After the meeting with Alastor and Blitzo Black Hat is currently standing on top of a tall building far away from the hotel and is currently checking out a building next to him.

Before Black Hat can say anything they heard a scream above them and when they looked up they saw a female demon screaming because she is about to die but before her body can hit the ground Bill used his telekinesis abilities to stop her from falling.
Bill: OK, settle down now you're safe and sound now, so stop screaming.
When the female demon looked at Black Hat before fainting out of lack of energy and Black Hat looked back at the female demon and saw her body and wings he realized that she is a succubi she is wounded badly on her wings and she has scratches and bruises all over her body and when Black Hat looked up again he sees a group of male and female succubuses landing infront of them
inccubus demon: I see that you have catch that slut we will take her from here
Black Hat: Why are you hunting this succubus down exactly?
Succubi demon: This bitch tried to rebel against our boss so they sent us here to hunt her down
Black Hat just looked at the group of succubuses and his monocle begin to glow a dark red light and a black laser came out of it and soon all of the succubus burned into nothing leaving no marks behind

Suddenly Alstor teleported inside the room in red smoke scaring Ivy

Black Hat: Greetings Vees I am Black Hat the new Lord of Hell don't even try to change the channel or turning it off because I am everywhere and I am here to hunt you all down prepare yourselfs because I will be the last person you all will ever see HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! (Laughing maliciously)
The Vees looked confused on who is this demon and why is he hunting them?
Velvette: Vox is this your doing because it is not fucking funny!
Vox: No, It's not me and I never seen any other demon that has my powers as well this is not a good sign.
Suddenly a black smoke appeared in the room and when it cleared Alastor, Angel Dust, and Ivy appeared infront of the Vees
Alastor: Well hello again Vox it's so nice to see you again I see you have met our new boss.
Vox: Boss?! why are you working for him don't you hate demons that can control televisions?! (confused)

Velvette got extremly upset by Black Hat's comment and tried to turn him into a doll but unfortunetly for her a force field is surrounding him, Angel Dust, Ivy, and Alastor making them protected against her powers soon Vox tried to use his electrokenisis powers to try and penetrate the force field but it also didn't work, and last Valentino pulled out a gold pistol and shoot it at Black Hat but the bullets just simply got deflected this frustrated the Vees and soon Vox, Velvette, and Valentino combine their strength to try attack Black Hat with everything they have but still it is no use they can't break the force field and Black Hat just smilled mocking them he then released a black mist surrounding everyone in the room
Vox: What is this?!
Black Hat just smilled and once the mist filled the entire room Black Hat snapped his fingers and in a second the entire room exploded knocking the Vees out of the building while Black Hat and his team is unharmed and just levitate down to them
Black Hat: How disepointing I expected more from 3 powerful overlords but now I see that your all nothing but pieces of shit that nobody cares and once i get rid of you three i will choose new overlords to take your place now....KNEEL!!!
Once Black Hat says he release an incredible amount of evil aura that can make all of the Vees kneel before him and unable to move soon the I.M.P and Bill arrived
Blitzo: We have killed everyone in voxtek with the holy weapons that you gave us Boss
Vox, Velvette, and Valentino is shocked to hear that voxtek has been taken over by Black Hat
Vox: Ho-How can this be? How did you kill every employee I have?
Black Hat then teleported everyone to voxtek to see bodies of sinners lying around everywhere while the Vox and Velvette is shocked to see their building taken over Black Hat just smiled sadisticly at their misery

Black Hat then used his power to broadcast his victory over every television, cellphone, and radio all through out hell
Black Hat: Hello inferior evil beings of hell my name is Lord Black Hat the new God of hell and I'm here to rule over every circle in hell and to show you I'm not just saying this I will start by ruling over the pride ring as you can see I have defeated the Vees and have the I.M.P and the radio demon under my command. You are here to see the beginning of a new era the era where I will rule supreme also I cannot be killed and to prove it i will stab my self with an angelic spear and drink some holy water
Black Hat then took the spear out of Blitzo's hand and stab himself in the chest and to everyone's suprise he didn't die and the spear break upon impact on his body scaring the Vees. He then opened a bottle of holy water and to show it's actual holy water he spilled it a little on Valentino as Valentino screamed in pain because of the holy water he then drink the holy water gurgling it in his mouth and swallowed it in one gulp and as expected he is fine and not harmed at all scaring the Vees even more
Black Hat: As you can clearly see no weapon can kill me because I am the embodiment of evil itself and nothing in hell is hidden from me so if anyone dares try to attack me or any of my properties I will not held responsible or show mercy to those who did it and I will hunt down and kill anyone that dares devy me
Dark red smoke starting ingulf the voxtek building and in a matter of seconds it change into a large radio tower making Alastor smile
Black Hat: This radio tower is a gift for my best friend Alastor for his support to me and as for porn studios I will give it to Angel Dust for that he has been wrongly abused by Valentino and as for my gift for the I.M.P and Ivy I will give it to them personaly and now the moment that you have all been waiting for the execution of the Vees. Alastor then picked up a holy spear and walked up to Vox

With that said Alastor struck the spear into Vox's body tearing him apart and not killing him instantly because he wanted to hear him suffer while Velvette and Valentino watch in horor as Alastor tear Vox piece by piece and soon Vox is dead

After Vox is dead Angel Dust and Ivy picked up the same spear and walked up infront of Valentino as Angel Dust walked up infront of him he remembered all the times he abused him physically and mentally as his anger grew he instantly stabs him over and over again filled with hatred and rage towards him as Valentino screamed in pain once he's finished he let Ivy do the killing blow by stabbing him through the head and for Velvette Black Hat teleported Vaggie infront of him
Vaggie: Wait?! What?! How did I get here? (confused)
Black Hat: Hello Vaggie I have a gift for you (giving her a new angelic spear) and bonus I want you to be the one to kill Velvette

