I learned from Cindy and Rae that talking to Atlas was wrong and disrespectful, but I never said I liked him. I mean Atlas was cute but he was Huey.
Unfortunately I wish I could get over him because he doesn't even see me in that way. He is messing with Jai'or.
It wasn't fair, I've liked Huey since we first met but all he has been is cold. He never gave a shit about me or anyone!
He wanted everyone to be miserable and watch the world roll over and die.
What the hell do girls even see in him! His personality is shit. That's what I kept telling myself.
But I know the reason I like Huey..
I just wished the feelings were mutual, I've always had feelings for him, whether it was Sexual or not I always saw him. But he doesn't see me.
It's not fair, I've done everything I'm supposed to do in life, I get good grades, the innocence, go to church, put up the cute adorable white girl act. I've done everything..
I've pretended all my life, that I was gonna find actual love, and be accepted
I've found one of those things, but the love I haven't found
My parents don't even love the real me, they love the side they want to see of me.
So now I'm sitting in the back of the classroom listening to music through my loud AirPods, I was playing summertime sadness on repeat.
The tears filled my eyes, washing and waving around, but they didn't come out. I was choking on my own fear and sadness that no one could ever love me. I was too different
Too white, too dark. Too nice, not mean enough
It was one thing after the other, one to many problems to hold.
My leg began to shake and bounce with energy, I picked at the skin on my palms.
Riley who was sitting next to me took my phone and paused the music, and he frowned a bit. "Yo jasmine you aight?" He questioned with sincerity. I shook my head
"Good 'cause remember what I said bout being sad." He said while shaking his head and smiling. I broke out into laughter, which made him grin.
"Yeahhh good! Here" he said while passing me a black bag filled with candy. "Take it and feel better" he assured
Candy makes the problems go away!
I thanked him, pulling him into a hug.
"Aye! Nah nah nah! Hugging is gay!" He shirked pulling out the hug. My face scrunched up
"But fucking isn't?" Raiden said turning around to us. I laughed staring at Riley try to come up with an excuse.
"Nah nigga!" He said crossing his arms and he leaned back in the chair. "Why is everything Gay to you?" Rae said leaning on Raiden.
"Well I saw gay so I said gay." He said in a Duh tone. He is so sassy sum time

School was finally over, the loud bell rang through the halls indicating it was time to leave, I grabbed my bag and headed out the room. I saw my group of friends waiting at the door for me.
"Yo What's up Notti!" My friend Elijah came over and dabbed me up, I dabbed him up and told him later
I walked over to my friends and they all waved at me. "Okay soooo what's the word fa today?"
Micheal asked, I shrugged looking down at Jasmine.
"We could all go to my house?" Riley said and the group agreed. I walked over to my car and turned on the engine, sliding in, to unlock the doors.
Riley sat in the back with Cindy on his lap, Raiden sat with Rae on his lap and Micheal sat well by himself
And jasmine slid in the passenger seat.

I pulled out the school parking lot and began driving off, "yooo I'm starving!" Raiden shouted from the backseat.
"Good" I mumbled, using one hand to stur the wheel and my other hand rested on my lap were my gun was
I felt Jasmine's big Green eyes on me, I shifted my gaze from off the road and on to her for a second
She was biting her bottom lip, and her eyes roamed all around my body.
"Oh guys there is tension in the car!" Raiden shouted all innocently being as he was still high.
because we were making eye contact, I shifted my gaze off her eyes and back onto the road. I pulled in the driveway and shut off my car, taking the Rolls Royce keys out.
I unlocked the door for everyone else and slide out.
I opened the door to the house with everyone following behind me, sliding my shoes off I yelled out to my mother.
"Mami we're home!" I shouted, in response I heard my mothers usual greeting.
We walked into the living room setting our bags down. I sat on the couch and took up the remote passing it to Riley, he always knew what to watch for everyone
"Hello children, how was school?" My mom asked as she walked into the living room everyone responded politely
"Yo mama Osama throw down DOA!" Raiden yelled, my mom did just that throwing down the Sign, I grinned and clapped for her
"Hi Jasmineeee hi Cindy Ive missed you both!" She said. "Yo what's good ma" Cindy said giving her a hug
"Hello Mami." Jasmine said while waving.
My mom smiled and then sighed "well I'm cooking, you guys hungry?" She asked everyone and everyone responded with a yes
She walked out the living room heading back to the kitchen, I guess. I looked over at Jasmine and I signaled for her to follow me
"Yo I'm going to the bathroom" I said before leaving the room heading upstairs to my bedroom.
Jasmine followed behind me, as she walked in I closed the door behind her. She had a sense of confusion on her face, I took her hand gently pulling her closer.
"I'm sorry.." I mumbled looking down at her. "It's okay" she nodded, i tilted my head and a smile threatened to come on my face.
"Why were you talking with Atlas? You know we don't like him" I questioned sitting on my bed facing her.
She continued to stand there and play with the rim of her skirt.
"I guess I was trying to distract myself from you, it just doesn't seem fair." She spoke with a sad tone, anyone could tell she was sad because she was staring at the floor
I was confused. "What's not fair Princess? Talk to me." I whispered
She sighed and started fidgeting with the charms on her nails. "Huey this is not fair, I've liked you since we first met, and you've never once shown me any sign that you care. You don't like me and that's what's not fair" She huffed out.
"Who told you that I don't like you?." I questioned tilting my head. "No Huey! You don't like me like I like you." She wiped the tears that suddenly fell, which broke my heart
I've only seen her cry twice and each time it breaks my heart. "Princess who keeps telling you that??." I said lowly, pulling her onto my lap
She stayed silent looking sad yet again, I felt like my point wasn't getting across
I used my thumb and wiped the remainder of her tears, she smiled at the gesture. She is so easy to please.
I pulled her closer, tilting my head bringing her into a kiss. She seemed shocked at first but then gave in. I pulled back and smiled
"How can I not like you Jasmine?..."
