Someone asked for me to write some Peter imagines so here we go. It's just a small cute one
Work has been stressful recently. My boss is an ass and I swear he is trying to find any reason he can to fire me or make me quit. Today he blamed me for not sending an email he said he was going to send, he also pulled me into his office to have a go at me for literally nothing. I'm just fed up of it, I'm so close to handing my notice in and walking, but the money is good.
Throwing my bag down on the couch I sigh
"Peter? Babe where are you?" I ask knowing he is home because his car was on the drive way
"Wait there. Close your eyes" frowning I do as Peter asks. I hear him run down the stairs and over to me "ok take my hands" he then guides me upstairs
"Peter what are you doing?" I ask laughing
"It's a surprise" Peter then guides me into a room "ok open" I open my eyes and blink a few times adjusting to the light. The bathtub is full of water and bubbles with 2 glasses of Prosecco
"Oh my goodness!" my hands fly to my mouth "what's this?"
"You've been really stressed lately at work. I wanted to do something nice for you"
"Thank you baby" I turn and place my hands on the side of his face "I really appreciate this"
"You need any help getting undressed?" his hands move to my blouse and starts to undo my buttons
"Looks like you already knew my answer" I giggle.
We both get undressed and lay in the bathtub together, my back against his chest
"This is nice" I hum taking a sip of my Prosecco
"Shall we order in tonight?"
"Sure. What do you want?"
"Whatever you want"
"How about pizza?" Petter wraps his arms around me
"Sounds good to me" he kisses my neck to my jaw
"You want to talk about what happened today?"
"Greg was just an ass like always. I swear he wants me to quit. Has it out for me I swear. Part of my would love to, but another part of me doesn't want to give him to satisfaction, plus the money is good"
"Do what you need to do"
"Would you be mad if I quit?"
"Why would I be mad?" Peter rubs his hands up and down my arms comfortingly
"We have bills to pay and 2 cars"
"Baby I can see how much your struggling with your job at the moment. Don't make yourself sick at that place. It's not worth it. And anyway you are an amazing woman who will find a job with no issues. If your worried we can speak to Herrmann, get you a job at Mollys"
"I'll think about it" I sigh closing my eyes "I'm lucky to have you"
"And I'm lucky to have you"
We stay in the bath together until it's no longer warm. We get out and put on some comfy clothes and head downstairs to watch TV for a bit while we wait for our pizza to arrive. I cuddle into Peters side
"You know you could just get pregnant and have time off. Then just be a stay at home mom"
"Yeah not happening" I roll my eyes at Peter
"Which part?"
"Both, for now. Ask me again in a years time" I chuckle
"Ok I will" Peter places a kiss on the top of my head and we fall into a comfortable silence.
