"Yes dad, I'll be there" a woman said nearly rolling her eyes about whatever her and her dad was talking about through the phone
"Yeah yeah bye" she respond clearly annoyed before hunging up the phone not waiting for her father's response
The woman was incredibly pretty, probably on her mid twenties, her shiny black hair was cutted on a bobbed just above her shoulder
She has this matured yet cute face matching her annoyed expression as she huffed an air passed to her lips while thinking about the talk she just had with her father
Tho her face was stunning and all her body didn't disappoint, as it was curved out pretty well matching her black fitted dress she was wearing right now, attaching gracefully against her skin, making her look so alluring
If you can just see her right now, you're eyes would probably bulge out from it's socket, exaggerating? No not all
The woman let out a big sigh before continuing to arrange the files that was left on her table, carefully organizing it to it's own category
After a few minutes of doing what is have to be done, she grabbed her YSL black bag and car keys before going straight in the parking lot
She got on her car and immediately start the engine before driving away from her company, when she hit the road she stop at the crossing as the stop light turn red

Seeing her after a long time, the woman on the car was stunned, clearly surprised at what she saw that she didn't realize the the stop light turned green already
She felt her world slow down as she watch her ex disappeared in a distance

She was ready to open her car door to run and chase the woman to confirm if it's her but she was startled and came back to her senses when she heard horns behind her, blinking her eyes convincing and making herself believe it's just her imagination, she drove away going to her house
"Chaewon" an old man said calling for his daughter, but the woman or should I say Chaewon seems not to hear what her father is saying as she continue to stare at her plate, playing with the bright green broccoli placed on the white ceramic plate
She's been wondering if the woman she saw earlier was really the girl she love before or she's just imagining things...
Busy with her thoughts, she was startled when she felt someone nudge her side, she looked to see who it was only to see it was her husband, but the man only looks at his father in law, making Chaewon do the same
"As I was saying did you already finished the files I was asking for?" her father questioned her
"Oh.. ahh, y-yeah, I already finished it dad" she answered before staring at her food again
Her father didn't bother to talk to her anymore as he continue to talk to his co-parent-in-law
"Honey, are you okay?" the man sitting beside her, who was also her husband, Yunseong whispered to her ears
"Yeah" unlike the man's tone, Chaewon's response was blank and cold, clearly not in the mood to talk to him, no she was never in the mood to talk to him
"You know you can talk to m--" the man tried to push and talk to her but was cutted immediately when Chaewon excuse herself and got up from her seat before going upstairs, straight to her room
"Chaewon, your mom and dad want to say goodbye to you" Yunseong spoke after he opened the door of their supposed bedroom only to see Chaewon lying on the bed, she didn't replied and continue watching something on her phone, the young man could only let out a sigh before going outside to see his inlaws and parents out the door
"Where's Chaewon?" asked by the elders "She's asleep dad" he said replying to his father in law
Chaewon's father and mother looked at each other, they could only let out a big sigh knowing damn well she wasn't really asleep "Say goodbye to her for me" Chaewon's father said before giving a strong and manly tap on the man's shoulder, as they make their way to the door
"Why did act like that earlier" Yunseong questioned his wife who's lying in the bed still on her phone ignoring him, he can only let a sigh for a hundredth time because of his wife's behavior, still he shrugged it off
"I'm going to New Zealand tomorrow afternoon I will stay there for a month because the company was having issues, do you want anything when I came back?" The young man asked her, but still she didn't replied and continue to focus on her phone
"C'mon Chae, when are you going to treat me like a true husband?" the man said starting to get frustrated by his wife's unrightful behavior towards him
"Don't. Call. Me. That. Nickname."
Yunseong was taken a back by the sudden aggression of Chaewon but still he didn't get fazed
"I don't understand you, when will you realize and accept that I am your husband and you should treat me like one" Yunseong replied with the same aggression not trying to back away
"When I'm already 6 feet underground, rotting " Chaewon backfired with deep fierce and anger towards the man, and oh boy this pushed him to the limit
With anger rising from Yunseong, he couldn't take it and so he went towards Chaewon, grab her firmly on the shoulder and slaped her on the cheeks before retreating and going out, taking his car key and leave
Chaewon was stunned but not surprised, she already expected this to happened but still she wanted to show Yunseong that no matter how much he try to behave her by lashing out on her, she can still fight back by not just being the wife in movies or series who just do or obey what their asshole husband says
But still even tho Chaewon tried many time to be unfazed by the other, in the end of the day if Yunseong left and Chaewon was left all alone she would let all the tears fall from her eyes
And since Yunseong was out she sat down on her bed crying miserably, she was tired of this, she didn't want this in the first place, all of this was just her father's doing
It's just right to put the blame on him
CHAEWON'S POV
Looking at the mirror infront of me, I can clearly see the mark that the jerk left to me, deep red coloring my cheeks and feeling the sting even without touching it
"ARGGGGGHHHH" I groan as I touch the purple-redish bruise beside my lip
Ever since me and that stupid asshole got married he always fucking do this. If he didn't like my behavior towards him he would hurt me, and after a while or when he calmed down he would apologize, would say he's sorry and that he wouldn't do it again but then nothing really change over the years that we've been together
He would still hurt me, apologize then repeat
'Why can't you just fucking leave him Chaewon-ah' my inner self said
This phrase always repeat on my head for the past years we've been married, even tho I really want to, I know can't do anything as for my father can be really an asshole if he doesn't get what he wants
Me and Yunseong are just arrange marriage, before him I have someone I already planned to marry...
And remembering her I can't help but let my tears fall from my eyes once again
I tried to close my eyes to stop the tears from flowing but when I did I can only see her, how her sweet smile plastered on her beautiful face, how her eyes would turn into creasant one when she smile, how her brows and nose would match perfectly to her face
I miss her so much
Why do my father needs to take the one I really love than let us do what makes us happy?

