(I'VE NEVER BEEN TO A HIGH SCHOOL PARTY SO DON'T TIE MY SHOELACES TOGETHER IF I GET IT WRONG)
It was a Friday.
It was the evening of the party.
It was 5:23 PM and I have to get ready and go by at 7.
I was in my bedroom sitting on my bed on my phone, scrolling through Twitter.
I had an alarm set for 5:30 PM.
7 minutes later my alarm went off. I turned it off, put my phone on my nightstand, stood up then left my room.
I walked into the bathroom and turned on the shower. I took my clothes off and put them in the laundry basket next to the sink. I put my hand under the water.
It's warm enough to hop in.
I hopped in the shower and washed my hair and body.
Once I did that I turned off the water and hopped out of the shower. I grabbed a red towel from the towel rack and dried my body and hair. I wrapped the towel around me and left the bathroom. I entered my room and took the towel off.
I grabbed the outfit that I'm going to be wearing tonight from my closet.
I put it on my bed and then got changed into it.
I'm now ready.
I grabbed my phone from my nightstand and checked the time
It was 6:38 PM.
I need to get to Justin's right now if I wanna be there on time.
I left my room and started walking towards the front door.
As I was heading to the front door I saw my mum and Casey sitting on the couch talking in the lounge room.
"I'm going out bye mum bye Casey," I said as I walked to the front door.
They both said bye to me back. I left the house and hopped in my car. I started driving towards Justin's house.
Several minutes later I arrived at Justin's house.
There were a few cars here already.
2 were parked on the driveway while 1 was parked on the lawn.
I parked my car on the lawn and hopped out.
I knocked on the front door.
Maybe about a few seconds later, the door opened revealing Justin.
"Hey glad you can make it come on in," Justin said as he smiled.
He stepped aside so I can go in. I walked in and I heard the door shut behind me. I walked to the table where it had alcohol on it. I grabbed a red plastic cup from the table, grabbed a bottle of beer from the table, and poured some beer into the cup.
Once I did that I took a few sips of it.
"Ayy you made it." Danny's voice came from behind me.
She wrapped her arms around my waist and kissed me on the cheek.
I'm guessing Maddy is nearby.
"You know me. I couldn't miss a party," I replied.
I could feel lasers burning at the back of my head.
It's probably Maddy glaring at us.
"Is Maddy here?" I asked quietly.
"Yes. She's sitting on the chair behind us." Danny replied quietly.
Fuck!
"Let's go to the lounge room," I said.
"K." They replied.
Danny removed my arms from my waist and we headed for the lounge room. We sat down on the comfy, dark brown leather couch and they wrapped their arm around my shoulder.
Moments later Justin entered the room and sat down next to me.
"Oi, why is Maddy here?" I asked Justin.
"Dunno. Must've snuck in. I'll kick her out of you want?" Justin asked.
"Yes, I'd like that. I don't want her ruining my party vibes." I replied.
Justin stood up and left the lounge room.
He must be finding Maddy.
Danny and I started drinking and talking.
Moments later Justin returned.
"She's gone." He said.
"Thanks, mate," I replied smiling.
"No worries mate." He replied.
Maybe a couple of hours have gone by.
We were all pretty drunk.
We were stumbling and our words were slurred.
There were a lot of people here now too.
Justin and I were playing beer pong while the others including Danny cheered for us.
Justin hit the ping pong ball with the paddle into one of my cups and I took a sip of where the ball landed. I hit the ball with the paddle but missed.
Soon we finished.
Justin had won.
He got more beer as a reward.
Danny and Justin were playing now.
Several more hours have passed.
I remember falling asleep on the ping-pong table.
