"What you wanna do today ?" I asked Lani as I ate breakfast
We were still in the room. She was laying in bed while I sat on the chair in the corner eating the room service that I ordered.
She claimed she wasn't hungry but knowing her I still brought her something to eat.
"I don't know, what's there to do ?" She asked putting her phone down
"A lot" I shrugged
She got off the bed and walked towards me "I don't wanna go to the beach again"
"Then we don't have to" I replied looking at her
I admired her bare face. She had her bonnet on with a big tee and shorts on with her glasses on her face.
"You so pretty" I said causing her to smile
"Stop." She smiled
"What ?"
She shook her head "thank you"
"You sure you don't wanna eat ?" I asked pushing the food I ordered for her towards her
"Nah I'm okay"
"That mean you gotta eat later" I said as she looked away
"I'll try"
"Look up some places we can go"
She nodded then walked back towards the bed to grab her phone "okay"
"Ouuu let's go to the museum of illusion" She smiled
"Sounds like money" I chuckled
"Okay well maybe we can do sum else" she said scrolling through her phone
"Lani I'm just playing, go get dressed so we can go" I said throwing away the empty container I just ate out of
"Can I wear sweats ?"
I raised my eyebrow " In 80 degree weather ?"
"Your right." She nodded before walking to the bathroom and turned the shower on
She pulled out grey leggings and a top to match from skims , then grabbed her necessities before walking back into the bathroom.
"Hurry up, cause you know you be trynna take long Kay'Lani" I said getting on my phone to kill time
"Shut up"
30 minutes later she was finally walking out the bathroom but still wasn't dressed.
"I'm tired of these braids" she said playing in her hair
"Why ?" I asked getting up to take a shower
"They kinda annoying"
I shook my head "get dressed Lani" I said before walking into the bathroom
She came behind me and grabbed her clothes that was on the counter before walking back out.
I closed the bathroom door and turned the shower back on before taking my clothes off to get in.

"It's so hot" Lani said as we walked towards the museum of illusion
I held the door open and allowed her to walk in first before I walked in after.
"You paid online right ?" I asked
She nodded "yea. Your card wasn't working at first I got scared" she joked
"Don't play" I said mushing her head as she laughed
We both completed our waivers before walking in line to get our wrist bands.
We waiting in like for a couple minutes before getting to the front.
"Okay so you guys get access to the museum and Smash it" the lady said before putting wrist bands on our wrist then allowed us to the back

"Tf is Smash it ?" I asked looking at Lani
She laughed "you'll see"
She grabbed my hand and led me to this area before handing me a face shield and three plates.
"Ohhh yeaaa" I said as she chuckled
We grabbed a marker and walked into a room with a big target in the middle of the wall.
She wrote on her plates as I wrote on mines.
"Dang Lani what all you writing" I asked as I waited on her
"Mind yours" she said as she continued writing
"Okay" she said as she finished and showed me her plates
I'm letting go of fake friends.
Im releasing the mental bondages that have a hold on my mind.
I'm letting go of all my insecurities.
"Damn, that's deep. All I put was fuck these fake ass niggas on each plate" I said causing her to laugh
She grabbed her insecurities plate and threw it hard at the target causing it to shatter in pieces.
She sighed in relief before looking back at me.
"I think you need this more than I do" I said before throwing my plate
We took turns throw our plates before we were done.
"That was fun, I wish we had more" she said as we walked around the museum
"You okay ?"
"Yea I feel good" she smiled before dragging me to a wall to take a picture

Once we were done with the museum we were now on our way to get something to eat.
Lani decided she wanted us to walk to the restaurant since it wasn't far from the museum.
"You look good asf" I said as I walked behind her
She looked back at me "thank you, you don't look to bad yourself"
I shook my head, we continued walking and finally made it to the restaurant.
"Hi, you guys can sit anywhere a waiter would be with you shortly" the lady said once we walked in
"So how you liking the trip so far ?" She asked
I chuckled "it's straight"
She nodded "wish it was less drama" she says before looking down at the menu
My phone rang on the table causing me to look over at it before declining the call.
"Must be important" Lani said as it rang again
I shook my head "nah"
"Whose that ?" She asked
"No one" I shrugged while declining the call again
Stared at me then at my phone before chuckling " Tuh. Okay Geo"
I sighed "what ?"
"Nothing" she shook her head
Deciding to leave it alone I went back to looking through the menu.
"What you getting ?" I asked
"I don't know" she replied with an attitude
I sighed "wassup with you ?"
"Nothing" she replied
"Hello welcome to Ole Ole steak house, can I start you guys off with something to drink ?" The waiter asked
"Can I have a strawberry lemonade please" Lani said
"Let me get a sweet tea" I said as she nodded
"Are you guys ready to order or do you need a little more time ?"
"We're ready" Lani replied
"Okay what can I get you guys ?"
"Can I get a Caesar salad"
The waiter nodded before looking at me " can I get a classic burger and fries no tomatoes"
She nodded before picking up our menus "okay I'll be right back with your drinks"
"Thank you"

After we finished eating we arrived back to the hotel and Lani still wasn't talking to me and if she was I would get a stank ass attitude with it.
I already knew what the problems was, I wasn't trying to keep anything from her I just didn't want to ruin a good day.
I sighed before walking into the bathroom where she was.
She stood in front of the mirror and rolled her eyes once she seen me walk in.
"It was my ex that was calling me earlier" I said
She looked at me through the mirror and shook her head.
"So why lie and say it was no one ?"
"I just ain't wanna start something, my bad"
"So why she calling your phone ?"
"I don't know Lani" I sighed
"Well you need to figure that out, no one got time for all that Geo she's your ex for a reason" she said talking with her hands
"I know that Kay'Lani"
"Well obviously you don't. You got her calling your phone every other day meanwhile you with me" she said rolling her eyes
I sighed "okay your right, I apologize I'll talk to her and tell her she can't be calling me"
"I know I'm right, if she a ex keep her in the pass especially if you trynna mess with me"
I chuckled "okayy. We good ?"
"Maybe" she said before walking out the bathroom
"Watch power with me" she said before climbing into bed
I shook my head "turn it on"

This nothing much just wanted to give y'all a little updates.
Bare with me guys I have prom this Friday then my birthday next week Friday so I have a lot going on right now. I will try to update but no promises.
