“You can get to know my wife through her fan channels. You don’t have to get to know her through me.” Lu Zhao gave Chen Lin a disinterested once-over.
“Mr. Lu, you really live up to your reputation of protecting your wife,” Chen Lin said with a smile.
Chen Lin and Sirius exchanged a look.
Chen Lin stopped asking questions about Luo Ying. They continued to drink.
After three rounds of drinking, Wen Du went out to take a phone call. He soon excused himself and left.
Lu Zhao and Chen Lin remained in the private room. Chen Lin smiled. “Mr. Lu, you’re such a steadfast leader, but you’re so gentle to your wife.”
