-------No One's Pov------
Luffy doesn't feel like going outside right now, so he stayed inside his room for now, Ace and Sabo will be here soon for him, as well as Law. And some other family he has right now.
Talking outside, it feels like a problem.
Luffy stepped a little closer to eavesdrop, which left him astonished by their conversation. They were both talking about him.
"What's going on?"
That familiar voice that it was Law and the other one who stepped in, "Your Highness??" and another one was Killer. Thinking, what are they doing? Why is it all about him?
Outside.
Law looks at Penguin, "I'm surprised, are you also gonna dance him?" Law locked his eyes on Penguin, with that expressionless face of his, Penguin decided to answer his question. "Yes.. I am. Your Highness, please give me a chance to dance with him." Penguin even want Law's permission to dance.
"Did you like him?"
Killer's eyes widened and Eustass was not surprised, Killer looked at Penguin, Penguin couldn't even answer what was the correct way of answering and what was wrong. It was awkward.
"Your.. Highness, if I say "Yes".. would you believe?"
Law didn't avoid Penguin's strong gaze that's been gazing at him, "I would. I already know anyway. What's the fact of hiding it from me?" Penguin couldn't say anything, like he refused to say it. It was selfish, Law then glared at Eustass, "What? You think I'm planning something? He's all yours." Eustass coldly said, walking away.
"Don't you know that your own servant seems to have a liking to my lover?"
"You think I didn't know?"
Killer clenched, Penguin's eyes widened in disbelief, "Killer, you..." it was an unbelievable encounter for the four of them. "For fuck sake, stop bringing that topic up. You won, so what do you fucking want? You seem to be in a victory to the point that you think you're mocking us. I never thought of you were this fucking idiot, no.. more like a fool." Eustass mockingly said, as Law grabbed his collar tightly in a blink of an eye.
"Watch your fucking mouth. Eustass-ya."
Killer and Penguin look at each other, with that glare. "You can't even fucking control your servant for almost touching what's mine." Law coldly couldn't control his temper, "So as yours. Luffy fucking like him before you." Eustass is not going back down, "That's enough!! Cut it out!!!" Penguin roared, "Your Highness!" Penguin decided to convince him that aura unleashed to him that made him almost thrown away.
"He did like me but he loves you the most!! You---..."
"I'm not dumb. I fucking know, I just don't like the fact that I'm hearing that I don't want to hear, so what if he did not like me from the fucking first place? In the end he still chooses me."
Killer couldn't even say anything, "Let go of the Highness!! This instant!! Are you declaring a war!!? Trafalgar Law!!" Killer roared, "SHUT UP KILLER!!! YOU THINK YOUR NOT EVEN INVOLVED IN THIS!! YOU ALSO LIKED HIM DIDN'T YOU!?! YOU THINK I WOULDN'T KNOW!? YOU FOOL!!" Eustass also roared at him as he shove Law's hand away, he glared at Law, calmly and coldly said, "I'm also not a fool." glaring at Penguin.
Law calmed his aura, Killer, Eustass and Penguin was silent, "Right now.. Both of the Highness, stop fighting we..--" Penguin unable to finish his sentence when the door from the room opened.
"Are you guys fighting?"
Seeing Luffy, cross his arms, with coldness and expressionless faces can be seen from his half-lidded eyes. Disappointment can be read in his face.
"Luffy.. What happened!? Your soaking wet!"
"Mugiwara! I told you to dry yourself! You're gonna get a cold moron!"
"Mugiwara-ya!"
Law approached him but Luffy stopped him for now, he was not in the mood, touching Law's chest and pushing him away.
"You disappoint me. Torao."
"What the fuck did I do? I just stop this fucking bastards who keep coming after you!"
"I wish to speak in private, I wish to speak with Penguin, Killer, Jaggy and Torao. You guys do remember that I hate fights between friends."
"He's not my friend!" Eustass growled, Law clicked his tongue out of annoyance, it seems he blamed him for happening this, Killer and Penguin remain silent for now. They both didn't say anything, Luffy crossed his arms, "Then.. at least tell me why you are soaking in water.. Mugiwara-ya, don't be so reckless sometimes. Didn't the servants tell you not to go out until you're ready to go out??" Law helplessly sighs as he caresses Luffy's cheek.
