We open the scene to master wu have a vision of the celestial clock he awaken with a gasp. Outside a group of stone warriors on a vehicle are seen they seam to be on patrol one of the stone warrior look through a spy glass seeing nothing they move on, not knowing that they are being watch by kai, kai walk back to the base with the rest of the ninjas we can see cole and zane digging and Jay is holding a big Pam leaf "this whole island is swarming with garmadon indestructible stone army." Kai said Jay replied "Ha! Good thing we're ninja and we know how to hide."Cole got angry and throw down his shovel "who wants to hide when you can fight? I'm getting tired having our head buried in the sand. I wanna fight these guys." Cole said angry "but Cole, they have no apparent weakness. It would be unwise to start a fight we cannot Finish." Zane said then wu appeared "that why we must find the temple of light." Wu said he and the ninja go back inside the bounty, it turn out that they buried the bounty as to hide it only the sail can be seen and used as a entry. they're seen in the main hanger where misako roll out a scroll
"The scroll say there is a hidden temple on the island. If you find it, it will give the pure elemental powers, powers that can destroy the indestructible army." Misako said this make very Cole happy "so you're saying we get to fight. Ooh! I've got happy feet." Misako turns to Lloyd "and you, my son here it is written: " for once the green ninja finds the instrument of peace, he will strike it and know the power of the ultimate spinjitzu master"" misako read off the scroll and Lloyd look at his mum in confusion not knowing what that means "ultimate spinjitzu master?" Misako explained "It means you will be able to invoke the power of the golden dragon, an ancient fighting style only practiced by the first spinjitzu master." The other ninjas listen in shock while Lloyd laughed the smugly look at the ninjas and said "jealous?" "Wait a minute. This all sounds too good to be true. What's the catch?" Kai asked and wu answered "the catch is, the temple could be anywhere on the island, and all we have is this." Wu then pulled out an medallion
"A medallion. It's like a compass. When the three holes match up, the medallion will reveal where the temple is hidden." Dr. Julien explain "uh, how'd you know that?" Jay ask "oh, I did a lot of reading in my spare time." He laugh and then he continues " adventure stories were my favorite." He finished zane then grabbed the medallion out of his fathers hand "then what are we waiting for?" Zane said the ninjas were about to leave when wu stop Lloyd from leaving "not you, Lloyd." Lloyd looked pissed "oh, seriously? Are we still doing this?" Lloyd asked annoyed "Wu is right. If you were come across your father, it could prematurely start the final battle. We need to be full strength before we take any risks." Misako said and Jay laugh at Lloyd misfortune " Jealous?" Lloyd scoffs "well, I could use some help around the shop. We should get working on vehicles that might help give us a fighting chance." Dr. Julien said "remember, garmadon doesn't know we're on the island. It is imperative that you stay out of sight." Wu said warning the ninjas "of course, sensei. Don't worry. Have you ever known us to veer from a plan, huh?" Jay said but Wu, Misako and Lloyd look a Jay with a blank faces. The ninjas we're about to scream Ninjago but Wu shushed them "keep it down, are you trying to get us caught?" They then whispered it instead
Meanwhile at garmadon camp
In garmadon tent we can see garmadon and two stone warriors one was general and the other one is a common soldier, the soldier was carrying a tray of weird black goop he spoke to the general in a weird foreign language "what did he say general Kozu?" Garmadon ask the now name general kozu "the mining, they've dug to new depths and have struck dark matter." General kozu take the tray of dark matter and hands it to garmadon " amazing. The most powerful Dark Matter." Garmadon said "He also says they have lost many warriors down the Mouth of the Eternal Shadows just to obtain this one piece." Kozu translating the Stone warrior "then tell him I'll throw him down myself, because I need one thousand more just like this one to make my ultimate weapon." Garmadon said, the stone warriors bowed to garmadon "I will see that it is down."the stone warrior left and the overlord appears "They respect you. This is good. But I feel a shift in the balance." The overlord said confusing garmadon "Huh? Should I have shaken my fist more? Maybe dramatically thrown over a table, or kicked over a ...?" Overlord cut garmadon talking "no, you myopic mortal! The ninja. I cannot see them, but I sense their presence." Overlord said "Here? On the