I was on my phone playing subway surfers to pass time before we got to the mall.
"Where yo aux cord at?" I heard D ask me
I looked down looking for the cord nd then I noticed where it was at . Nd then I jus looked at him wit that 'are you dumb' look(Iykyk).
"It's right beside yo leg dummy " I said rolling my eyes
Next thing ik I feel something around my throat .
" Lose yo attitude " he said . I ain't even know we was at a red light.
"Boyyy" I said rolling me eye,
moving away ,smiling
"What I thought " he said just as we was pulling up to the mall at Bay Plaza.(idk if this is in the Bronx but I think it is, if it's not jus pretend).
We see the others parking and luckily there is a parking spot to the right of them so we part there.
He parks and then I go to open my side door when i feel myself being pulled back .
"stop tryna open a door ma" D said
"why not , nothings wrong with me opening it." i said rolling my eyes.
"everythings wrong wit uu opening it" he said in a 'are uu dumb' tone.
"mmm"i said
He got out and walked around the car & opened my door.
"heyy yall, come on" Sev said
I started walking towards where the rest of them was.
"yall im hungry" king said
"me too" Mir said
"LETS GET FOOD" nuni said punching the air.
"did this girl jus-" ace said.
"yes she did" mir said
"please dont do that ever again" King, Sev, & Ace all said at the same time laughing
Just then i realize no matter whats going D, dont really talk that much.
I walked over to Mir bc ik him and D3 are bestfriends so they are the closes and i pulled him away to talk to him where nobody could hear us
"Why doesnt D3 talk alot?" i asked him quietly
He looked at me nd closed his eyes like he was thinking , probably whether to tell me or not.
" he has trust issues so he dont know whether he can talk to uu or not so he just stays quiet" he says
" so selective mutism ?" i asked
"somewhat yes, once he knows more about you he will be the most talkitive person you have ever met . Rn he may just talk to uu a little bit , but give him time" he said
"ok, thank you bestie" i said
"AHHHH YOU CALLED ME BESTIE, YOU HEAR THAT SEV SHE CALLED ME BESTIE" He yelled causing people to look at us
Thats when i realized just how many people are here. I can't breath
" what yall want to eat? " ace ask everybdoy.
"im going to the bathroom ill be back." i said running to the bathroom
When i got to the bathroom
I ran in and locked the door . As soon as i did i felt myself beginning to panic.
My chest was getting tight
My vision was blurring
I couldnt help but cry.
Just then i heard a knock on the door and i began to panic more thinking about how i had to get out so they could use the bathroon.
"ma its me open the door" i heard D3 say outside the door.
"i-i-i ca-cant m-mov-move " i sakd stuttering crying.
"ma come just unlock it baby"
Some how i managed to crawl towards the door and unlock it.
"u-un-unl-unlocked" i stuttered out.
Next then i know He is right by my side with the door closed again. Idk if it was locked but i couldnt really breath enough to ask.
" ma come on breath with me ok"
"o-ok"i tried to say
"in " he said breathing in & i followed his lead
"out" he said breathing in & I followed again
" ok ma, whats 5 things you can see." he asked
"t-the D-D-Door , Toil-toilet , my leg, f-floor , y-y-yo-you" i stuttered out.
"Good, now 4 things you can hear" he said moving me so i was laying in his lap with my head on his chest
"talking, wwater, shoes, your v-voice" i managed to stutter out getting better
"your doing good ma, 3 things you smell" he said
"my perfume, food, an-and your col-cologne"
"perfect , 2 things you taste" atp he had one hand rubbing ny back & the other playing with my scalp .
"pepsi,and thats all" i said laughing sniffling .
Ge chuckled . Causing me to look at him.
"your smile is so pretty"
"pretty?" he asked raisinf his eyebrow
"yk what i mean" i said rolling my eyes smiling.
"lastly whats one thing your body feels rightnow? "
"you" i said looking at him.

Now is not the time Aaliyah you just got done with a panic attack.

