we are all sat around Potter manor talking about hogwarts and the upcomign few years as most of us still have 3 years of schooling left
"hows everyone feeling about tommorow" Tom asks

i leave my hair black and mess of curls i then do my nails balck and nude
i then walk out the bathroom and head downstairs with the boys
"so today's the day" Cissa says
"yes Dumbledore will be gone at last" i say

"what time does it start" Cissa asks
"1pm so we'll leave at half 12" i reply

we floo to the ministery of magic and ask for the court room
we head down to court room 5 and wait outside the weasley family show up seconds later

we all walk into the court room and sit on our respective sides
"bring in the defendant" the minister shouts
Dumbledore is brought in with handcuffs on his wrist and ankles
"you are charged with neglect of children, the bodily harm of several children, using the unforgivables, the attemted murder of Hadrian Potter and secondary degree murder of Lily Potter nee Evans and James Potter" Amelia Bones announces
"how do you plead" the minsiter asks
"not guilty" Dumbledore says
"alright lets begin" the minister says
- 1 hour later -
"now for the testimony of one Hadrian Potter" Amelia Bones
i walk down to the box and sit on the chair
"do you smear to tell the truth and nothing but the truth" Ameila asks

"alright mr Potter may you describe why you went by a diffrent name" the minister asks
"Albus Dumbledore blocked the memories of every individual who knew the truth and placed me with my aunt who was never supposed to have me" i say
"what do you mean" Amelia asks
"my mother stated in her will that i was never to be put with Petunia Dursley under any circumstance and yet Albus Dumbledore placed me with her anyways she is a magic hating muggle and i spent 13 years being abused by her and her husband i went through an early creature inheritance" i say

"yes my uncle vernon beat me nearly to death the summer before 4th year"| i reply

"alright mr Potter you may step down" the minister says
i walk back and sit between Rhodlphus and Remus
"alright i think we have all the evidance those in favour of him being guilty raise your wands" the minister says
the majority of people raise thier wands
"Albus Dumbledore you are sentanced to the dementors kiss due to your crimes against children and murder in the second degree" the minister announces
a dementor comes down and gives him the kiss
