*Amelia's POV*
today is a new day, the 5th September 1892. time to go back to Hogwarts, i am absolutely dreading going back this year, seeing Hogwarts will definitely bring back bad memories. i don't know if i can enjoy this year without thinking about him, he was the closest thing to family i had, except my uncle but i haven't seen him since i was 13, since he was treating me like shit
Sebastian: Amelia we are going to be late get dressed
Amelia: i don't know if i can do this Sebastian
Sebastian: Ames, i know its going to be hard but, i will be there so will poppy and natty and even garreth.
Amelia: i know Seb
Sebastian: and ominis will be there
Amelia: ok, i'll get dressed but just to see ominis
Sebastian: wow, i see how it is
Amelia: don't be like that seb, you know what i mean, thank you sebastian

Amelia: letting me stay here, i can't go back to my uncles house

30 minutes later, me and Sebastian both got into our robes and made our way to Hogwarts on our brooms and made it just in time, we both made our way to the great hall and sat down at Slytherin table, I sit next to Ominis and Sebastian before hearing headmaster blacks voice.
Professor Black: Welcome to another year at Hogwarts, now we all now quidditch was cancelled last year but now its back, so we will need the team captains of the team to meet up to discuss well meeting and to see if they need any new members. now i'm sure you all have studying to do. I SAID IM PRETTY SURE YOU ALL HAVE SOME STUDYING TO DO
Amelia: geez he is still headmaster black alright
Ominis: hey Amelia, how was your holiday
Amelia: my holiday was good, thank you. how was yours Ominis
Ominis: mine was ok, thank you Ames
Amelia: you are very welcome Ominis, i'm going to the common room bye boys
Sebastian: bye ames, i'll be there soon

I make my way to the Slytherin common room and walk into my room to see imelda reyes in the other bed
Imelda: Amelia, your back
Amelia: yeah of course i am
Imelda: are you excited for this year now that quidditch is back on
Amelia: i'm not sure. i'm still trying to figure out how to tell ominis i like him more than a friend imelda
Imelda: you can do this, just give it time, Ominis is a gaunt after all
Amelia: he's not like his family Imelda, he's sweet and caring, he doesnt like the unforgivable curses. i think thats one of the main reasons why he hates me cause one of the unforgivables was used on me last year but that wasnt my fault we had to
Imelda: an unforgivable was used on you. which one
Amelia: crucio, but it was either me cast it on someone or they cast it on me, so i chose them to cast it on me

Imelda: ok lets drop this, let me help you get unpacked

Imelda helps me unpack my trunk by the time we finish unpacking and get our assignments completed for tomorrow, we walk to the common room area and sits on the sofa near the fireplace, where we see sebastian.
Amelia: hey seb

Sebastian: doing my assignment for professor sharps class

???: have you heard there's a new sixth year joining us
??: another new student, why are they joining so late
Ominis: what on earth are they talking about, another new student

2 Hours passed and they finally finished their homework and amelia and Imelda head back to their dorm to see a unfamiliar face sitting on the spare bed
Amelia: who are you and why are you in your room, how did you even get in here unnoticed
???: I'm sorry im Athena, athena Morganach, i used the Disillusionment charm
Amelia: wait Morganach, dont tell me your related to Isidora Morganach
Athena: yeah she's was my great, great, grandma, why do you ask
Amelia: ive seen her through some pensives last year, i never she had other family
Athena: my great grandmother didnt really mention much about her mother as she didnt really know her as isadora died after she was born, so her father raised her

Athena: nope i am not but i do see traces of ancient magic
Amelia: same, looks like we are going to be best of friends

Athena: i used to go to beauxbatons but then my parents got a better job here so i changed schools and im kind of glad i really hated beauxbatons
Amelia: i've only been here for a year. i didnt even know i was a witch until professor f.. until someone taught me some basic magic

Amelia: It's ok, it just the man who pretty much raised me when i was 13, died last year and im still not over it