"omg" i said realising i must look a mess rn

Just then i heard my phone ding.

I looked back up to see D3 staring at me .
"how did yk something was wrong with me?" i asked him
" i saw your eyes start to look around and panic and you was shaking"
"oh" i didnt even knos i did all of that."thank you"
"your welcome ma" He said with his fine ass voice.
"now come on Lets go get sum food and we will go home"
" what about the party tonight, and shopping"
" we can do online shopping and go another time instead of today, ik your tired beautiful i can see it in your eyes, ik your not up for a party rn"
"i dont want Sev to be mad or anything"i said looking down playing with my shorts that i had on
"shes ur bestfriend, she will understand" he said crabbing my chin making me look at him.
I just nodded , my throat hurting from crying so much.
"come on baby". He said standing up reaching his hand out to me.
I grabbed it with him helping me up.
"uu wanna go to the car nd go to a drive threw or uu wanna go in here nd eat with them" he asked
"we can stay here nd eat and then leave after, but will uu stay with me until then please" i said starting to panic thinking about being alone.
"ofc ma calm down, im not going no where come on" he said holding my hand walkinf out.
As he walked out he kept his hand on mines standing right beside me as we walked.
"where uu wanna eat at" he asked looking down at me.
Why am i jus now noticing how much taller he is .
"how tall are you?" i asked without being able to stoo myself.
"6'2" he said chuckling.

As we stood in line i loomed around try to find out friends. Then i spotted then all at a table talking to each other.
"hi welcome to chick fil a , what can i get you" the cashier said bitting her lip staring at D3.
"lemme get a spicy chicken sandwich, a large fry and a Dr pepper" D3 said staring at the menu
He then looked down at me Nd and whispered to me " whatchu want ma"
"can i get the 12 piece nuggets , a spicy chicken sandwich, medium fry , and a sprite " i whispered back. I may be little but i eat like no other.
"ofc ma, what sauce" he said before turning back to the cashier pulling me so i was standing with my back to his chest.
" Polynesian please " i said
"lemme get a 12 piece nugget , a chicken sandwich, a medium fry and a sprite with 3 Polynesian sauces please"
"ofc handsome, your total is $35.91"
he handed her a $50
" keep the change, you look like you need it" he said looking her up and down
"ughh" she said making a disgusted face and Embarrassed face walking away.
"why would uu say that,she might spit in our food " i said looking up at him
"she aint stupid"

"12 piece nugget, spicy chicken sandwich 2 frys?" the cashier called nd he moved away from me and went and got the tray.
"thank you" he said
"my pleasure" she said .
"do yk where they sitting ? " he asked me
" yes they right there" i said pointing toward where they are.

He started walking over there with me following him.
"took yall long enough, tf was yall doing fucking or something damn" Nuni said
" girl no never did that"I said causing them all to look at me.
"Best uu a virgin" Mir asked
"Yep" I said looking down feeling embarrassed, also feeling D3 Looking at me .
"Ohhhh girl perioddd" Nuni said doing the lil swipe with her hand under her chin. Causing me to buss out laughing 😂.
" y'all me nd Dior going home after this"D3 said making everybody look at the both of us
"Why " everybody asked in unison
" I don't really feel that good , I'm sorry" I said looking down .
" nah it's ok best, so you guys both not going tonight" Sev asked getting some of her chipotle feeding it to Ace.
" nope" D3 simply said .
"Ok" everybody said
30 minutes later me and D3 was walking back to my car.
We came here to just get me something nd everybody else didn't want to come but they are staying and getting themselves something for the party they are going to tonight .😂
As we got in the car I felt myself get sleep .
Just then I thought of something that I've been wondering this whole time being around D3.

I didn't hear nothing so I looked at him just to see he was staring at me.
"La'Damien" he said causing me to smile.
"La'Damien" I said lowly closing my eyes close to falling asleep
"thats so cute, ima start calling you that" i said laying my head on the door falling asleep.