As anger and sadness fill me up I looked at myself at the mirror once again and before I knew it I punch the mirror as hard as I can causing it to crack and make my hands bleed
NO ONE'S POV
After a few hours, it's already midnight and a silhouette can be seen on the bed sleeping peacefully. It's raining, and theres thunders and lightning going
But as a bright lightning struck, a man that anyone can tell he's drunk, can be seen taking off his shirt before unbuckling his belt, after successfully taking off his pants leaving him with only boxer shorts, he went towards the woman who's back facing him laying on the bed
His eyes can be seen filled with lust and anger
As he got on the bed he gently kiss the woman on the cheeks down to her neck, this action woke the woman up and as she open her eyes, Yunseong grabbed her shoulder making her faced him strangling the woman underneath him
"W-what are you doing" the woman said in panic, she was so scared as to why her 'husband' was on top of her with no shirt and pants
"Come on Chaewon, just give me this one" Yunseong said and attack her neck, this got the woman crying and screaming, as she tried to freed from his strong grasp
Still he didn't budge and ripped off Chaewon's top alerting the poor woman, she was so scared she didn't know what to do but an idea came up to her head, she tightly closed her eyes before pushing the man on her top with all her might and kicking him in the private part, making him drop on the floor and scream in pain
Chaewon quickly grab the chance and immediately took her car keys and went outside. She started driving, speeding trying to get away from her perverted 'husband '
Speeding in the rain was really a bad idea, she didn't saw someone was on the road and the tears on her eyes didn't help either, her eyes widen as she kicked the break pedal really hard but of course that didn't stop from hitting the woman infront of her
With such a panic she quickly went outside of her car to see a woman around her age lying on the road
"Oh shit" she exclaimed before going towards her
"Hey, hey are you okay?" she question the woman who was holding up her head "Of course not, you just hit me with your fucking car" the woman replied hissing and groaning
The voice of the latter almost send Chaewon to frenzy, this sounds very familiar, her heart started to beat in a very fast pace as she recognized the voice, but still she can't be sure if it's her because her hair and hand is covering her face
"Why are you even over speeding when you know it's raining" the girl said hissing before taking off her hands on her face, bringing her eyes on the car owner, just to confirm Chaewon was right..
It's her
"CHAEWON?!?" "Y/N?!?" they both exclaimed not believing they just saw each other again after many years
Their hearts was put in a warm place as they stared at each other, but as much as Chaewon didn't want to break their eye contact, she notice a bit of blood oozing out of Y/n's forehead causing her to feel panicked and worried
"Fuck, c-come on let's get you in my car" Chaewon squeak grabbing Y/n's arms gently and quickly guiding her inside of the car
When they got on the car Y/n can't help but notice that Chaewon's top was ripped "What happened to you? Why are your clothes ripped? And why do you have those bruises?" Y/n bombered the other with questions, noticing the cuts on her hand and the bruise on her face, but as her eyes feel on the latter's body, she can't help but blushed upon seeing the her exposed top, well not really that exposed, but she immediately take off her hoodie giving it to Chaewon. Chaewon then quickly put on the hoodie and blushed because of embarrassment
"Don't mind me, we got to get to the hospital, look at you" she responded avoiding the questions before stepping on the pedal
