To those of you who saw my post on my wall, this is the chapter with the pictures of me before and after weight loss.
To those who didn't read the post,
It's embarrassing for me to say but just before my 21st birthday, I weighed in at 388lbs. I've always been heavier than other people my age, ever since preschool. My parents are both morbidly obese and I unfortunately inherited their habits and metabolism.
But, after that weigh in, I moved to Missouri to live with my best friend and her family. And now that I'm not living with my family, I find myself stress eating less, binge eating less and just eating better than I used to.
I am happy to say that after several months, I am down 57lbs! And the change is noticeable with how my clothes fit and everything!
So, below I'm posting pictures of me before and after.

I know it doesn't look like much but my clothes are more baggy now than they were. I was even able to buy a size down when I got a new set of PJs!
