"It's Aero and Tally." Lilly immediately tells Harry and I who look to each other with worry.
*Max's P.o.V*
"What's the matter with them?" I ask Lilly when I look back at her. She just waves her hand towards her signaling us to follow her.
Lilly leads us up the stairs and to the bedroom where Harry and I had our steamy session. My face heats up just thinking about what happened and what almost happened. When Lilly opens up the door, Aero and Tally are just beet red and shivering.
"What's wrong Aero?" I ask her and she slowly opens her eyes to look at me.
"I don't know. It just happened all of the sudden." Aero shakily says while catching her breath between words. I start to go near Tally to comfort her but Harry grabs my arm to stop me so I turn around with a scowl.
"We don't know if whatever they have is contagious." Harry warns me.
"If it is then we will get it sooner or later anyways," I tell him and he lets go of me because he knows I'm right. I rush to Tally's side and grab her hand while moving her damp hair away from her face. She isn't even holding Berry which means that she feels horrible. I pick up Berry from the ground and put her beside Tally to give her a little bit of comfort.
"Get them some water," I tell either Lilly or Harry but they both leave.
"No water." Tally finally speaks up.
"Why not? It'll help you because you need to be hydrated." I inform her but she doesn't respond.
Lilly comes back up with four bottles of water. I thank her then she leaves the room, probably to avoid getting sick. When I open a bottle and move it close to Tally's mouth, she swats at it which makes me spill less than half of it.
"Tally, you have to drink it." I tell her with concern and she gives up because of her lack of energy. I elevate her head and tilt the bottle into her mouth. She gulps some so I shut the lid and go over to Aero and do the same.
After when both have drunk both of their bottles, I decide to head back downstairs to let them rest.
"How are they?" Kay asks with his palm on his cheek and I just sigh.
"They drunk both of their bottles so that's a good sign," I inform him and he gives me a thumbs up. Fox comes down the stairs with Dagmar latched onto his arm.
"Are we all ready?" He asks and I shake my head no.
"Aero and Tally are sick with something," I tell him and he just lightly chuckles.
"They can just stay here and die for all that I care. Plus we don't need what they got." He scuffs and takes a seat on the couch with Dagmar beside him.
"We will already have it if they're showing signs so we're all going to get if probably." I sigh while playing with the fringes on my bandages.
"We need to leave because the sooner we leave, the quicker we can find more supplies if we run out of these." Dagmar says and she's right so I nod.
"Can't we just stay one more night to see if they get better? I mean, Max is forcing them to drink two bottles of water every hours." Lilly tells Fox and I mouth her no so she just shrugs. I don't want him knowing that I'm giving them two bottles of water each hour.
"That goes on your water supply if they die." Fox tells me then gets up with Dagmar to get some fresh air.
"You just keep on getting rationed don't ya?" Kip asks me with a laugh so I just go in the kitchen to get some more water for the girls.

It's now almost midnight and I'm sacrificing sleep to make sure the sick girls stay hydrated. I'm sat at the table with the garage door open for little light to shine through. The family watching me is unnerving but I don't want to fall asleep on the girls.
I take a sip of my water and then inspect the bottle because I'm just curious what brand it is. I've never heard or seen of this brand before but what would I know about bottled water. I then go out to the garage and look at the cases. The cases are odd because they're just cardboard with plastic over the bottles. It looks homemade which is strange. Maybe the family made them for when the water faucets don't work like they don't now.
I go up closer to the family and open up the unlocked door. The smell is horrendous but what else is new? I take a look closer and all of them look like that they're wearing make up which is beyond strange. They're hands are also full of make up. Why are they even wearing long sleeved shirts and pants when it's the middle of summer? I pull up the dads sleeve and I'm shocked at what I see. I don't believe what I'm seeing so I pull up the mother and three kids sleeves and they show the same.
*Kay's P.o.V*
I wake up to the feel of someone standing over me so when I look over I slightly jump and quickly sit up.
"You scared the living shit out of me Max," I whisper to her and she has lots of full bottles in her arms. "What are you doing with our water?"
"I'm dumping the water out." She whispers with confidence.
