It was currently 8:09 am in the morning and everyone was at the airport waiting for their flight to arrive.
It was Kianna, King, their friends from the party China, Carmen, & Leon. Then it was Lani, Jayda, Geo, & Eli who decided he wanted to come last minute.
A/n if you don't remember Kianna & King friends go back to chapter 2 but remember their not main characters.
"I'm hungry" Jayda said
"Then go feed yourself" Geo replied while scrolling on his phone
Lani hit him causing him to give her a side eye.
"It's to early" she said
"Right." Jayda agreed before rolling her eyes
As we all know Geo didn't like Jayda. The others thought they just had a love hate relationship, but really they don't like each other. Geo feel as though Jayda is a user & isn't a real friend to Lani & Jayda feel as though Geo isn't the right match for Lani.
Of course they tried to tell Lani their thoughts but Lani felt as though she was her own person and can make her own decisions.
"Imma go with you" king said as Jayda got up to go get some food
"You hungry ?" Geo asked Lani causing her to shake her head
"No"
Geo noticed Lani had a little attitude from when he had picked her up earlier this morning , but assumed it was just because she was tired and didn't want to be up, but now he felt like it was something more.
"You good ?" He asked softly for only her to hear

Truth was Lani came across Dymond page last night in her follow request.
She had woken up and couldn't go back to sleep so she decided to scroll on IG just to see a new follower in her request.
Not knowing who it was she scrolled through her page to see pictures of the girl and Geo all on the page.
Lani didn't know how to feel because she was told that was his ex but she wasn't told that they were still together or so it looked like.
Lani didn't want to seem jealous or anything so she just kept everything to herself even though it was weighing on her mind heavy.
Geo shook his head at her reply and decided to leave it alone until later.
30 mins later the plane arrived and they were now boarding there flight.
"Yoo wassup with you" Geo asked as Lani sat next to him
"Nothing. I'm good" she said buckling her seatbelt
"Why you lying Kay'Lani ?" He asked not getting a response
Geo smacked his lips "alright bruh"
"Uh oh...trouble in paradise?" King asked looking back since him and Kianna were in the seats in front of them
"Mind yo business" Geo said shaking his head
He put his headphones in and blasted his music. He didn't feel like dealing with her attitude so if that's how she wanted to act, then so be it.
"Lani why you doing my cousin like that ?" King asked laughing
"I'm not doing anything" she shrugged
"You are acting a little weird friend" King said
"It's early, I'm just tired" Lani shrugged

Arriving in Miami, the group was exhausted but excited that they had finally arrived.
They had made it to their hotel and was now checking into their rooms.
After everyone checked in, they made their way up to their rooms to relax until later on. Luckily they all were able to get a room on the same floor.

Lani shook her head and picked Jayda's bag up and sat it in the corner.
The only thing Lani didn't like with sharing a room with her best friend was her messiness.
Jayda would always use stuff and never put it back or she would throw her stuff anywhere and Lani hated it.
"Girl don't start being messy already" Lani said sitting her stuff onto the bed
"Ugh calm down we just got here" Jayda said as she rolled her eyes
Lani sighed before sitting on the bed.
"So wassup with you, you been acting weird all morning"
"I think Geo still communicates with his ex, well he do, but in a way where it's like their still together" Lani said venting to her best friend
"Okay....I told you leave that Nigga alone" Jayda shrugged
"Jayda" Lani rolled her eyes
"What ?? Plus you said you didn't want nothing"
Lani had told Jayda everything that happened the other day about Geo confessing his feelings to her and her not wanting nothing serious right now.
"Okay but-..." before she could finish there was a knock on the door
Jayda got up and open it "heyyyy" she said letting Kianna, Carmen, and China in
"Y'all trynna go to the pool ?" Ki asked
Lani shook her head "nah I got homework to finish before tonight"
"Okay"
"I'll go let me get my swim suit" Jayda smiled grabbing her suitcase before running into the bathroom
"You good girl ?" Carmen asked sitting on the bed
Lani sighed feeling like she answered that question a million times already.
"Am I wrong for feeling Jealous over a boy who still talks to his ex even though I said I didn't want anything serious ?"
"Not at all" Kianna said sitting down next to Lani
"Why would you tell him you didn't want anything serious if you have feelings for him ?" China asked
"Who said I had feeling for him ?" Lani asked causing all of them to smack their lips
"Girl...anyone can see you have feelings for Geo" Carmen said
"Why be jealous. If you told him that. Maybe he not trynna wait around for you" China shrugged
Kianna scrunched her face "girl don't listen to her"
"Okay maybe I do have feelings for him, but that don't mean go mess with your ex" Lani rolled her eyes
"Have you tried talking to him ?" Carmen asked
"No, I just seen the pictures plus she be calling his phone"
"I think you should talk to him" Ki said
"I think he should talk to me, I can do so much better" China said

