how to resolve a conflict between two groups stuck in rivalry and hatred of each other?
short answer, you don't.
long answer, you stick them in an international tour to further draw out a new narrative of a truce between the two, while simultaneously sabotaging both groups (the world yearns for their chaos!). any sane person in management would have to ask, why would you ever put a stop to a feud that's brought in more attention than any political debate or reality show?
it's always been a speculation as to why a band as big, and notoriously corrupt with arrogance, as caustic affairs would care enough to feud with a band barely half as old them.
brothers. it always came down to brothers and the natural competition entwining them together more than blood ever did.
opposites and alike all at once, when the time came to stop competing for mommy and daddy's attention, they needed to compete for the entire world's attention. but despite the spite between both groups and the pure hatred that came from being stuck on an international tour together, they did agree on a very important piece on the table.
there was no way in hell they'd feed into management's desires. they were all puppets in every way but they were puppets that had the dignity to put a stop to constant sabotage messing with the joy they got out of picking on each other. if they were to pick on each other, it would be from their need to, never out of command. and if it took them being nice to each other and having a few cups dipped in the same punch bowl to get back at a scandal hungry management, then so be it.
