I'm not angry
I'm hurt
There's a difference
When I'm angry then I yell
Because someone has me twisted
When I'm hurt then I'm depressed
And I'll need to create some distance
When I'm angry then I can get really disrespectful
When I'm hurt then I feel like I'm no longer special
When I'm angry then speaking to me is pointless
When I'm hurt then my tears are full of disappointment
I'm no psychological expert
But for what it's worth
I'd rather be angry than hurt
