Izuku and King Kai, got to Heaven, as Izuku looked around, noticing that a lot of Fighters were there and training
"King Kai, what's going on here?" Izuku asked, as King Kai turned around
"Oh, this Year is the Tournament of Otherworld, where the Greatest Fighters of all 4 Quadrants of the Universe that Died, will Fight to show who is the Strongest. For a few Centuries it was Pikkon from the West Quadrant" King Kai said, as Izuku got to know a few People and even met Pikkon, realizing this guy is Serious Business
"I'm getting Excited all over again" Izuku said, as he jumped up
"By the way, Izuku. Your Transformations what will you name them?" King Kai asked, as Izuku thought about it
"The first state will be Beast, simple right? The next step would be Ascended Beast, Max Beast for the mostly Useless one, Super Beast for the Mastered State and for the Newest and True next Level of Beast, it will be, True Beast" Izuku said, as he stretched
"When is this Tournament and can I join?" Izuku asked, as King Kai told him that he had already made sure that Izuku joins
So a few Months passed with Izuku training and Meditating
"Izuku, it's time" King Kai said, as he changed Izuku's Outfit
"Wait, isn't this just Master Roshi's, Turtle Hermit Gi?" Izuku asked, as King Kai chuckled
"Look at the back, now you have trained under the 2 of us, so you will participate as our Martial Art Student" King Kai said, as Izuku looked at the back, smiling
"All right" Izuku said, as King Kai reminded him, that he doesn't wear Weights and that his Gi will protect him from weak Energy Blasts, plus won't get easily damaged by weak blasts" King Kai said, as Izuku noticed a dmall Gitl with White Hair and Blue Eyes hiding behind a Tree and watching them
"King Kai, who is that?" Izuku asked, as King Kai looked confused, looking at the Tree, as the Gitl hid behind it
"Oh, that is Kanna Kamui, a Dragon from a Planet further away then Namek and Yardrat" King Kai said, as he looked sad, at the Girl, as she sat down, next to the Tree and watched them, interested in Izuku
"What's wrong King Kai?" Izuku asked
"She was abandoned by her Parents for missbahaving" he said, as Izuku looked bamboozled
"How could a Parent do such a thing?" Izuku asked, his Anger showing, as his Hair flowed upwards slightly
Izuku then put 2 fingers on his Forehead and Teleported towards her
"Hey there" Izuku said, as Eri was startled because of him appearing behind her
"Sorry about that, so you're Kanna, right?" Izuku asked, as Kanna was shy and tried to fly away, showing her Wings, as Izuku simply sat down
"I'm Izuku Midoriya" he said, inteoducing himself, as Kanna looked at him with a surprised Expression
She then hugged him, as he was surprised, but hugged her back with a smile
"Papa" she said, as Izuku looked at her slightly puzzled and then smiled at the sky, his Eyes having a look of Deja Vu on them
"Now I know how Sensei Aizawa felt with us the entire time" Izuku said, as Aizawa sneezed in the middle of Class, as everyone was doing their Work
Aizawa however pulled out a Book and went back to reading
"Ok then Midoriya and Tokage, you 2 will try to get these 2 bells from me" he said, as the 3 went out
(Watch Naruto & Sakura vs Kakashi, Sakura being Momo Yaoyorozu, Naruto being Setsuna and Kakashi being Aizawa, but Momo being the 1 to do the Tricking, so Aizawa loses, instead of Naruto spoiling the book to Kakashi, Momo spoils it to Aizawa)
(Think of the Dialogue more like what would fit and your own interpratation, the Jutsu's are just Chi abilities, Shadow Clone Justsu, is just Setsuna splitting herself into a lot of parts and making Chi Constructs around them, like her Head gets a Chi Body, a Hand and the rest get the same, including the other parts that aren't with them)
Meanwhile Eri had made new Friends, a Fat one who is Racist and much more worse stuff, and a Jew, ironically, they hate each other, yet hang out because of her and Hitomi
Meanwhile Izuku was playing with Kanna
Kanna then threw Izuku in the Air and fired a Dragon-Magic based Attack, sinilar to Izuku's Kamehameha
Izuku however teleported out of the way and landed behind Kanna, surprising her
2 Weeks later the Tournament started and Izuku and Pikkon were moving up quite fast