island? I will alert all the warrior backs. If they are here we'll find them." Garmadon said walking out of the tent to the main mining area "they would be fools to set anywhere near my camp." Little did garmadon know that the ninjas are right behind him on a large rock that has a view over the camp "look, this must be garmadon's camp." Jay said stating the obvious "no. You think? I thought it was a takeout restaurant. It look like he's building something, but building what?" Kai asked "Quiet, you bozos. We still need to find what the medallion matches up to." Cole said zane take the medallion from Cole "let me see." Zane said looking though the top hole of the medallion "hmm. Nothing matches. Wait." Zane said making Jay think he found it "(gasp) you found the temple of light?" Jay said taking the medallion from zane "no, but look." Zane said pointing to his falcon that is inside the camp "your falcon, I thought it got shot down and was lost for good." Kai said " not if I can retrieve it and get the pieces back to my father." Zane said and was about to go in when Cole stopped him "wait, zane. You're veering from the plan. We're supposed to be finding the temple of light and staying out of sight." Cole said " if i were any of you, I'd do the same. I have to get my friend back." Zane said jumping off to the base and cole was about to fallow but Kai stopped him " the more of us that go, the more chance we'll get caught. We just have to stay here and hope he doesn't get seen." Kai said cole was disappointed "aww, I wanna fight."
Back at the bounty
We can see the the rest of the group building a large drill Wu was carrying a box of parts and place it next to dr Julian "thank you, Wu. If you could fetch some more creek water, that should pretty much do it." Dr Julian said Wu went to pick up two buckets him and misako look at each other in the eyes they smile this didn't go unnoticed as Lloyd look in confusion Wu walk of and Lloyd went to talk to his mum "so how did you meet him?" Lloyd ask "who? Sansei Wu?" Misako asked "no, my father." His mother took her son hand "You know, he wasn't always like the way he is today. It took years for his poisoned heart to turn him evil. There was a time when I loved him very much. And he was very proud." Misako said "When was that?" Lloyd ask "when we had you." He smiled and hug his mother "and now it all comes down to me fighting him." He said sadly
In the forest with Wu
Wu was gathering water from a river when he heard the language of the stone warriors and ran for cover behind a fallen tree he look back over the tree to see the vehicle of the stone warriors he tried to sneak away but he stepped on twig and it snapped making the stone warriors know of his presence Wu turned and ran the stone are trying to attack him with large flying blades but they all missed him so instead they decided to ram him instead, Wu kick bamboo making like his staff when the warriors got close Wu toke out the one in the front of the vehicle and flip him over himself but the other one was harder to deal with he tried to attack the warrior with some hard jabs but nothing, the stone warrior grabbed both Wu hands and kicked him the stomach sending him flying into the bamboo Wu sat up in pain the stone warrior pick up six bamboo three in each hands but before he can do anything the bamboo was burned with fire from Lloyd who was in the tree Lloyd then turn the warrior in stone with his Earth powers, Wu noticed the smaller stone solider tried to attack him but the warrior was stopped by misako and then Lloyd electrocuted the warrior but their still the one manning the catapult with the blades he tried to shot some but Lloyd freezes the catapult the warrior tried to run but Lloyd stopped him with a bamboo cage, misako helped up Wu "that was close. Our presence on the island cannot be hidden for much longer. I just hope the ninja have located the temple. Knowing them, they have probably already found it by now." Wu said while Lloyd tied up the warriors
Garmadon's base
The ninja are still waiting on zane to collect his falcon, Cole and Kai were watching zane to make shore that he was going to be ok while Jay is trying to find the temple "I spy, uh... another tree!" Jay said Cole got annoyed "Jay, how did you ever become a ninja? Seriously." "Oh, would Zane just get his bird already and get out of there?" Kai said getting impatient, we see zane in the main area where his bird is being held the stone warriors are trying to figure out what it is. Back with the other ninja Jay was still looking for the temple and he found it the hole in the medallion match up to the mountain "guys look" Jay said "it matches up, that must be the temple of light." Kai said happily and Cole laughed "Jay, I take back everything I said. You are a fine ninja. Not finer then me but a fine—" Cole was cut off as they heard the warriors shouting they turn to see zane had been spotted and had been cornered "I sense I may have gotten myself into a predicament my broken friend." Zane said garmadon heard the shouts "a ninja, here? Seize him." Zane was trying to look for a way out zane decided to switch to his serpentine form to strike fear make the solider scared to attack
