Nathan Sykes FanFic: Best Friends Since Childhood
Sat in the living room watching re-runs of friends eating my cookie crisp cereal. "Your still not dressed, lazy!" Dad laughs softly hitting my head with the news paper.
"What's the time?"
"Eleven"
"Huh be proud usually I'm still asleep" I reply with a shrug dad chuckles and nods. "ISABELLA ROBERTS!!" I jump slightly hearing liv scream my name running into the living room looking at me like I shouldn't be living.
"Yes?" I ask eating another spoon full of cookie crisp, I love cookie crisps.
"Why aren't you ready!?" Looking at her confusion "ready for what?" I ask "prom we need to start getting ready!!"
It's eleven in the morning.
"Liv calm down" laughing slightly "it's not a joking matter!!" Liv huffs falling back onto the couch "shut up will you" josh mumbles walking into the living room yawning "no, because we need to start getting ready!" Liv cries josh rolls his eyes "why are you friends with her?" He asks looking bored "I'm wondering that my self" I laugh.
Liv cries down in announce "liv shut up" Nathan groans walking into the living room bouncing down on the couch next to me stealing a spoon full off MY cookie crisp "oi" I exclaim looking at him like he's the scum of the earth, Nath just smirks.
"Your not allowed to see bella!" Liv complains "why??" Nath and I ask both looking confused "liv calm your tits would you, their not getting married it's prom!!" Josh exclaims throwing a cushion at liv "shut up josh" liv mumbles.
"No liv you shut up"
"No josh you shut up"
"No you"
"No you!!"
Liv and josh shout, Nath and I roll our eyes standing up carefully while they fight, hoping they won't notice us leaving. Walking out the living room and then running upstairs like our life's depending on it.
"God those two fight over anything" Nathan complains falling back on the bed "and I'm completely on Josh's side" Nath adds I laugh sitting on the bed "I want to hide from liv for as long as I have to" resting my head on Nath's chest "I can see why" he laughs "wanna go hide for a bit where we know they won't find us" Nath asks "okay" standing up "I think I need to get dressed" looking down at my pyjama shorts and come to the dark side t-shirt.
Before Nathan could answer or me change we hear...
"Bella!"
Liv screams at the top of her lungs coming upstairs "no time" Nath says I nod grabbing the first pair of shoes throwing them out the window and climbing out.
Running from the house holding Nath's hand and my shoes to the end of the street "okay I think we're good" Nath says breathless I nod holding is arm keep my self up as I put my would you have guessed it converse on.
I need to wear more different shoes.
"I look like I could walk down the runway at fashion week in this" I laugh "you really could" Nath agrees laughing too.
Walking to the field "last day of high school well yeah it is" I say starting climbing the tree sitting on a branch swinging my legs with Nath sat next to me "yeah, we actually have to grow up now" Nath chuckles, I look at him in horror "don't say it's so!..." I gasp "...I wanna live in neverland" I add on at the end Nath nods in agreement.
"So do I, but don't think it's going to happen any time soon"
Sighing and jumping down off the tree, "okay I have an idea" I grin looking up at him still in the tree "what?" Nath asks jumping down too "lets do anything today, last day of not caring before we have to grow up, get jobs, pay bills and all that grown up stuff" running down the hill "alright" Nath laughs rolling down too.
"So what first?"

