Takemicchi Hanagaki is a normal girl who lived in shinjuku not aware of the upcoming Chaos in her life. Takemichi was on her way back to her house from school when she meet Shichinchiro Sano the one who started it.
So basically in this Au takemichi will be a girl and she will the same age as Shichinchiro.
