JoJo can drastically enhanced reaction speed, allowing them to dodge multiple bullets, catch flies in mid-air, dodge and maneuver around complex attacks, catch falling objects, block detriments and react instantaneously to what others take more time to react to like high speed projectiles e.g. sniper bullets as well as react to a being with superhuman speed.

Enhanced Stamina & Endurance:

JoJo possess an enhanced stamina & endurance, he's highly resistant to the lactic acid buildup in their muscles, allowing the users to be physically more active than peak humans being able to run 400 miles without breaking a sweat, they could also fight for days to weeks without any rest or signs of exhaustion.

JoJo of this power have his hearing abilities enhanced far beyond the human limit. He also have the ability to hear different sounds at different frequencies that are miles away from the user.

Users possesses proficiency, capabilities and knowledge regarding general combat. Essentially, they would be extremely skilled in combat, beating the toughest of opponents or dozens of aggressors at once.

Fundamentally, White Album would be able to generate ice through various means, such as lowering the temperature of the surrounding air until solid ice forms or by freezing nearby water sources.

They could release and channel this ice in the form of ice beams that freeze whatever it comes into contact with, or extremely rigid and durable ice walls and domes that can be used offensively and defensively.

There's also the capacity to use ice in order to freeze one's opponents to death by trapping in ice that slowly kills their cells or shattering them to pieces once frozen.

The next most common application is the ability to shape and control ice, such as turning ice chunks into icicles to pierce the opponent or icy wind to render it difficult for them to breathe.

Ice appears naturally in forms of snow, slush, hail, icicles, ice spikes and candles, glaciers, pack ice, frost, and polar ice caps, thus allowing users to gain control over multiple varied structures and environments.

However, places with the absence of water or locations with extremely high temperatures might pose a threat to the user. If at a high enough level, the user would be able to circumvent this issue through sheer power by rapidly cooling the surroundings or to manifest ice that can be used out of nothing (which usually involves magic in one form or another).

Summoning blizzards and ice-related disasters would also be possible in some cases. Ice manipulation could also extend to manipulating the cold by reducing the kinetic energy of atoms through the use of ice, which makes inducing sub-zero or even absolute zero temperatures entirely possible.

Through the precise manipulation of ice, a high-level ice manipulator can control ice on a molecular to subatomic level, potentially allowing them to stopping blood flow to the brain by freezing the bloodstream, halt chemical reactions by using ice to interfere, or cause matter to break down and collapse on itself if at a low enough temperature.

Inversely, users would be able to plunge the entire planet into an ice age by exponentially lowering the Earth's temperature or simulate time stopping by lowering the surrounding temperature to the point everything is at a complete standstill.

It is an important factor in determining and controlling climate and weather, and the generating force of most ocean and freshwater waves.

Wind occurs because of horizontal and vertical differences in atmospheric pressure, and include breezes, squalls, gusts, whirlwinds, zephyrs, gales, tempests, and hurricanes.

Since air cannot be seen by conventional methods, neither can the attacks and derivatives formed by/from it, making it an invisible and versatile weapon that is very difficult to block and dodge.

Since air is the originator for most natural disasters and all forms of weather, Divine Wind has control over nature's most dangerous element allowing them to perform a wide variety of feats.

Energy Emit & Absorption:

Divine Wind also has the ability to absorb and redirect energy, most commonly electricity. This ability is refined to the point that Divine Wind can redirect any type of energy and an infinite amount at near point-blank range. It can absorb energy through its hands.

Divine Wind can absorb energy out of living beings, Divine Wind can also use stored energy to generate electrical charges, which can be used as ranged attacks or to empower the user or it's melee attacks.

Divine Wind can even create, shape and manipulate electricity, a form of energy resulting from the movement of charged particles (such as electrons or protons). As an elemental power, electricity manipulation is very simple and straightforward accompanied with a near-limitless myriad of uses.

Most commonly, Divine Wind would be able to discharge large amounts of electricity in order to shock it's opponents, potentially paralyzing them, burning them, or even stopping their hearts in severe cases.

Beware accidentally harming allies if the user's control over electricity is not precise enough. Some users would also be able to summon lightning bolts, while even stronger users can manipulate it within the skies, or even create thunderstorms at will.

Even if their opponent is resistant to electricity, the immense heat generated from lightning traveling through the sky, which is around 6 times hotter than the surface of the sun, will definitely pose a threat to them.

At a more advanced level, Divine Wind would be able to exert control over electronics and other devices powered by electricity, allowing it to remotely access, disrupt, and control technology, such as mobile phones, televisions, computers, traffic lights etc.

It would be able to perceive or even control data stored on electronic devices, or even assume control over the entire device purely through electrical connection.

Some specialized users would be able to use electricity to for more miscellaneous uses, such as enhancing one's senses through Electroreception, the ability to sense natural electrical stimuli which can allow them to sense their surroundings by generating electric fields and detecting the distortions in those fields.

At the ultimate level, Divine Wind would be able to control electric fields and all charge carriers (Ions, Electrons, Protons, and Positrons), allowing it to manipulate the force that holds atoms together within objects or flow through the nervous systems of living creatures.

At this stage, electricity manipulation becomes extremely dangerous and effective, essentially giving the user the ability to control living creatures and objects through the precise manipulation of electricity and electrical fields within them.

In the former case, they would be able to read the thoughts of others through electrical signals produced by their brains and control their movements as if they were puppets by manipulating the electricity used by the nervous system to send signals to the entire body. At master or ultimate scale, Terra Firma Requiem overrides anything tangible on a large scale, shaping massive quantities of planets, stars, or galaxies into any form the user desires, manipulating the laws of physics that they can only benefit from or make beings suffer from their renewed laws, or warping the universe akin to photo editing.

Due to Reality Overwrite's potential, Terra Firma Requiem can manipulate the universe, multiverse, omniverse, possible totality, and even anything that doesn't possess a tangible form or is nonexistent.

Time Stop:

Despite its transformation, Terra Firma Requiem appears to have not only retained its time stopping abilities but said abilities are noted to be vastly more potent than before.

For instance, it can stop time without any limits. Or can stop an area or an opponent's time zone without any limits as well.

Life Giver:

Despite its transformation, Terra Firma Requiem appears to have not only retained its life-giving abilities but said abilities are noted to be vastly more potent than before.

For instance, when Requiem fires a small stone at high-speed with enough power to pierce the Opponent's hand before it transforms into deadly scorpions that attack him/her.

Restoration:

Despite its transformation, Terra Firma Requiem appears to have not only retained its Restoration abilities but said abilities are noted to be vastly more potent than before.

For instance, if a city exploded with people Requiem can reverse the destruction and bring back the people who were caught in the destruction.

Elemental Manipulation:

Terra Firma Requiem can create, shape and manipulate elements. Elements are the rudimentary, simplest or an essential part of which any material thing consists of.

Elements are irreducible in nature and compose other (usually physical) things. Various combinations of elements can be used to create other things.

For example, Ice could be thought of as a combination of Water and Air to produce a solid. The exact details of how elements combine, what each element does, and even which things are elements is canon/paradigm specific.
