Ddlg is a term for "daddy dom, little girl". This term is used for the kink community, it is NOT used for agere.
Agere is a safe, mental headspace that many people use for coping - especially for traumatic events.
Agere is where the person regresses (mentally) into a smaller age. Common ages are 0-5.
In agere, there aren't any instances of NSFW because it's entire point is to be a safe place.
In ddlg, it's completely kink. There is still healing and coping and everything else, but in the root of it, it's still nsfw.
There are warnings in every chapter that there is nsfw, there's a warning in the title, and warnings in the description.
Please do NOT read this book if nsfw is not the kind of book that you're looking for.
