"Mr. Thomas, Mr. Friar, Mitchell...could you stay behind please" I halted in picking up my things as the class filed out of the room the end of class bell still ringing "What's up Mr. M?" Lucas asked as I tried to avoid the eyes that were currently staring a hole into the back of my head
"Like I said before, I want you guys to show Mr. Thomas around school helping him get acquainted with the place" I sunk to my chair pushing my head into my arms as Lucas snickered, oh does my pain amuse him
"Haha you make it sound like a punishment Mr. Matthews" Mackenzie laughed as he moved around I'm assuming because he now sounded like he was right beside me "Good I'll see you two later, and you have a great first day Mr. Thomas" The soft clicks of Mr. Matthews shoes room fleeted from the room as he left
"Mitchell are you ok?" Lucas asked as I pulled my head from my arms turning towards him, I could see the small smirk on his face whilst he looked at me innocently, Maya is starting to rub off on him

"Ah, oh yeah" Rolling my eyes again I picked up the pass that Mr. Matthew's had left on his desk for us before trudging out of the classroom the chipper steps of Mackenzie following close behind "Uh I'm here too you know" Lucas grumbled following after us

"Never again" Mitchell groaned aloud as he flopped down onto his bed an exasperated look on his face "Something wrong hun?" Lovey his grandma questioned sitting next to him "Boy trouble?" She inquired as the younger just grumbled "Trust me hun I been there" Lovey laughed exasperatedly as Mitchell squeezed at the pillow his face was currently in "Who is he?, Is he cute?" The old woman chirped pushing aside her grandson's obvious frustration
"His name is Mackenzie Thomas" Riley's voice came from the door way "He's eye candy in the looks department" Maya chuckled standing at her side, obvious amusement in both of their tones "He's annoying" I huffed while the three just looked at me with 'Are you serious..' faces
A smile spread across Lovey's face as she started to put two and two together "Oh, so you like him!" A hearty laugh escaped her mouth as she cooed as her grandson his cheeks turning red at his grandmas teasing "Yes...No, I don't know you guys" Mitchell whined
"Hun trust me you are going to be feeling like this a lot more as you grow up" Lovey cooed rubbing his back "That's not helping Lovey" Mitchell grumbled once again stuffing his face back in his pillow as the three erupted into laughter around him, I'm glad my inner turmoil amuses you three

"Hey Pretty Eyes" I rolled my eyes as one of the guys who were currently occupying my mind walked into the room "I don't want to talk to you right now Mackenzie" Huffing I turned back to the mirror pulling my hair up into a small ponytail so I could put on my stage makeup
"Mackenzie? I told you my friends cal me Mack" He pouted staring at me through the mirror his eyes never losing that mischievous glint they seem to always have "Well last time I checked we're not friends" Rolling my eyes once again I swear at some point they will get stuck in the back of my head "Wow, you wound me Pretty Eyes" He held his hand to his heart with a fake hurt look displayed on his smug face
"You're very annoying, you know that" I sat down my lip tint my eyes meeting his through the mirror "I've been told it's one of my more endearing qualities" Smiling he walked over to me pulling up a chair "That was not an invitation" I grumbled whilst he only smiled picking up a tissue
"You got something right here" He chuckled wiping the corner of my mouth with a tissue his eyes lingering on my lips you know my life would make a great story..haha if it wasn't my life ugh "I can do it myself" Slapping his hand away I turned back to the mirror looking at my lips
"Pretty Eyes.." I ignored him fixing my lip tint "You know, you could have just told me I had something on my lips" I ranted closing my eyes so I didn't have to look at him "Any normal person would have just pointed it out and let the person it's on take care of it" I went on my eyes still closed honestly I wasn't angry, I was flustered and I could practically feel my ears turning red "Sometimes you just don't know wh..mpmhpm"
My voice got muffled between a pair of lips..his lips pressed up against mine...my eyes shot open as I looked at him his eyes closed "What are you doing?!" I pushed him away his eyes going wide in shock "Mitchell I-" He stopped mid apology seeing my glare "I'm going to ask Ms. Farah for a new partner" My voice came out cold and angry as he stared up at me with apologetic eyes "...." He just sat there the same look on his face as I left the room, since when was a tweens life so dramatic, ugh it's like I'm in some type of fanfic

