Athena's pov:
What's going on?!
I blush as he kiss my hand, I can see a smirk on his lips as he look at me.
"Shall we?" Mister Perez said and smile at us. He seems to be a happy.. not like.. someone i know..
"I call you here because I want to discuss about something." He said as he sit down.
"Luca, I already discuss this to you last night.. remember?" He said as he look at his son who's sitting in his right side.
"Last night...?" I can see that his eyes widen as if he remember something from last night.
"The arranged marriage!" He shout.
My whole word meets it's end as I hear that. He's the son of the CEO of the law firm dad works?! I stand up and look at Clyden and Mister Perez. "E-excuse me?! What?! So your the one who's going to be..."
"Miss Ortiz, seem to be so shock about it. Yes Miss Ortiz, my son is going to be your husband in a few months." He smile and look at me like it's totally fine.
I sit down on the chair and exhale "Why me?! There's so many girls in this world who's much better than me! Many girls with beauty, brains and other things I don't have! So why me?!"
I didn't realize that my tears are already falling..and I start to sob uncontrollably..
"..." I heard myself sniffing, silent cover the whole room as I sob while my head are down.
Mister Perez suddenly hug me. My eyes widen as he hug me tight. But..I didn't hesitate to hug him back. It feels like a new thing for me, my dad never even hug me once. I don't usually show any of my emotions. As long na kaya ko pang itago yun nararamdaman ko..tinatago sya.. I won't dare to show my weakness to anyone but my mirror and self.
"How are you feeling now Miss Ortiz?" Mister Perez ask me with a kind and gentle eyes.
I let out a small smile and answer him "better. Thank you for hugging me. Mister Perez.. it's a big help.."
"No problem, Your going to be my daughter-in-law in a few months anyways so it's fine." He said. "So, what is your answer Miss Ortiz?" He ask me as he sit down on the chair.
"Um..pwede po bang pagisipan ko muna?" I look at him and nervousness start to hit me. "I'm still not ready, Let alone marry someone I just meet."
Mister Perez let out a little chuckle as he look at me. "Sure, son you should count her first." He turn and look this son.
"Sure, it's not a problem." He smile and wink at me.
After my dad and Mister Perez settle everything about our engagement and other things, nag paalam na kami na uuwi na. Mister Perez give me another hug before he go inside his car.
Time skip
Kinaumagahan ay sabado wala naman akong masdaong assignment kaya i decided to do the laundry dahil puno naman ito. Parang kalalaba ko ng isang linggo puna naman?! I ready the things i needed para makapag laba i also put on some music while i do my work.

I sing as the whole living room was cover by my voice as i sing my heart out. Suddenly someone knock on the door. I wonder who is it.
"Ye-" i was super surprised when i see Clyden's face on my front door.
"Good morning, my wife." He said and smile at me.
Walang maganda sa umaga ko kung ikaw ang unang tao ang makikita ko!
"Bakit ka nandito?" I ask him and cross my arms.
"Misis ko, wag ka naman masdong malamig sa akin.." sabi nya habang binibigay ako ng 'puppy eyes'.
"Anyways i was here for you." He smile and give me a bouquet of red roses.
Hindi ko napansin na ang suod ko na damit ay yun black ko na sando kung saan kitang-kita ang collar bone at ang malaki kong mga bundok at maikling short na kitang kita ang mapuputi kong binti. I noticed him looking down at me with a wide open eyes.
"Wow..misis ko, di ko alam na may tinatago ka palang kayaman sa mga damit mo.." he said as he bite his lip and smirk at me.
I try to cover my chest with my arm and look at him with an annoyed look on my face "Manyak! Pastos! Pervert!" Sigaw ko sa kanya.
"Oh c'mon misis ko.. don't shout at me like that.."
"Can i come in?" He asks.
"Fine." I said as i turn around and walk to the bathroom to check the laundry if it's done.
"Why did you come here anyway?" I ask him but not facing him.