"Are you insane?" I ask her and get up to grab my bottle. I manage to grab mine away from her.
"What are you doing?" She asks me like I'm the one who is crazy.
"The important question is, what are you doing with our life source?" I ask her and she sighs.
"Come with me." She tells me while walking away towards the kitchen.
*Max's P.o.V*
"We are not being poisoned." Kay slightly laughs in denial.
"Yes we are. Did you not see them? They look like what Aero and Tally does." I tell him to knock some sense into him.
"I don't even know what Aero and Tally look like and I don't want to know." He crosses his arms in disgust.
"Someone set us up obviously," I tuck a strand of hair behind my ear due to nerves.
"Who would even set us up?" Kay asks.
"Okay, maybe it wasn't specifically aimed at us but whoever did this doesn't want people here."
"Whatever you say detective. I'm going back to bed." Kay says with a yawn while heading back to bed.
I might as well go to sleep as well since the water that Aero and Tally are drinking is making them sick.
*
"What do you mean the water and food is poison?" Fox asks me harshly.
"I'm not sure about the food but they're taped at the bottom which makes it obvious and," I'm cut off by Fox.
"I don't care about that!" Fox yells at me and I cringe away. "Do you just not want us to have water or food at all?"
"Go look in the garage," I tell him sternly while pointing towards the kitchen. "Everyone if you don't believe me." I say and everyone heads to the garage but Harry stops in front of me.
"Have you gone mad?"
"You're accusing me now? You've seen what Aero and Tally look like so join the others." He leaves and joins the others while I rub my forehead. Why is it so hard for people to believe me?
"They'll believe you once they see them." Kay reassures me and I give him the "really" look. "I believe you if you're that worried." He raises his hands in defense.
"I see nothing but dead people!" Fox yells from the garage so I march in there and raise up their sleeves.
"Is that not enough proof for you?" I ask them all with gritted teeth and they all gasp, including Fox. "Now if you excuse me while I dump out the water so no one else gets poisoned," I excuse myself while everyone stares at me with shock.

"How are they feeling today?" I ask Lilly whose right by Aero's side, whom is awake.
"I'm feeling a little better." Aero informs me then looks over to Tally with a frown and I do the same.
"She's younger so it makes sense that the poison is affecting her more," I say while standing over Tally and caressing her sweaty face. We all sit in silence, silently praying for Tally and Aero.
"Do you feel well enough to walk?" I break the silence and ask Aero.
"I suppose so. I mean, I'll try." Aero tries to get up with Lilly's help and she manages too. Aero is still a little bit shaky but I think she'll be fine. I pick up Tally and rest her head against my shoulder while one of my hands holds her head and her bum is on my other.
"Lilly, grab her bear please." She does and carries it while helping Aero down the stairs. I go down the stairs one by one so I make sure I don't fall down with Tally in my arms.
"We're ready," I tell everyone and head out the door first. I'm sure that Harry grabs my bag since he knows that I'm carrying Tally.
"I wonder why we didn't get sick but Aero and Tally did?" Lilly says and I wonder the same thing.
"Tally's reason is obvious, she's way younger than all of us. With Aero, I have no idea."
"Well, we're all going to get some sort of sickness sooner or later being dirty and in a bloody environment." Aero says and I agree.
We wait for Fox and the rest outside so we can follow them. They all leave with slim bags on their backs. I did notice that Harry didn't come out so what is he doing?
"Go on ahead you two," I tell Lilly and Aero and they follow the group.
When I go to look at Tally's face, something that moved catches my eye. It's Harry who is going behind the house. Did he even notice me standing here? I decide to follow him.
He's just stopped in front of the garage door staring at it. I stand by him and look at what he's looking at. It's a symbol but what does it mean?
"What does it mean?" I ask Harry and he looks at me with worry.
"I made this symbol at the trailer to let others know that we claimed it."
"Did you make this then?" I nod towards the garage door and Harry shakes his head no.
"It must've been those guys who Lyra saw." I remember about her saying something about them.
"What would they have against us to poison us?" I ask and Harry just shrugs.
"We should get going." He says and starts walking away towards the group and I follow him.