So she conplied and when Vaggie struck the spear into Velvette she wanted to give her a quick death but her body felt like it's being controled but and the same time it's not she struck Velvette on her chest barely missing her heart and other body parts this continues until Velvette is in the brink of death then Vaggie is able to stab her in the head
Black Hat: HAHAHAHA!!! What a performance oh the screams of pain the crushing of the bones HAHAHAHA!!!! Magnificent. Well I hope it's been burned into your skulls of what I am capable of and now I shall take my leave
Every screen becomes static after that as Black Hat walked up infront of the deceased bodies of the Vees and pulled out their scattered souls forging them to one again only to be absorbed into him

Black Hat snapped his fingers and soon all of the deceased employee's is brought back alive but as mindless slaves
Black Hat: These former voxtek employee's will work for you now and they will help you manage the radio tower under your commands

(Flashback in the hazbin hotel)
After Black Hat has planned out the plan to kill the Vees Angel seems to be a bit distracted and wondered of back into his own room so Black Hat decided to follow him without him noticing
When Angel is back in his room he is accompanied by a small pig demon sitting right next to him when suddenly Black Hat came in
Black Hat: Cute pig Angel
Angel Dust: BLACK HAT!!! (Shocked) What the hell are you doing here I thought your planning our attack?
Black Hat: I'm already done planning the attack and don't worry no one followed me here so there's nothing to worry about
Angel Dust: Ok that's good, what do you want?
Black Hat: I see that your a bit distracted during my explanation and that you wondered back into your room so I figure I wanted to see what's wrong and from the looks of it when I bring Ivy here it seems I bring back old memories, isn't that right?
Angel Dust: Well yes but why the fuck do you care the problem has nothing to do with you?
Black Hat: I know, that's why I came here to talk to you about this particular situation right now
Angel Dust: Oh really what do you find out about me?
Black Hat: For starters I know you have an addiction to drugs and that because of it you died if overdoes and end up in a coma, I also learned that you aren't the best employee or tenant, eventually owing a great deal of debt and unpaid rent to Valentino and also he caught you sneaking out of work and made you work double shifts, he also likes to abuse you physically and mentally and have you on drugs so he can control you and never give any free will what so ever so eventualy you get sick and tired of him and decided to run away from him and ended up in this hotel so you can hide from him and in hopes maybe he will give up trying to find you and I know that that underneath all of that slutty attitude and witty sense of humor, and the act where you don't let insults or pain stop you is a vulnarable side and that you don't want anyone to see because your afraid that they think low of you, did I miss anything?
Angel Dust is shocked to hear that Black Hat describe him so flawlessly just like an open book
Angel Dust: How did you describe my life so flawlessly and how did you know I have a vulnarable side
Black Hat: Don't get mad Angel I'm not going to make fun of you or do I give pitty to you, i just want you to know (sitting next to Angel) your not the only one that has been treated poorly and I get it if you don't want to lay down your walls and i do understand your pain and I hope by the time we killed Valentino it will very much lighten the burden your carrying also I learned all of this from watching this video (showing his phone at him)
Angel Dust: (tearing up) T-Thanks i really appreciate that Black Hat your pretty much the second person to know all about me
Black Hat: Don't worry Angel your secret is safe with me also do you want to work for me i will assure you i won't let Valentino lay a finger on you
Angel Dust: I don't know if i want to work for someone again i mean incase you haven't noticed i'm kind of a terrible employee
Black Hat: Don't worry i won't do you dirty also i already have girlfriend (Creating a contract in his hand)
Angel Seems hesitant but after the talk he have with Black Hat he somehow felt at ease so he signed the contract
Black Hat: For now it means your owned by me and Valentino but that won't be the case soon and as for a gift i will make you a little more powerful
Black Hat shoot a beam at Angel and the next thing Angel Dust knew he can shoot out webs out of his body
Angel Dust: This is awesome thanks Black Hat I'm glad I'm working for you now
Black Hat: Your welcome Angel
The two then returned back into the main lobby where they prepared everything they need to attack the Vees
(End of flashback)
Lincoln: Thanks Angel that really means alot to me and I know your going to be a way better boss for porn studios than Valentino because I know you have gone through shit as well and I know you will treat your employee's well and not abuse them physically or mentally
Angel Dust: Damn right I will and visit me anytime you want I don't mind having you around and maybe i can introduce you to my friend one day (ruffling his hair)
Charlie: You know, you can always count on us if you need anything we will sure to help
Lincoln: Thanks Charlie your a great friend and you have a beautiful soul I'm glad that I met someone like you. -Well as a villain that stings for me to say it but, I'll make an exception for now that is- Lincoln thought to himself.
Charlie: AAAW!!! Shucks!
Lincoln then transformed back into his Black Hat form
Black Hat: Well now that we have an understanding let me opened up a portal back to your universe
Ivy: Wait Black Hat can I stay in this demention?
Black Hat: What?! Why?!
Ivy: I honestly wanted to learn more what you do here and also I can help around the manor and on missions if you allow it
Black Hat: Perhaps it is ok for you to stay here although you need a human disguise if you want to go anywhere
Ivy: Don't worry I already have one
Ivy then transformed into a human version of herself
Black Hat: Perfect, you can now stay here and as for the rest of you I bid you farewell until we meet again
Everyone soon jumped through the portal one by one and back to their own universe and once everyone is back to their own universe Black Hat closed down the portal he then turned back to Ivy
Black Hat: Come along now Ivy we have a lot to catch up on
Ivy: Understood sir.
