Imagine my delight,
Such utter joy and thrill,
When I found I had a Sister born,
On the first of April.

For little Sisters are for teasing,
Trying to make them shrill and cry,
Before denying all knowledge,
And they saying 'you naughty naughty boy!'.

Years of joy and laughter,
You'd have endured knowing me,
All at your expense of course,
And I'd get off Scott free.

For that's the purpose of a little Sister,
With a big Brother such as me,
And every April on this day,
The fool a fooler be!.

And then the clock would strike at 12,
And my teasing would have to end,
But you'd miss all the attention for sure,
And of course rules are there to bend.

So my teasing would continue,
Until my very end,
For its how I show I Love You!,
My little Sister My Family My friend.
