After the couple finished their honeymoon a few weeks after that Momo finds out that she is pregnant with twins from the doctor which made her cry in joy that she is having Izuku children. During the time Izuku reached the #1 spot as a hero as Momo became a stay at home mom. Momo does help out hero's with operations at her husbands agency she was known as the specialist in operations. Most asked why she doesn't want to be a hero she told them was because of wanting to be a mother to her hubby's kids and that she doesn't want to put them in danger as most agreed to it. During the time after a while Momo gave birth to a girl and a boy which she named them Mizumi and Mizuku. The Midoriya family is one big happy family as Momo as a son on the way which she is gonna name after Izuku which he doesn't know yet.
