee, Shisui-san, Itachi-san, Tokuma-san, Muta-san, Neji, Sasuke, Naruto and Shikamura heard what happened to the old lady's shop." Choji said
"Then the boys and I got an idea how her shop to continued and not to be taken down. We gathered a lot of customers even though we got help from their parents and our parents along with Guy-sama, Lee and Neji's sensei as well their teammate Tenten and his sisters Hinata, and Hanabi of course the previous customers like Anko-san, and Ibiki-sama, and others." Shikamaru said
"They even invite their friends and colleagues even Teuchi the ramen owner shop helps grandma Keiko despite he has his own shop." He added
"So I'm greatful for them to help me, my family and my shop." The old lady said smiling
"Wow, I didn't know your shop were getting down by some people." Ino said
"We're sorry guys if we are not there to help you." Shino said looking down then the old lady chuckled
"It's okay dear as long as you three visit my shop and order what usual you guys eat, it will not be a problem." The old lady said
"Speaking of orders, can we not order yet we're waiting for Lee, and Neji to be arrived." Kiba said as the old lady nodded
"What about the young lady? What she wants to order?" Grandma Keiko asked
"I almost forgot to introduce you grandma this is Hinata Kiba's and Shino's teammates." Ino said as Hinata bowed and waved at the old lady
"It's a pleasure to meet you Hinata. I'm Keiko Matsui but call me grandma Keiko" The old lady said smiling dreamly at her.
"I-It's nice-e to m-meet y-you g-grandma Keiko-o and-d can I-I ge-get a gl-glass of wa-water." Hinata stuttered
"No worries, I can get for you dear." The old lady said as she walked away
"Gr-Grandma Ke-keiko s-seems n-nice" Hinata said
"She's the kind person you've met." Ino said then the old lady came and gave the water to Hinata then she thanked grandma Keiko for the glass of water additional with eight dango she said it's on the house then they thanked her for the free dango.
After the minutes, the Guy team arrived at the dango shop. Lee, and Neji went towards their table with their teammate Tenten while their sensei Guy went and sat with the other jounin sensei. They ordered a lot of dango since they're many of them ordered then they congratulated the team 10 for being official teammates. Ino, Kiba, Shino, Lee decided to tell them not everything since they can't trust Hinata, Neji, and Shikamura, also Choji, because even though they're friends, friends can't be trusted if they haven't met. They changed all of them over the years what happened to them, they were envious, amusing and amazed at them who can travel to Suna, Kiri, and other countries, even Ino unlocked her crystal and ice ability and trained by ice user name Haku since Ino was ice bloodline and they getting stronger and stronger over the past years. Shino, Kiba, and Ino did during their outside of Konoha. So they're finished eating and talking, they decided to depart their ways and went home as well. Ino, Choji, and Shikamura seem to be going well between them but their friendship unstable for now.
Ino, and Lee reach their house then they say goodbye to their friends. She and Lee entered the flower shop then went upstairs and were greeted by their father.
They told her father, she passed then her father can't be happier Inoichi wants to celebrate her daughter's success to be part of team 10 so Inoichi congrats her. They told him everything. They seemed to be having fun. Ino went to the backyard outside and saw a few gifts and letters then she opened one of the gifts it was a necklace has a red cloud and it was beautiful. Ino knew who sent the gifts and letters, she smiled at the small gifts they gave her.
