Chapter 2
Niall's POV
We were heading back home with Cai. I'm still wondering why Louis wants to adopt a child... No not in a mean way like 'Why did he adopt her and not the other children' way. In the nice way, "Lou, why do you want to adopt a child?" I finally asked but in a whisper "Well... It’s a long story... I'll tell you when we get home. And why are we whispering?" he also asked "Well, Cai is sleeping" I said pointing at Cai he just nodded.
We finally arrived home, I carried Cai out of the car and into her room and laid her down on her bed. The lads also came in to put her stuff down "Should we wake her up? It’s almost dinner time." Liam asked "Yeah we should." I nodded.
Cai's POV
I was dreaming about cupcakes.... with a chocolate shaped carrots on top... I was about to bite it until I felt something. Someone was poking me!
"Cai" a voice rang. And poked my cheek.
"Cai, wake up" another voice and then came another poke.
"Cai Bear, wake up!" and another voice rang and came in another poke.
"Cai, wakey wakey!" another voice rang. ok one more poke I'LL TACKLE WHO EVER YOU ARE DOWN! After I said that in my mind a poke met my cheek.
I quickly opened my eyes and tackled the lads to the ground "NEVER TOUCH ME!" I shouted and stood back up "Umm..... Sorry..." Liam replied looking down at the floor. "No, I'm sorry for being harsh..... I never meant to do that it’s just.....I remember things... things that I don't want to remember anymore..." I sighed "Its ok. We understand. Anyways....... Let’s eat dinner!" "Ok." is all I said and I followed the boys down stairs.
We got in the car and I sat down in the middle of Niall and Louis. "Wanna play something?" Harry suggested "How bout' 20 questions?" Zayn suggested, I just nodded "Ok. So Cai. Favorite color?" Liam asked "Blue." I replied simply "Do you have any pet/s that you wish that you could have?" Niall asked "I wish I could have a bunny and a dog." I replied looking at the window "Favorite sport?" Louis asked "I would like to learn how to play foot ball. And I like playing badminton and a little volleyball." "How did you ended up in the orphanage?" Harry asked, I didn't bother to look at him. But I could feel that the boys are giving him death glares "Its ok lads. Well... My parents divorced when I was just 5. At the age of 6 my mother became a drug addict and started hurting me. A year later my mum left me infront of my dad's door step. At the age of 8 my mother died thanks to drugs. After a few months my father died because of depression. And there. I ended up in the orphanage" I said as a tear escaped my eye. "WE'RE HERE!" Niall announced, we all got out of the car and went in the restaurant and ate dinner.
After dinner we headed back to the car. "Soooo............. How bout we continue our game?" Niall suggested "Sounds good to me. But we have to add one rule to it!" Zayn said "No one is suppose to ask personal questions!" Zayn added "Ok. So Cai. Can you play any instruments?" Liam asked me "I can play the piano." I said simply "Other hobbies?" Louis asked "Making jewelry and stuff" I said finally looking at them. "How many questions were asked already?" I asked the lads "Ummm....." Louis said while counting on his fingers "6!" Louis said proudly "Ok then cont-" I was inturupted with someone's phone ringing "Excuse me." Louis said looking at the phone. "Its my girlfriend Ashley hold on." He added and I just nodded.
*Phone conversation* (L is for Louis A is for Ashley)
L- Hey Babe!
A- Hey Darling! What you up to?
L- Just on the way home from dinner.
A- Ok. I called Simon afternoon to aske where you are and he said you were gonna adopt a child? Is it true?
L- Yes. We did adopt a child.
A- A girl or a boy?
L- Girl! I'm sure both of you will get along!
A- How old is she?
L- 12. Can you come to our flat later? So you could meet her in person.
A- I would love to! See yah there!
L- Great! Ok. Bye!
*End of phone conversation*
"Well Cai, your finally gonna meet Ashley!" Louis said "Me and Zayn also texted Perrie and Dani. They're excited to meet you Cai!" Liam said "Ummm.... Ok....." I said nervously. "Well someone's nervous." Niall joked "Ok. We're here!" Liam said. We all got of the car. "Oh! And there are the girls" Zayn said while pointing at three figures coming towards us "LOUIS!" a girl said while running in Louis' arms and hugging him "Cai this is Ashley. Ashley this is Cai." Louis said while looking at me and soon Ashley faced me "Awwwww.... Hi there!" she said at me "H-hi" I gave her a shy smile. Then we all headed inside.
Louis' POV
So we all went inside "Ok me and the lads are going to get some food. Would anyone like a drink?" everyone said what they wanted except for Cai "What about you Cai? Want anything?" I asked her she just shook her head "No thanks. I'm good." Me and the lads went to the kitches along with Perrie and Dani. Which leaves Ashley and Cai alone. Which I think is good.
Cai's POV
Ok. So the lads went to the kitchen along with Perrie and Dani. Which means I'm with Ashley alone, she seems nice I guess. "Hey brat!" she whisper-yelled "You talking to me?" I asked as politely as I can "Of course you!" again she whisper-yelled "I don't care if Louis adopted you or what ever. For me your still a orphan. Stay away for my Louis or else." she said in a agressive tone. "Or else what?" I dared, "This" she lied down on the floor as I looked at her curiously. "LOUIS! LOUIS!" she shouted like she was being raped or something and I can see that she was fake crying, Wow she's an actress.
Moments later Louis and the others rushed to the living room, "Ashley! What happend?!" he asked her worriedly why making her sit on the couch. Ashley held her cheek "C-cai. S-she slapped me. And told me to stay away from you." she said. What?! LOUIS SHE'S LYING! I wanted to tell him "I CAN'T BELIVE YOU DID THIS TO HER CAI!" Louis shouted at me "I didn't I swear!" I argued. I looked at everyone and they all look disappointed at me, and Liam mouthed 'How could you?' at me "That's it! Cai! Go to your room!" Louis shouted again at me. I nodded and ran to my room.
I entered my room and locked the door. I collapsed on my bed and started to cry. It wasn't my fault! Why can't Louis let me explain? Why does he jump to conclusions? Tons of questions are coming to my mind. I got my small Jansport bag and searched for my journal and wrote:

Ok. I haven't written here in a while but here I go.
So I just got adopted by the famous boy band One Direction. Which I thought that it would be awesome! Correction NOT!
So we at dinner then we headed home. As we arrived I met their girlfriends.I didn't get to know them but this is how I describe them in my opinion:
Perrie (Zayn's gf) - Nice,cute sweet, has pinkish hair,funny, caring, and beautiful
Dani (Liam's gf) - Nice, has curly hair, acts a little like Liam, beautiful, cute, and vey sweet.
Ashley (Louis' gf) - I really don't have any nice things to say about her but here is the nicest that I could do. She looks nice (only acts like that when Louis is there), mean, terrible, has black hair with blonde highlights.
Ok. So that's how I describe them.
Thanks to Ashley, Louis got mad at me. You see called me a brat. She said that I should stay away from HER Louis. Then the worst part is that she told Louis here that I slapped her! But I didn't do anything! Nothing at all! I don't know journal. Maybe, just maybe when I end my life or maybe is i'm gone things here would be better.
I closed my journal and hid it under my pillow. I kept on crying until I cried my self to sleep.
Louis' POV
How could Cai do this to Ashley! I mean she only met her today! "Louis. Its getting late. M-me and the girls are going home." Ashley said inturrupting my thoughts "Why don't you girls stay here for a while?" I asked they all nodded. We all went to our rooms and went to bed.

A/N: Sorry if this chapter sucks. And I know I haven't been updating its beacuse I was really busy lately but now i'm not so i'll try to update as quick as I can!