"Tch.. Because the demon, who is a woman pushed him earlier in the pool and----.."
"What!?"
Killer, Luffy, Penguin, Law and Eustass turn around to see Sabo and Ace. Ace and Sabo hurriedly rush to Luffy, Ace and Sabo can't calm down, not at all. "Hey! Hey! Stop it! What's wrong!? I got saved!!" Luffy sweatdrops, as they both sigh in relief, and give Luffy a hug, now they think about it. They don't need to ask who it was since Eustass knows.
They can't lose him anymore, not again.
Luffy sweats a little at how they act so much like he was going to disappear from their sight. Now they were both fine, "Mugiwara-ya.." Law tried to have a perfect conversation but all of it failed. Eustass sigh, Killer still remembers how Eustass got mad at him, and he can't argue about it because he has a reason to do so.
"Luffy, the servants will come soon, go back to your room." Ace demanded, and met his eyes and commanded Luffy not to get out of the room unless he was told so, Luffy can't help but listen to it.
After a few moments later, Luffy lastly look at Penguin and Killer who walk away in a different direction, Ace and Sabo also talk to Law to watch over him, they don't mind since they know that Law is Luffy's lover, he has the permission to stay with Luffy.
In the room, alone with Luffy, "Are you guys fighting again? You do know that I hate fights." Luffy crosses his arms, grumpily saying that, avoiding Law's sweet gaze. "Earlier, it wasn't a fight, it was an argument, we just misunderstand that.." Law couldn't exactly truthfully say it. Since the three of them, like Luffy.
"I was disappointed.. that I heard you guys fighting.. this is my birthday and I don't want any fight."
Luffy sits on a soft couch near, Law approaches him and sits on the floor, Luffy looks down and sees Law's actions raised his ankle and planted a kiss on it. "I promise your birthday will be perfect without a doubt.. I promise. I'm sorry I lost control, I just.." He just thought Eustass is going to take him away, by saving him, seeing Luffy in someone's arms, held in someone's arms and feeling like Law wants to tear them apart, he hates that.
They heard servants came in again, going to fix Luffy again, since he was soak in water right now. "Your Highness.." They were worried about Luffy, if Luffy was a "Demon" he'll be fine. "Let's meet at the party Torao." Luffy ended up smiling and kissing Law's cheek, "My family will be there." Luffy stood up as well as Law.
"Take care of him well. Make him appear delightful as he should be."
It sounds like a threat to the servants from the sound of his cold tone of voice, Law goes outside of the room.
Outside the castle.
In other rooms, as well as the others such as Shanks and the others, Luffy's friends are fixing themselves. In every correct way, and very beautiful way.
Midnight finally came.
And it was a full moon, the curtains open and there's only one throne that is only left out. A throne that the "Prince" that is mere "Human" that'll be sitting on. Everyone cheered.
As one of the speakers of the Royal Family finally came.
The Warlords, and other New Generations of the Demon Kings also visited. Old as well, Old Generations.
"GOOD EVENING!!! EVERYONE!!! MAY I PRESENT THE FAMILY OF THE EMPEROR "RED" HAIR SHANKS!! KNOWN AS THE TRUE DEVIL OF ALL DEMONS!!!"
At first, showing Shanks would make everyone bow, and the women do the curtsy, next was Monkey D. Garp, with Sabo and Portgas D. Ace. Marco, Whitebeard and his other crew clapped and bowed the two handsome, kind gentle princes, wave at all of them with such Royalty and kindly wave and behave as a Prince. And Garp laughed, clapping while drinking his ale.
The next was Makino, Shanks wife. Dadan showed with her, with such a stunning gown, Makino gave her, Dadan was so happy to see Luffy, one of the children she took care of.
And next was Luffy's friends, next to the throne of Luffy's throne, with full of coins and treasures, Nami's eyes berries jumping to the coins, rolling, she didn't even care about her gown, Zoro sits strongly beside to the throne and the other side was Sanji, smoking, girls squeeled of how handsome of the two. Sanji's eyes turned into heart-shapes, "LADIES!!!~" and still stay beside the throne, and Chopper, sitting on Robin's lap with her devilish wings, in her Devil's true form.