Lani scrunched her face before laughing "Anyways."
Jayda walked back out "I'm ready"
"Good let's go" Carmen said getting up
Kianna hugged Lani before getting up also.
"Y'all have fun" Lani said as they left
She changed into something more comfortable before grabbing her laptop and room key then left the room.
She walked a couple doors down to Geo's room and knocked on the door.
She waited a couple seconds and before she was about to knock again the door open reveling a tired Geo.
He shook his head before letting her in and closed the door.
"Dang your view wayyy better than mines" Lani said sitting her stuff down and walked towards the balcony
"Yea it would've been your view to, but you switched up on me last minute" his raspy voice replied
He laid back down on his stomach and closed his eyes.
"You was getting us a room with one bed ?" She asked
"I was gone get two of you wasn't comfortable" he said
She sat down next to him with her back against the headboard.
Using her toes she poked his legs.
"Stop." He said pushing her feet away
"We need to talk" she said causing him to sighh and turn towards her
"About what ? Why you had that funky ass attitude all morning"
"My attitude was not funky"
"Yea ok. Talk about what ?"
"Are you still fucking with your ex ?" Lani asked looking down at him
"We still communicate. Yes, but anything more than that no" he said
"Okay so why she still got y'all pictures up on her IG?"
"I don't know..."
"Are y'all stilling having sex?"
"Lani" Geo sighed
"What ? Cause I don't get how you say you feeling me but your ex still in the picture" she said yelling
"Yo what you yelling for ? We not even together yet and we already arguing" Geo sighed sitting up
"Can you just explain to me"
"Yes me and my ex was fucking around with each other before me and you met, but she got a lot going on so we stopped but she still calls here and there when she needs someone to talk to. I promise you Lani we not fucking, or doing anything like that" Geo explained
"So why are y'all pictures still on her page ?"
"I don't know, she still wants us to be together"
"Why did y'all break up in the first place ?"
Geo sighed "it was too toxic"
"Okay. What about the phone calls ?"
"I told you she calls when she need someone to talk to. She going through a lot"
"Damn so are you a therapist for every girl you meet ?" Lani asked rolling her eyes

"No what's going on with you and China"
Geo scrunched his face up "who tf is China ?"
"Kianna friend. Dark skin, curly hair"
Geo smacked his lips "me and that girl ain't got nothing going on"

"So you really fucking wit me huh ?" Geo asked smiling causing Lani to roll her eyes
"No" she lied as he pulled her closer to him
"Mmhm" he hummed into her neck before placing soft kissing onto her
"Geooo stopp" she smiled causing him to chuckle
"Alright my bad" he said rubbing his hands up and down her thighs with his eyes closed
"You going to sleep ?" Lani asked
"Yea" he said causing her to shake her head
She grabbed her laptop and opened it to begin her work for school.
"You not hot ?" Geo asked pulling on her hoodie that she had on with matching sweats
"No" she said
"You making me hot" he sighed
"Then get off me" she laughed

