we head into Studio A for another week of competition
"let's talk about Starbound, can we have a round of applause woohoo!" Abby cheers
we all clap
"okay so Brooke, you blew them away sitting around me they were in awe when you did your handstand twist but why all the drama with the hip? if you are seriously injured you don't need to go to your mother and get everybody worked up you come to me and that needs to be clear yes?" Abby says
Brooke nods
"i wanna talk about this week's competition." Abby says
Abby then turns around the chalkboard and i beam for Brooke

"do you see there's somebody new on top? yes Brooke you are here because of your performance you worked through an injury, you did what you had to do you are a team player" Abby says
i'm happy i'm not first on the bottom this week
"you are getting a solo this weekend" Abby says to Brooke
"alright Chloe, Maddie you are also getting solos this weekend..the bottom row what am i supposed to do with you five? you need to step it up you need to get your butts back into class and start working on your technique and you know what since we're in Pittsburgh this week i'm gong to give every single one of you a solo"
i smile and i look over to mommy who gives me a smile
"moms it's going to be a busy week, ladies let's go" Abby says

this week i'm doing one of my solos it's musical theatre and it's called Let Me Entertain you
it's to the song Let Me Entertain you from the show Gypsy
"make sure you make that big when you mouth what she says" Abby says
i make sure i do my faces big
"good, that was good." Abby calls out
i finish the routine and Abby claps and i smile
"that was good, make sure to keep your energy up" Abby says
i nod
"okay you're good, get to tap" Abby says
"thank you" i smile

we arrive at the studio and we go into the dancers den
and i go to ballet class

we go from the top of my routine and i really like my solo and i hope i win
"smile" Abby calls out
i do my pirouette into my split

i do a aerial on the mat then Maddie does hers
we then go from a handstand to a backbend
Melissa then comes into the room and she speaks to Abby
after class we go into the dancers den
"are they going to be able to run their dances with you?" Holly asks
"Maddie had a half hour private with Matt today, Chloe came today Emma worked with her" Abby says
"but she's learning a whole new dance." mommy says
"there's no way because she ran it twice to new music she's going to be able to compete on Saturday, i'm worried about that" Holly says
"everybody in town is going to this particular competition so i want my best foot forward, is this preparation for an audition? yes..this is good for all of them absolutely." Abby says and then her and Melissa leave the dancers den

we arrive at the studio early and we get on the bus
we drive off and Abby starts to do a role call
"Nia." Abby says
"here" Nia says
"Mackenzie." Abby says
"here" Kenzie says
"Maddie." Abby says
"here." Maddie says
"Vivi-Anne" Abby says
"not here" Brooke says
"Chloe." Abby says
"here." Chloe says
"Camila." Abby says
"here." I say
Abby calls out the rest of the girls
we soon arrive at the competition and Chloe helps me with my stuff
we head to the dressing room and mommy does Chloe's hair and then she does mine in two pigtails
i get int9 my costume and mommy pins my two bows in on each side of my pigtail

i get my jacket and we go backstage for Maddie's first solo, Kenzies solo and my solo
i think Maddie is a great tapper
and i think she's doing really good.
Kenzie is up next and i give her a hug
Kenzie does her solo and i think she did really well
my solo is next and i give Paige my jacket
"good luck" Paige hugs me
"welcome to the stage Let Me Entertain You" the announcer says
my song starts and i start my routine with a side aerial to the centre of the stage
and i mouth the words 'Hello Everybody, My name is June what's yours?'
i start my routine and i make sure i have energy and my turns and tricks are good
i finish my routine in a split and i see mommy and Chloe cheering i exit the stage
and Paige gives me a hug
i go to the hall and i give mommy a big hug
"you were amazing!" mommy says
"thank you" i beam
"i think that's the best i've seen you do it" mommy says
i smile and we go to the audience and Chloe gives me a high five
Vivi does her solo next
and she does really good
Brooke and Nia do their solos next and i think they were really good
Paige solo is up next
she enters the stage and she starts really strong
but then she freezes..poor Paigey
Kelly then leaves the audience to go find Paige
we go back to the dressing room so Chloe can run through her solo
"okay Maddie is on in three..Kenz come on we have to go see your sister" Melissa says
Melissa and Kenz leave and then we all head to the audience
mommy takes my hand as we go to the hall
"Melissa!" mommy calls out
"Melissa!"
mommy signals for Melissa to come over but she keeps walking
"what did you need her for?" Kelly asks
"i guess she's letting her dance" mommy says
"oh she's doing the second one?" Kelly asks
mommy nods
"oh my god" Kelly says
"and i called her and she ignored me" mommy says
we go the audience
and Maddie does her second solo
which i think she nailed
Chloe enters for her solo next
and i'm really excited to see her dance
Chloe does her solo and i thought she looked really pretty doing it
i cheer for Chloe when she finishes her dance

"the top dance advance prep solos" the announcer says
they announce the top nine and it hasn't been me,Kenzie or Vivi
"first place for Advanced Prep Solos goes to Camila Lukasiak, Let Me Entertain You" the announcer says
i smile and the girls cheer and i go to get my award
i look to mommy and she's cheering
i take a bow and i sit back down
Chloe gives me a huge hug
for the mini category
Paige and Nia didn't place
Chloe got fourth
and Maddie got first with Cry
and for teen solos
Brooke got fourth
after awards we run to our moms and mommy gives me a big hug then she hugs Chloe
"Abby i think we need to talk" mommy says
"no you aren't going to ruin this day" Abby says
"no we need to talk Abby, in the hallway now..are you kidding i'm a paying client and you won't speak to me" mommy says
we go into the dressing room and mommy then storms in
"no we don't wanna ruin the way to victory" mommy says
"don't be doing this infront of my daughter Christi." Melissa says
"we can all go in the hallway because i tried to talk to you and i tried to talk to you" mommy says
"let's go on the hallway"
"i'm not going anywhere my daughter is happy" Melissa says
"let's go in the hallway, do you wanna talk about the things that need to be talked about.. because you won't talk about it and you won't talk about it" mommy says
"you aren't paying me" Abby says
"you're making my daughter cry shut up!" Melissa says
"AMD HOW MANY TIMES HAS MY DAUGHTER BEAT YOUR DAUGHTER THIS YEAR?!" mommy yells
my eyes widen
Holly then directs me and Chloe out of the room
"what's happening?" i ask
"nothing it's okay, don't worry about it" Holly says
then Melissa comes out of the dressing room with Kelly and Maddie and Kenzie
mommy then comes out with our stuff
"let's go" mommy says
Chloe takes my hand and we follow mommy out of the building