Zane growled garmadon look in shock see zane turn into a serpentine ' what in blazes how did the ninja turn into a serpentine is Lloyd also no I hope not' the other ninja saw what happening and Cole decided to intervene "that's it. I'm fighting." But Kai stop him "we can't. They're indestructible. If we go in there, they know we're here too." Kai said reminding Cole "yeah, and if we don't, we'll regret it for the rest of our lives. Come on, it zane." Cole said moving towards the base Jay and Kai look at each other then followed Cole into the base with Zane he was still in serpent form surrounded by stone warriors when out of nowhere one of the stone warriors vehicle run over the army it turn out the other ninjas "what are you waiting for, a red carpet?" Zane switch back to his human form and follows " They're getting away. No! Do something" garmadon said to the general and the general shouting to the army to chase them "Remember when sensei asked us to stay out of sight?" Kai said in a panic "Yeah, that was good advice." Cole replied "why didn't we listen to him?" Jay said when spears throw over there head "why don't we ever listen to him?" Zane said while dodging more spears Kai point something out "Look! The gate! The way out." The ninjas saw that the gate was being closed so they ran for it they cross over a bridge but they way over was blocked they had no way to go garmadon watch in enjoyment to see the ninjas struggling he was sitting under a umbrella eating popcorn "excellent. This is too good." Garmadon said happily back with the ninja Kai is trying to left the spirit "we've been in situations like this a hundred times. Quick, who's got ideas?" Kai asked "Uh, we jump into that hole" Jay said kai did not like that idea "next idea" Kai said "I say we fight!" Cole suggested "with what? We don't have powers." Kai turns to zane "un, what about you, zane? What do your computers say?" Zane then look around for ideas and he thought of something "I got us into this mess. I know how to get us out." Zane look up to see a Crain then they noticed the the stone warrior approach them making the bride snap in half making the ninja and the stone warriors fall Zane tells the ninjas grabs planks and then use spinjitzu making the plank into a helicopter flying up to the Crane and then using the planks as skateboard sliding on tree leafs escaping the base garmadon is not happy "Get Them!" The stone army started to chase them in both there vehicles and on foot back with the ninjas they cannot control were there going they stated to fall "we're falling!" said Jay in a panic zane thought of an idea "Use your hood as a parachute!" Zane said
Back at the bounty
the ninjas return to the bounty dr Julian noticed that Zane had the falcon "Hey, they found the falcon." But Lloyd noticed something else "Why are they running?" Lloyd asked "Prepare for battle. We've got company." Zane said "You were spotted? By one? Two?" Wu asked "How about all of them." Kai replied "did you locate the temple of light?" Misako asked "it's at the top of the mountain. I hope those vehicles are ready, because we could sure use them now." Kai asked dr Julian took the ninjas to a large vehicle with a drill on the front "guess you're gonna have to figure this baby out on the fly. The ninjas jump into the vehicle "we've also packed another surprise in the back. Perhaps it can be of use." Nya said while kiss jays cheek "another nya surprise?" Said happily "you'll have to go too. Be safe." Misako said to Lloyd "we will." Lloyd said "whatever you do, do not stop until you get to the temple of light. Our survival depends on it." Wu said "this time, we'll stick to the plan." Kai said determine " good luck, ninja."Wu said as the ninja drive off in there new vehicle then the stone army came out of the forest and started to chase after the ninjas down the beach "you do know how to steer this thing, don't you?" Jay asked Cole, Cole ignore Jay and continue to drive down the beach two of the stone army vehicles mange to dive pass the Earth driller and tried to block it but Cole just drove the other way and used a rock as a ramp when they started to fall cole turn on the drill and started to burrow the stone army was shocked and was angry that the ninjas escaped the driller resurface at another part of the island "well, that's about as far as this baby will go. We'll have to do the rest on our own." Cole said "but we'll never make it up the mountain before they arrive." Lloyd said and Kai remember that his sister packed something "well, then let's see what my sister packed." The ninja exit the vehicle and went around back of the vehicle and saw a red and gold box Kai press the button and out pops a large mech "Oh, I love my sis" Kai said happily
