yawning i look up from my desk hearing the door i open i saw detective walking inside sighing,i raised my eye brows looking at him
"whats wrong sherlock?"
i asked tilting my head catching his attention by my question
"oh (name)!,i well theres another case on someone hacking on the round...again.."
he sighed looking exhausted
"need help?"
i asked smiling,he looked up at me before shaking his head
"no no you should get rest your looking more worse every day"
he frowned crossing his arm as i scoffed
"oh come on you clearly need help!"
i tried arguing only for him to argue back
"well you also clearly need sleep!"
he frowned more
"fine ill rest in one condition.."
he perked up as i say this
"i help you and ill take rest"
i smirked putting both my hands on my hips as i walk in front of him,which i only get a sighed from him
"fine.."
he gave up allowing me to join him
"yes!"
i smiled as i did a little victory dance making him chuckle
"alright lets go now"
he grabbed my wrist dragging me to his car
soon we arrive at the place where the "hacking" had happen with a few suspects which is delinquet,kyle,worker and rebblerouser
"alright everyone i have my assistant to help me here"
detective said as he get closer to one of them
rebblerouser and delinquent were talking to each other snickering to each other as siblings should be
"(name),can you help me look for some clues while i talk to them"
detective asked as he narrow his eyes to the two siblings
"sure thing sherlock!"
i smiled as i start to look around the place,well the map here isnt that hard to look around since its dizzy.
walking around the dizzy map i saw alot of bullets mark leaving on the wall i took note of this soon getting up the ladder to see more bullet marks everywhere and sadly i didnt take my camera with me what a shame,walking round i spot a slingshot to belong nonother then kyle sighing i pick the slingshot and walk to where detective and the others are
Detective's pov
as (name) left delinquent speak up
"hey dec,isnt that your crush?"
he asked teasingly making me blush and frown
"w-what no?!!"
i denied crossing my arm
"awh come one dec,you know you like her!"
rebblerouser joined in teasing me back with an innocent smile
"y-you both shut up!"
i blushed more as i hide my burning face using my hat,they both laughed teasing me more that i should confess before someone take her,kyle was laughing his voice off while worker just look unfaced soon we heard an"ahem" coming from behind us which caught our attention.
looking back to only see (name) my assistant leaning on the wall with a small blush covering her cheek before throwing a slingshot to me making me catch it before looking up to kyle with him now being nervous
"so its you huh?"
i said coming closer to kyle,while he was stuttering trying to explain that is wasnt him but it didnt work out
"(name) get him to our car while i dismiss them"
i told her as she nodded getting kyle to follow her
(name)'s pov
as i was told by detective to put kyle in his car i took his wrist dragging him,it was quiet when we arrived at the car as he sat on the back seat i sat on the front seat waiting for detective to come and drive us back soon kyle spoke up
"hey did you know dec like you?"
he asked smirking making me scoff as a slight blush apear on my face
"no?"
i shook my head looking back at him as he chuckled
"when you were investigating rebblerouser and delinquent teased dec about you being his crush making him quite flustered"
he teased smirking more widely making me frown and let a huff out,before i manage to argue back detective came and sat on the driver seat making me look at him smiling which he gladly give back
"remember our deal"
he said smiling,making me nod
"yeah yeah whatever"
i rolled my eyes playfully,he then start the engine of the car before we drove off to the police department the ride was quiet none of us talk soon arriving we get out of the car as detective keep an eye on kyle making sure he wont escape this time.
getting inside the police department we were greeted with a tired investigator,he looked up at us seeing kyle making him tilt his head
"yep he got into another trouble"
detective sigh
"can you handle him for me?"
detective asked making investigator looked at kyle with a glare then towards me,i gave him a slight wave which he returned
"yeah sure"
investigator agreed as he took a sip of his espresso
"thank you i ow you!"
detective smiled before looking at me
"and your coming with me"
he smiled chuckling,making me chuckle
"finee"
i smiled as i followed him upstairs where the resting room is,as we get in the room he sat on the couch he patted the seat next to him signaling to sit next to him which i nodded before sitting down.
it was quiet before i leaned my head on his shoulder making him flinch alittle before looking down at my face
"i heard you like me?"
i asked not looking at him which i only get a nervous hum from him
"i like you too"
i chuckled looking up at him smiling,as i saw his face started to redden making me laugh at his expression
"you look adorable blushing"
i teased hugging his side,making him chuckle
"w-well this just got cheesy"
he laughed still blushing as he leaned closer to my face and kissing my nose making me blush but giggling
"well didnt know youd give me kiss"
id teased him booping his nose making him chuckled
"oh shush now get rest like the deal we made"
he smiled looking down at me
"fine but your sleeping with me"
i chuckled as i now fully hugged him making him hug back before the hug turn into a cuddle,the warmth of his body making me slowly drift into slumber before i fully fall a sleep i saw him smiling down at me
"have a nice rest dear"
he said kissing my forehead making me smile before falling into a deep slumber
Bonus:
after investigator took care of kyle making him not able to play for the past 2 weeks,he sighed getting up from his desk before going upstairs to the resting area as he opened the door he was greeted by two sleeping love birds cuddling making him chuckle as he closed the door leaving down stairs