"Roller skating?!"
I laugh with a nod walking out the shop that I just brought the roller slates from, making Nathan stand out side "come on" I grin sitting on the bench taking my converse off and putting the roller skates on, there the ones with four wheels, we can barely walk straight how are we going to roller skate?
This is going to be funny.
"Okay come on then" Nath attempting to stand up but slips and grabs hold of the lamp post, laughing at him "you try it!" Nath demands clinging to the lamp post trying to stand up straight.
"Okay" I shrug standing up holding on the bench, then standing up straight slipping a little but still stood up on my own "haha" I smirk sticking my tongue out moving forward a little "come on" I laugh taking his hand "right okay I'm stood up now" Nathan grins as we skate down the street holding hands and our converse.
"We're this awesome, skating down the street in roller skates, wearing pyjamas and holding our converse" I laugh with a grin as "how about we go into London wearing these?" Nath suggests "okay, come on then let's attempt to use the metro link while wearing these when we can barely stand!" I grin skating down the road ahead of Nathan "I won't go that fast..." Nathan started.
"AHHH!!" I scream speeding down the hill, damn hills.
Nathan laughing at me going down the hill slower behind me "excuse me!" I shout unable to stop "sorry!" Waving my arms about, think of when Bambi is trying to walk and then add roller skates going down a hill and you'll get me.
"Move!" I yell when I'm about to crash into someone but he jumps aside before I hit him, course he shouts a curse word my way.
Very polite gentlemen.
"Tink slow down!!" Nath shouts "think I would have thought of that, genius!!" I shout back before I crash into a bench flipping over it "bell! You okay?!" Nath asks helping me up "supreme" I mutter standing up "come on London here we come" I laugh with a smile slipping my hand into Nathan's skating towards the metro link.
Getting on a packed train is not a good idea on a day when your not wearing roller skates but never mind.
Nath and I messing around on the train taking pictures, saying hello to people who look like they would like to throw us off the train.
Getting off the at some stop "I think I might text liv I bet she's yelling going mental at josh right now" looking at all the texts from liv 'where are you!??!?!' 'Nathan fucking get that slut back here!' 'Get your whore arse back here now!!!' God love you too.
'Hi liv, Nath and I are in London skating around on roller skates be back in a bit xxxx'
Pressing send and shoving the phone in Nathan's pocket since it is his phone "she's going to kill you" Nath laughs "I know..." Dragging him over to a photo booth "...lets take pictures" I grin getting into it "here we go"

Picking up the pictures and laughing at them, Nath's arm slinging over my shoulders skating out the station.
"Silly string!" Nath grins skating over to a shop getting two cans of it "oh my god we need these tops!" I grin pointing to the tweedle dee and tweedle dum t-shirts "alright" Nath chuckles.
Walking out the shop silly string in hand and wearing our new t-shirts "now this is amazing we are" Nath laughs "100%" I nod holding Nath's hand.
"Lets go do whatever from here till... Liv grounds us"

Nath and I got told to come home.
Liv and parents ruin everything.
After hours and hours of liv complaining, it's actually time to start getting ready for prom.
"I hate it when you wear stuff like that" liv mumbles while we're getting our nails done.
"Stuff like what?" I ask bored out of my mind, I don't care about nails! "That! What your wearing!" Looking down at my outfit: red doc martens, black leggings, tweedle dee t-shirt, Nathan's hoodie and a beanie.
Couldn't go shopping with liv and Amelia in pyjama shorts and roller skates apparently.
"Narr" I shrug "couldn't you dress more girly like me and Amelia?!" Liv groans "I don't want to wear heels to go get my nails done" I reply "or a dress or a pretty skirt, heck I don't even want my nails done." Amelia laughs a little and then liv shoots her a look "fine" liv mumbles "I'm being all girly tonight" I try to reassure "I know you will be, I'll make you" liv states "I know" I grumble.
"I think you need another spray tan" liv smirks "and you too Amelia" me and Amelia look at each other like noooooo, we're both pale and happy!
"We're going!" Liv demands.
God sake, I hate her sometimes.
So Nath and I got up to a lot of stuff:
Got kicked out of ikea for playing hide and seek,
Sprayed people with silly string,
Had a fight with silly string,
Tried to make a Buckingham palace guard laugh,
Rode on a red bus,
Had a slushie fight,
Met barney the dinosaur (still don't know how that came about)
Threw skittles at people.
Basically we had fun and annoyed a bucket load of people.
Oh and I coloured a strand of my hair purple, liv was annoyed about that too.
"Right come on back to my house to sort out your hair" liv mumbles ringing her mum to come pick us up "didn't know my hair needed sorting out" I whisper to Amelia who giggles "she's just stressed" I nod in agreement.