Soon the stone army was approaching, Kai hopped into the mech "leave this to me." Kai said and start to run then he jump to the army and landed on one of the vehicle "hey, buddy, you just had to be the first. And guess what you win? A little of this!" Kai throw the vehicle sending the warriors flying "who's next?" Kai said to the army Kai move back a few feet and started to have a stare off Kai made the first move run to the army and stopping in front of to smash on the ground make the smaller vehicle crash but the general vehicle was still standing he back away to put out the fire that one of the vehicle had made the general saw that Kai was walking away thinking he had won now reinforcements appeared and the general told them to attack the ninjas noticed it "There guys just don't stop." The warriors start to close in on them kai had return to the rest of the ninjas and told them to climb on the ninja then started to race up the mountain the stone warriors followed "ugh, they're still coming." Jay said in annoyance "One of these days we're gonna have to fight." Cole said "we're not climbing fast enough." Zane said the ninjas are still climbing but the warriors are catching up one of the stone warriors got near and jump on the foot of the mech Kai noticed and kick him off and continue up the mountain then Kai noticed a button "activate hook!" A hook shot out of the mech left hands and grap on to the ledge at the top they mange to get up but the warriors are still coming the ninja got off of the mech "oh! We made it to the top!" Said jay but he noticed something "But where the temple of light?" Jay asked "are you sure you used the medallion right?" Lloyd ask "oh, of course I used it right. It said it should be right here." Jay said annoyed "well, until we find it, I've got to find a way to slow down them down." Kai said looking down the mountain he saw the army approaching he then slams his mech fist on the side of the cliff make an small avalanche and knocking the warriors off the mountain "that should by us a little time." Kai said as they started to look for the temple Lloyd noticed a light and went to investigate and found the temple "(gasp) the temple of light." The ninja open the large doors to the temple their is drawing of there adventures on the wall "guys, check this out. It's us." Jay said "impossible, it's everything we've ever done." Kai said in shock "finding the bounty, facing the devour, our transformation into serpentine, even right now." Cole said pointing to the art
Zane was baffled "how can it all be here?" He asked "destiny." Lloyd replied, Lloyd then noticed another drawing one the wall
"I think I know what we need to do." Out side the temple the stone warriors have mange to climb back up the mountain in the temple lloyd had gotten on his knees and swiped away the dust finding his dragon symbol on the floor
Kai did the same and found his symbol too the other ninja soon fallowed each finding there symbols lloyd then stand on his symbol but nothing happened "okay, now what?" Lloyd ask soon they heard the sound of the stone army approaching "Why does everything have to be so hard?" Cole ask in annoyance the Lloyd remember back to what misako said 'for once the green ninja finds the instrument of piece, he will strike it and know the power of ultimate spinjitzu master.' Lloyd look above him and see's a giant bell this must be the instrument of piece "the bell. It's an instrument." Lloyd said pointing to the bell "you guys ready for this?" Lloyd asking the other ninjas "bring it!"said Cole Lloyd then used one of the pillars as a way to get to the bell the chimes of the bell echo around the area when suddenly the bell light up and started to shine on Lloyd "whoa what's happening?" Lloyd ask "No one move!" Said Cole (even tho it came out of zane mouth I love animation errors) then a beam of light start to reflect on many Crystal in the temple and when it land on one of the pillars it give the ninjas new gis and weapons