Jinbei is sitting on the treasure full of coins beside Nami who was dancing in excitement, "SAY! YOUR HIGHNESS!!! CAN YOU PLEASE HAVE THIS!?! THIS IS MINE NOW RIGHT!?!!" her eyes brimming with excitement are determined to take all the money, Zoro, Jinbei, Yamato sweatdrop. "Nami's scary... When it comes to Money...." Chopper and Ussop said, sweatdropping. "Oh how I love Nami-San!!!!" Sanji spins out of wildness.
"Yohohoho! We are sorry for being late, my dear Friends!!!"
Seeing Franky with Brook, as they bow out of respect to the Royalties, Shanks nod their heads, they will not sit on their throne, not until their special one isn't here yet.
Brook approaches Robin, "Where's Luffy-San?" he whispered out of curiosity, "I also.. don't know what's taking him so long." Robin said, even everybody was curious about what was taking him so long.
Every Royalty whisper and having gossip, Luffy was taking too long. "That brat.. what's taking him so long?" Crocodile muttered, "Just where is the Prince? This is the first time I'm seeing him and he's not even getting out? Don't tell me they lie?" everybody somewhat starts to regret their decision, whispering and muttering. Cavendish on the other hand who is drinking wine.
Suddenly one servant came up to Shanks, "I-I'm deeply sorry but the Prince is having trouble, putting the clothes on lately, please wait a little longer.. my deepest apologies." one of the servants says, "What? Where's Luffy why isn't he coming out?" Garp also finds it suspicious, and a concern coming from the tone of his voice.
"W-Well......"

Right now in the room.
Luffy is sulking, he didn't mean to rip off the dress he bought.
"Y-YOUR HIGHNESS!! D-DON'T---..!!"
"WHAT SHALL I DO!?! MY BIG BROTHERS WILL KILL ME!!!!"
Luffy spins like he was in full panic.
Looking at the ripped outfit, "Your Highness, shall we call the most fashionable Royal Person? Known as Cavendish? Please, he's here! He can help us!!" one of the servants said and the rest nodded their heads. "No! I don't want it!!! I want my own design!!!" Luffy grumpily said, as the servants stepped back.
Luffy looked around to the closet and everywhere if he could find something that he could wear. Then he noticed he was wearing blue pants and he was shirtless, he hummed for a moment. He grabs the fur and grabs the scissors, and he starts cutting some clothes.
"Y-Y-YOUR HIGHNESS!! W-WHAT ARE YOU DOING!!?!?"
Luffy playfully grinned.
"Since my outfit are destroyed I have very amazing design out of my head!!! I have a plan!! Nyahahahahaha!!!"
"Y-Your Highness.. A-A-Are you sure?" The servants are trembling from fear, because at how Luffy cut his own outfit. "Yeah! A very interesting design!!!! Nyahahahahaha!!!!" Luffy ended up putting a furr of jacket, "SEE!! DONE!!!~" and instead putting of a crown, he put a pirate hat instead. Above his Straw Hat, he was shirtless that has lots of jewels, grabbing a mug of ale, it was actually not an "Ale", since last night, Ace and Sabo give him something to drink, and Luffy is also forbidden to drink any alcohol.
"N-NO!! YOU CAN'T G-GO OUTSIDE LIKE THAT YOUR HIGHNESS!!!"
"Huh? Why? Is it bad to be shirtless???"
"Y-YES!!! T-THE FAMILY WON'T LIKE IT!!!"
"WHY WOULDN'T THEY!! I'M A MAN!! I CAN BE SHIRTLESS WHATEVER AND WHENEVER I WANT!!"
Luffy fought back as the devil servants stepped back away from him, "B-But Your Highness! You're not allowed to..--" the servants unable to finish their sentence when Luffy just got out without a care in the world.
"Y-Y-YOUR HIGHNESS!!!!"

And back to the throne room, where all the Royalties were placed at. They heard a voice, they knew who that voice was, everyone's eyes turned out to be an excitement, seeing Luffy so beautiful and neat, handsome, and a gentleman, with fine clothing.
When Luffy showed himself, they all cracked.
"EVERYONE!!!! NYAHAHAHAHA!!!!"
Jumping on his throne.
It was totally shocking what he was wearing.