Stood in front of my full length mirror and I don't believe it's me I'm looking at.
I look so pretty and girly.
This will be probably one of the only times I will say this about a pink dress: I love it.
It's gorgeous and I love my heels that I'm wearing with them! Their white glittery court heels, sparkles!
I sound like London Tipton.
Their so sparkly though!! I love them.
I did my make up all pretty too! I'm actually quite proud I managed it usually I just wear mascara and eyeliner with out even thinking about it, but I took time and effort to make sure it all went nice, basically I didn't just put it on five minutes before I'm meant to leave. Pale pink lip gloss, eyeliner all neat, mascara all neat too, I attempted putting fake eyelashes on and couldn't do it so forgot them, light foundation, I put eyeshadow on too it's quite light though and it was also a bit sparkly!
Putting my cute little bow stud earrings in and taking my bar out (mum forcing me to do so)
Mum wasn't happy about the purple strand of hair dyed, it's not like it's that obvious.
It's light purple, you can't see it that bad just faintly.
Hearing my door open and josh walk in "hi" I smile "you look beautiful" josh smiles back looking a little surprised "surprised?" I ask "no, no just never see you all girly and pretty- not that your not always pretty but-" I cut off laughing a little.
"I know what you mean"
"Thank god" josh sighs in relief "I was making my self look like a prat" I laugh and nod "thanks for agreeing" josh chuckles wrapping his arms around my shoulders pulling me into a hug "hey your not that small with heels on" I laugh wrapping my arms around his waist resting my head on his shoulder.
I can finally reach his shoulder!!
But josh is really tall, why couldn't I get my dad's tallness.
"Your still midget though"
"I know"
"Mum wants you by the way" josh says releasing me from the hug. "Thanks josh" I smile "for what?" Josh replies.
"Being a great brother"
"Well thanks to you too for being a great baby sis, even if I did want a brother"
I laugh smacking his arm "thanks Joshua" I smirk "your welcome Isabella."
Shoulder bumping him out my bedroom door, walking downstairs stumbling a little (can't walk to well in these heels, well any heels.)
Josh sniggering behind me, shooting him a look and reaching the bottom of the stairs "honey you look absolutely gorgeous" mum beamed camera in hand with a huge grin "Nathan will be here any moment with jess and Karen" and Karen's camera.
Seeing my dad walk out the living room with Clare running in behind him "what's happened to izzy?!" Clare asks looking at me frightened "are you a princess for a night?" I nod seeing her smile "your pretty when you look like a girl" we all laugh however did I not look female before?!
"You look beautiful kiddo" dad smiles "thank you dad" I smile brushing a strand of hair out of my face.
"Helloo" Karen sings walking into the house with a grin.
Doing a little run and skip over to us "first prom!" Karen grins camera in hand with jess next to her both grinning like they've had a hanger in their mouths all day. Turning my head seeing Nath there just starring at me mouth slightly opened, blushing my cheeks off with a shy smile "Nathan" jess trails off with a smirk "huh? What?" Nath's head snaps up looking around, seeing everyone's smirking faces, mums glow and my blushing.
"Picture time!!"
We all groan "please, can we keep it down to around less then twenty per person?" Dad asks rolling his head back "okay first the actually couple! That hopefully get married one day... What who said that?!" Mum laughs Karen nods.
Nath's arm wrapped around my waist "you look beautiful" Nath whispers while smiling for the pictures "I'm going to be blushing in all these pictures, thanks" I whisper back Nath smirks breathing a laugh which is warm on my neck sending goose bumps all over my body.
"You to look so cute!!" Mum coos "okay josh with Isabella now" we all groan.

Next chapter is the prom, yay.
The new all time low video is coming out soon! However I think the original is amazing, still excited to see the new video though.