When the ninjas got their new items Lloyd started to ascend and the ninja know what to do now with their new weapons "Guys, send him your powers!" Kai said The ninjas then shot elemental power at Lloyd and gives him power and then a golden dragon appears and Lloyd drop on the ground "Lloyd." Kai said with concern then they heard the army outside but now with elemental power they can final fight back "let 'em have it!" Lloyd said "now we get to fight!" Said Cole when one of the stone warriors tried to strike Kai, Kai block it with his new swords and the sword light up in flames the stone warrior was shock "cool." Said Kai, Kai then stabs his sword on the ground and circle around them trapping them in a ring of flames Kai then jump into the flames and started to beat up the warriors knocking out of the ring Jay was also enjoying his new weapon as the warriors tried to attack Jay he jumped out of the way of the spars and hit his Electric sword on the spear make a chain reaction electrocuted them all. zane was fighting his own group of the army he climbed on one of the pillars to avoid the warriors and when they tried to fallow him he froze them making a ice pillar now cole turn to have fun cole stabbed his sword in the ground making a mountain of dirt trapping the stone army cole then proceeded to mock them by dance on their heads making them go more into the dirt but now more are coming the ninjas noticed when all of the sudden had a feeling in there heads told them to change into their serpentine forms "am, did you guys hear that?" Jay ask "yeah I did." said Cole "should we do it." ask zane "I say we do as it says but it Lloyd choice." Kai said " I say we go for it!" The ninjas then transformed into their serpentine form they then noticed that the sword were no longer in Their hand but that not the only thing they noticed the serpentine forms had change as while
"Woah! Our serpentine forms had change also where did our swords go" Jay asked zane then noticed the weird crystal on their head "I believe that the swords have marge with our serpentine body, as seen with the crystal on out head." The ninja look at each other head and indeed the crystal are on their heads "huh, weird." Lloyd then noticed the warriors approaching "guy we don't have time for this! We can talk about this later" the other ninjas nods and started to fight the warriors Kai start to spit out fire from his 3 mouth burning the warriors when that voice in his head came back and told him to spit his venom "ok-" "but-" "it-" "didn't-" "work-" "before" Kai then spat his venoms the warriors but instead of doing nothing it turn the warriors into small snake "hey-" "it-" "works-" "hey-" "guys-" "our-" "serpentine-" "powers-" "works" the other ninja tried there serpentine power cole test his buy drilling the warriors and loaned behold the warrior was hurt "ha ha, it workss" Jay tried next he open his neck flap hypnotizing a group of soliders "hmm, attack each other" and the warriors did it "woohoo, it does work" Zane also tried his powers he open his mouth and spat at the warriors making them see things "fascinating, It look like the temple hass made it able to use our serpentine powerss, but why?" Zane said "who care as long as we get to kick their but with it I don't care." Cole said the ninja turn to Lloyd "my turn." Lloyd said as he power up a blast to come out his mouth he did not know how big the blast would be a laser came out of his mouth destroying all off the army but in the blast a golden dragon appears again this time much bigger appears over the mountain we can see four beam of the four main elemental power it was so big that Wu, misako, nya and dr Julian saw it and started to cheer "they did it!" Said nya "yes." Wu said then misako hugged Wu and said "perhaps good will win after all." Wu hugged he back but not everyone is happy back with garmadon he now back at the celestial clock with the overlord"it appears your indestructible army isn't as tough as it appears to be." Garmadon said to the overlord "the ninja may be getting stronger, but do are we. When the celestial clock reaches zero, the ultimate weapon will be complete, and then there will be nothing the ninja can do to stop you from turning ninjago into your image!" The overlord said we see the celestial clock almost their to the end of it count down

Wow that was a long chapter it took me 2 days to write my hand is sore also IM BACK I sorry it took so long to update I be so busy with college work that I had no time to write this but I'm finished my collage Course and I don't have college until after the summer holidays so I'm going to write this story as much as I can also I hope you like my redesign for my serpentine forms my art has approved a bit I want to add extra detail to the colours also I made them able to use their serpentine power on the stone warriors as it make them go into their snake form more often when they fight them also I going to do a mini episode about the ninjas describing their experience with the others yeah so that it hope you enjoy and I see you all in the next chapter bye