Imelda, Amelia and Athena all wake up at 6 am to get showered and dressed into their school robes and walk down to the common room to see sebastian leaning on the sofa waiting for them patiently
Sebastian: whos the new person
Amelia: this is Athena morganach
Sebastian: wait morganach like the women we saw in the pensive memory
Amelia: yes sebastian the same one, but shes not like her great great grandmother is that right?
Athena: yeah thats right, im not like her i promise
Sebastian: its nice to meet you Athena
Sebastian grabs Athena's hand and places a light kiss on the top of her hand
Amelia: Sebastian, shes new let her settle in first
Athena: it's ok, i dont mind *whispers in to Amelia's ear* he's really cute
Sebastian: thank you
Amelia: i should warn you, what ever you say. he will hear you
Athena: *cheeks go red* im sorry

Imelda: ok, ok now. we are going to be late to class if you guess wanna stop talking
Sebastian: wheres your first lesson Athena
Athena: defence against the dark arts
Amelia: your with us and ominis

Sebastian: my friend and Amelia has a crush on him
Amelia: shh, seb dont want the whole school knowing

Amelia: i know but i'm trying to gather the courage to tell him
Sebastian: we better go to class before we are late
Imelda: we are going to be late of you guys dont shut up
Amelia: ok imelda we are coming
Amelia, Athena, Sebastian and Imelda head to Defence against the dark arts to learn for there first lesson, as always professor hecat always chooses students to duel each other as the start of term. Athena and Sebastian were chosen for todays lesson
Sebastian: time for a proper hogwarts welcome
Amelia: hey you said that to me last year
Sebastian: i know i did
Professor hecat: stop talking
Athena and Sebastian duel each other and Athena ends up winning the duel with confidence and meets up with Amelia and Imelda
Athena: did you see that i won
Amelia: well done Athena
Sebastian: wow another girl beat me, i need to step up my game
Amelia: it's ok seb, you'll beat us one day
Imelda: when we are dead
Imelda sees Amelia's mood change instantly
Imelda: shit, im sorry Amelia, i-
Amelia: it's ok, i'm just gonna go for some fresh air
Amelia leaves the group and goes for a walk outside before sitting near a wall where she hears a familiar voice
Ominis: are you ok Ames
Amelia: not really but, i'll survive i guess, im glad your here ominis
Ominis: i will always be here for you Amelia
Amelia: i know Ominis thank you
sebastian went searching for amelia too see if she is ok
Sebastian: Amelia, are you ok.
Ominis: i'll just go. speak soon Ames
Ominis walks away from Amelia and Sebastian comforts Amelia with a hug
Sebastian: are you ok Ames
Amelia: i just want to be alone if thats ok seb
Sebastian: you don't have to be alone Ames, it's not always good to bottle up your feelings
Amelia: i know seb, but i cant at the moment, please
Sebastian: ok, i get that Ames, i'll leave you alone, but you never have to hide your feelings from me, we've been through too much together to not be there for one another
Amelia: indeed we have seb, how are you holding up after last year
Sebastian: no we are not doing this right now, we can talk later ames, i'll leave you alone for now, but dont go to far or i will send out a search party for you
Amelia: might go into the forbidden forest
Sebastian: i would go anywhere to find you ames
Amelia: i know seb, see you soon
Sebastian: see you soon Ames
Sebastian leaves Amelia to her thoughts, Amelia soon stands up and heads to her room of requirements to see her animals in her Vivarium, since she hasnt seen them in a year but deek has been looking after them for her.
(AMELIA'S POV)
Amelia: deek thank you for looking after my animals for me
Deek: Deek was very happy to look after them for you, for everything you have done for deek. Deek was happy to be able to return the favour
Amelia: Deek your the best
Deek: Deek appreciates that Amelia, is everything ok with you
Amelia: i could be better, but being with my animals make me feel better
Deek: deek will leave you to feel better
Amelia: thank you deek
I heads into my vivarium and sees my favourite animal, highwing
Amelia: hello highwing, ive missed you so much
I brush and feed highwing like i used to do before climbing on her back and taking her for a flight around the vivarium to try and make me forget everything that happened, it all my fault. professor fig dying, sebastian losing his uncle and his sister. i wish i could tell the boy i love, that i love with more than i love anything in this world. but he only sees me as a friend. i also wish i have some courage to tell him i love him. one day i will tell him i love him