"Don't you remember? Gusto kitang ligawan, that's why i'm here misis ko." He smile.
"Parang noong isang araw galit na galit ka sa akin kase nabanga kita tapos na taponan pa kita ng orange juice."
"Oh..about that i'm sorry misis ko kung nasigawan kita ng malakas.. i was in a bad mood that afternoon.. sorry.."
"Thank you nga pala sa flowers..it smells good.." i look at and give him a little smile.
"Wala yun misis ko, maliit na bagay." He give me another smile.
"How did you know that my favorite flowers are roses?" I ask him and rise an eyebrow and cross my arms.
"I ask Tito what's your favorite flowers are he said that it's roses. He also seems unsure about it.."
*Sigh* "at least he something about me.." I sigh and turn to the bathroom and start to do the laundry.
-few minutes later-
"Misis ko, do you need help?"
"No nee-" hindi ko na natapos ang dapat kong sabihin ng bigla syang umupo sa tabi ko at nagsimulang gawin ang mga labada.
"I'll help you anyways, misis ko.." He give me a smile and turn and do the laundry.
"Binabasa mo na ba yun binili mong book?" Tanong ko sakanya habang nga babanlaw ako.
He stop and look at me and said "You.. remember..that night..?"
"Yes, your the same guy from the bookstore." As i look at him he seems surprise about it.
"Glad you still remember that misis ko, i actually remember you the moment i look at you in the classroom. Namukaan kita dahil sa mga magaganda mong mata.." he said as he brush off a strand of hair to my ear.
"Ano naman ang maganda sa mata ko? They just brown colored eyes.." i rise an eyebrow.
"Brown eyes are the most common.."
"I know but for me i can easily get lost in those eyes of your.." He said and smile..but this smile in a genuine smile..
I blush as he compliment my eyes. "Tsk! Your such a sweet talker.
He chuckle and look at him "Well, misis ko i only say the true."
-9:35 am-
*Sigh* "finally done..."
"Here water.." binigyan nya ako ng isang baso ng malamig na tubig.
"Thanks" "what do you want for lunch?"
Tanong ko sa akin at bigay ang baso sa kanya.
"You can cook? A-anything is fine. I'm not a picky eater.."
"Of course i can cook." I said as i go to the kitchen and check the refrigerator for some ingredients.
"Hmm..how about sinigang?" I ask and look at him
"Sure." He said
"Basang basa ka maligo ka muna, baka mag kasakit ka pa.." Sabi ko sa kanya at luningo nagulat ako ng makita ko syang nag huhubad ng t-shirt nya sa harap ng kitchen counter!
"But i don't have any clothes.." he said and look at me "Misis ko, wag ka lang tumingi pwede mo rin tong hawakan." He said as he caress his bare skin.
"A-ano ba!!! Bat ka nag hubad sa harap ko?!" "Papahiramin nalang kita ng damit ko! Oversized naman yun iba kong damit!" I ran to my room and shut the door, i sit on my bed blushing hard.
-Clayden's pov-
I chuckles as I see a hint of blush on her cheeks. I go to the bathroom and start the shower. I suddenly hear a knock on the bathroom door.
"Damit mo..." My wife said.
"Thank you, misis ko.." I didn't hear her response but it made me smile.
As i get out of the bathroom wearing my wife's clothes i smell her cooking.. it feels like home..
"Oh.. tapos kana pala.." She said and look at me with a hint of red in her cheeks
"Your clothe smells good.. ikaw lang ba lagi ang nag lalaba ng mga damit nyo ni tito?" I ask and tilt my head.
"Oo, sino pa ba ang gagawa ng nga gawaing bahay kundi ako." She give a small smile and turn to the cabinet where the plates and utensils are place.
"Maupo ka na at kakain na." She said and put the plates and utensils in front on me.
Nilagay na nya yun rice at yun ulam sa lamesa at naupo na rin sa tapat ko.
She so beautiful.. I can't believe i was going to marry this girl.
