Hanako
"Y/n! Y/n!!" Hanako said sprinting to the front door where you'd normally be changing your shoes. "Y/n!! Look at what I-". Once he got around the corner your locker looked untouched.
"Yashiroo! Where's Y/n?" Hanako pouted, floating beside Nene.
"She's not with you? . . Though. . I didn't see her while walking into school." She looked at him puzzled. "I can ask some of her other friends". She said, calling your cell while starting to walk.
'Beep, Beep, B e e p.'
Yashiro and Hanako paused in their places.
"She's. . She's fine!" Yashiro assured Hanako.
Nene ran to some of your friends, Hanako right behind her. Nene waved down 2 of your friends.
"H-Hey! have you seen y/n anywhere? her phones not working right now" She said nervosly.
"Who? Is she in our class?"
"I don't know any Y/n"
Nene's legs shook with fear, same fear when Aoi was missing. Hanako staring at the ground. Your friends walk to their class, leaving Nene in the hall.
"She's. . She's okay Hanako! we just gotta ask different people!" Nene tried to stay positive, almost certain that you were no longer in this world.
Nene called you once more. The same not in service response.
"Yashiro, Has she told you about any other Apparitions?" Hanako said, blank irritated face.
"Not that I remember, Though. . ." She looked away, thinking of something.
"What? What is it?!" He said, hoping she had something to help find you.
"We bumped into a new student yesterday, He wasn't too out of the ordinary but-" She said pausing to remember.
"But!? Yashiro!" Hanako shouted, "Please don't pause like that!" Needing to know what happend to you.
"Ahh! I'm sorry!" she responded to his yelling. "He dropped something, a book. Y/n picked it up and gave it back to him. Not very grateful he was very angry. He yelled ''You shouldn't have done that!'' and ran off" Yashiro explained.
"A. . Book?" He grabbed her shoulders. "What did it look like?" He said with a low voice, very serious.
"Black? Red velvet lines on the spine. . He had some sort of seal on the back." Yashiro said.
He looked at her a blank expression on his face. Without another word he ran off, For more help Nene ran to find Kou.
Kou was on his way to Hanako's bathroom.
"Kou!!" Nene said running towards him, waving her hands.
"Nene?" Kou said, turning around.
"Y/n . ." she said faintly, catching her breath. "Do you know anything about the new student? he dropped a book yesterday and Y/n gave it back to him. Now no one knows she ever existed! It was black and red velvet stripes on the spine seal on the back." Nene sniffled. "It upset Hanako and he disappeared".
Kou stood still, thinking if he has ever seen or heard of a book of that description.
"No I have no idea about the book or new student, though he did seem off. Fox lady-"
"Yako" Nene interrupted.
"Right! Yako! her and Mr spide- Tsuchigomori might know about it" Kou said.
Nene nodded and ran to go find them, outrunning Kou, She found Tsuchigomori's office and ran in.
"Mr Tsuc-" Nene stopped.
Yako, Hanako and Tsuchigomori are already in the room, a Strong depressing and negative feeling washes over Nene and Kou.
They all stand in silence for a few moments before anyone speaks.
"Hanako. . Where's Y/n?" Nene asks nervously.
"Nowhere, Not time, not in space, she's in the little thin lining of all." Yako responds.
"So. . a boundary?" Kou asks.
"Something like that, If you'd like to call it that. . yes." Hanako responds.
"Can we go get her?" Nene asks.
"Not without the book. Not without big risks" Tsuchigomori tells her.
"We can't just leave her!" Hanako snaps.
"So let's just get the book!" Kou shouts.
Meanwhile with Y/N . . .
Floating. . No ground. . No walls. . No echo. .
"H- Hanako? Kou? Nene?" You shout into the emptyness.
The deep silence is interrupted by a low growl, sending shivers up your spine. Unable to move, Where would you go anyway?
'Do they know I still exist? Why hasn't anyone found me? Do they wanna find me? Where's Hanako?! I'm really gonna die in here aren't I?. . I'm gonna die. .' You think, feeling a dark presence watching you.
The low growl right behind you, you glance over at it, seeing giant teeth. Tears fill your eyes, a sudden flash with how afraid you were to die.
"Y/N!" Hanako cried out.
The back of your shirt collar being pulled, the world suddenly very bright. A floor, walls, people, the sun, warmth. The book infront of you. You were pulled out of the book with such force pages were torn.
A shocked, wide eye expression on your face, you look at everyone. Hugging Hanako tightly then the others.