"Jayda went to the pool with, Kianna, Carmen, and your girlfriend...I don't know where King and Leon at" Lani said causing me to smack my lips
"Stop playing with me" I said hitting her with a pillow
I walked towards the bathroom and close the door behind me before using it then washed my hands.
"Geo get the door" Lani yelled
"I know your bald headed self seen me in the bathroom" I said walking out
"You know damn well I ain't bald headed" she laughed
I walked towards the door and open it reveling King, Leon, and Eli.
"Yooo let's go walk down the strip see if we can find some ho-.." King said walking into the room but paused when he seen Lani
"Heyy Lani girl" he said causing her to shake her head
"Hii" Lani replied
I shook my head "y'all trynna go right now ?"
"Yea" Leon said
"You wanna go ?" I asked looking back at Lani
"No, but you can go" she said grabbing her stuff
"Nah I'll stay with you." I said
"Nigga." King said looking at me
"No it's okay, I have a lot of homework to do anyways...I'll just see you guys at dinner" she says giving me a hug before walking towards the door
"Wassup Lani" Eli said causing her to dryly wave
"Let me walk you to your room" I said putting in my slides
I hit king in his chest before walking out behind her.
"What I do ?" He yelled
"My room isn't that far" she said as we walked down to her room
"I know I'm just making sure you good" I said as we reached her door
She put the key in before opening the door and walked in.
"You sure you want me to go ? You know I can stay and chill with you"
"No it's fine, go have fun I need to finish this homework so I can start having fun." She said
"Alright"
"Not to much fun now...I don't even play like that" she pointed
I laughed "I gotchu ma" I said pulling her into a hug
"Be safe"
"I will, call me if you need me" I said walking towards the door
"Okay" she replied before I walked out and closed the door
I walked back down to my room and walked in.
"Yo ass be tripping" I said to king as I walked back in
"I ain't even do anything"
"So you and Lani a thing ?" Eli asked
I scrunched my face " something like that...why ?"
"Just trying to see if she was still available" he shrugged
"We might not be together, but she not available" I said
"Yea okay we'll see about that" he said

"Ain't you fuck with Jayda ? Go see about that nigga" I said
"Can y'all chill out" King said
"Get yo friend" I said
"Look just get dressed and meet us downstairs" King said getting up and pushed Eli out the room

It was now going on 9 pm and everyone was finally at dinner.
"What you getting ?" I asked looking over at lani
"I don't know yet...I'm not really hungry" she sighed
"Girl you never hungry" Jayda laughed causing me to look at her
"Can you mind your business" I said to her
"So how's everything been Lani" Eli asked causing me to chuckle as I read through the menu
"Good" she replied
"So you can talk to her but can't say nothing to me ?" Jayda asked
"Uh oh" King said sipping his lemonade
"Don't start bruh" Eli said
"Damn can we have a peaceful dinner ?" Kianna asked
"Anyways..Geo I heard your single" China said causing me to look at her
"Nah" I said
"Come on do you really think she's worth it"
"You really playing in my face" Lani said
"Girll bye"
"Man where is the food...it's bout to get lit in here" king said looking around
"I really been letting you slide but you ain't gonna keep trynna come at me crazy" Lani said getting up causing me to get up
"Bitch I can do whatever I want"
Lani quickly grabbed her water and threw it on China " watch yo mouth"
"Alright" Geo said pulling her out the restaurant
"Bitches got me acting out in Miami. That's so ghetto" Lani said as we walked out
"Chill out. And watch your mouth" I said shaking my head
"Bitch I know you didn't just throw water on me" China yelled coming out the restaurant
"And did. You need to watch that mouth of yours shawty" Lani said as I blocked her against someone's car
"Dangggg this can't be quiet Lani in action" King yelled
"Bitch you don't know me. I'm from Chicago I'll really beat yo ass" China yelled
Lani laughed "Girl I don't give a fuck if you was from the deepest part of the gutta you'll still get your ass beat."
"Period" King said
"Alright can y'all chill this is unnecessary asf" Kianna said
"Aye calm yo ass down " I said as Lani was still cussing at China
I brought her face to where she was looking at me.
"Calm. Down." I said again
"First night and mfs already trynna fight" Leon said shaking his head
After I got Lani to calm down I turned towards the group "We finna leave" I said pulling out 50 dollars to pay for our drinks and handed it to Kianna
"Please take her home" China said rolling her eyes
"Yo can you stfu" I said
I shook my head and walked back towards Lani before grabbing her hand.
"We finna go back to the room and order some food" I said as we got into the Uber