"You look stressed" My face fell at the husky voice "Oh, do I friar.." I seethed as he laughed pushing my legs off the school bench I was currently laying on so he could sit "You know your life is kinda in shambles right now" He pointed out teasing me "Oh! Thank you for that information Captain Obvious" I rolled my eyes whilst he just smiled at me "You really get a kick outta my pain don't you" He nodded eagerly making me roll my eyes once again
"I don't know why I'm friends with you" Huffing I poked at his arm as he chuckled "Friends? I would say I tolerate you" My eyes flew open as he winked at me "Rude" I muttered hitting his head "Ow" He grunted whilst I walked towards the classroom "You can't just hit me and run away, Hey!"

Stuffing my head between my arms I plugged my ears as Mackenzie continued to vie for my attention "Fine if you won't talk to me, can you just show me that you're listening" He sighed as I still didn't answer ugh why me how am I even supposed to tell Farkle that I...well he kissed me "Okay Farkle where is she?!" I pulled my head from my arms at the sound of Maya's voice "What's going on" I whispered as Lucas just shrugged wow great help
Rolling my eyes I turning back to Maya and Farkle "Whatever have I done to deserve this display of affection" Farkle smized clearly enjoying what was happening he is so weird I swear, Maya's glare deepend as she pulled him closer "This look like affection to you?" She muttered as Farkle just shrugged
Looking away from the two I turned to Mr. Matthew's who was writing in a notebook paying no mind to us you would think that he was a substitute by how unbothered he is right now
My vision shifted from him to a colorful Riley who was standing at the doorway "What the hemhhhm" My words were muffled as Lucas covered my mouth "mhmm hmmh mhmhjd mhjd mrhej" He gave me a confused look as I tried to speak again, I pointed to his hand rolling my eyes "Ugh I was going to say heck cowboy" I grumbled wiping my lips as he just rolled his eyes "Farkle didn't do anything except open my eyes to what the world really thinks I am" Riley's voice snapped me out of my glaring contest that I started with Lucas unconsciously
Oh yeah this is still going on, you know what I am not going to get involved with whatever this is "A Harajuku girl?" Maya asked exasperatedly turning to me I shrugged before stuffing my head back into my arms tuning them out, Not Today world not today

My body froze at the familiar "I don't want to talk to you" I muttered under my breath continuing to put my things together "Hurry up lazy" Lucas said walking back into the classroom with a teasing smile it immediately fading from his face as he made eye contact with Mackenzie "You ready" Nodding I met him at the door his eyes still focused on Mackenzie
"Why can't you just admit that you like me!" He blurted out as Lucas and I made our my way out the classroom "Because I don't have feelings for you, and right at the moment the only ones I do have are discomfort and disgust" I muttered before fully leaving with Lucas

"You alright?" Lucas asked while we walked through the park "No.." Sighing I sat on the bench next to us "I've only known you to a few weeks now, but your life seems so dramatic" He teased trying to lighten my mood "It was never like this before, it all started when I joined that dance academy" Sighing I looked up at the darkening sky
"Maybe I should just quit, the life of a tween should not be this dramatic and stressful" I let my head fall back taking in a sharp breath our surroundings growing silent "Yea maybe you should quit because of some random boy" Lucas agreed sarcastically clearly telling me that what I'm saying is ridiculously "Jerk" I hummed nudging him as he chuckled, he's right though, Why make my life harder than it needs to be? Why should I stop doing something that I love because of some boy
"Speaking of which it also started when I met you" I raised my eyebrows as his eyes flew open while he pointed at himself "Yep you" I laughed as he rolled his eyes "Fine blame everything on me, if it'll make you feel better" He chuckled making me smile "You're not so bad cowboy" I hummed resting my head on his shoulder "Was that a compliment from the Mitchell Hart" He gasped dramatically "Shut up" Rolling my eyes I chuckled at him
"You're right about one thing cowboy I shouldn't give up on something because of a boy" I hummed "One thing?" He questioned flicking my forehead "Ow! You're dead cowboy!" I hissed as he ran off "You can't run from me!" Yelling I chased after him
