noa huffed as she walked down the stairs, still annoyed at conrad's sudden blow up at her for no reason. the girl had heard a commotion outside as she turned the corner into the living room, but before she could see what had happened her eldest siblings had rushed into the room.
"noa do not go out there" collins shook her head
"seriously that belly kid is messy" dean chuckled, "i feel bad for the girl she fully fell on to susannah, the cake was gone and the cake stand got completely smashed."
"yikes, maybe i should check if anyone needs help" noa spoke softly
"nah i think it's best you just leave it alone" dean tried to get his sister to drop it
"NOA! HERE YOU ARE!" poppy exclaimed entering the room as well
"poppy? whats wrong?" noa turned to her younger sister
"i um i overheard belly talking to conrad in the shower" noa's eyebrows furrowed at her words, "belly told him that you were the one to tell shayla about steven, omg and he bought her an infinity necklace and lied about it!" poppy finished speaking, trying to catch her breath.
"okay poppy calm down, i didn't know about the necklace, but i just got yelled at by conrad for telling shayla so believe me i've heard all about it" noa rolled her eyes
"seriously?"
"wait that dickhead yelled at you?" dean chimed in
"dean just drop it" noa pleaded with her older brother
"no noa, he doesn't get to yell at you for something you didn't do, i'm gonna ream him out"
"i already dealt with him, just leave it alone" noa scoffed
"fine"
"wait has anyone seen clay? i feel like he's been missing all day" collins asked
but before anyone could answer the missing james sibling entered the room, lifting his sunglasses from his face,
"oh hey guys, what's up?" he smiled waving at his siblings
"where have you been?"
"hanging with some chick, she was pretty cool" he chuckled
"who?"
"i think her name was gigi or something" he shrugged
"gigi? she's like obsessed with jeremiah" noa laughed
"well she didn't seem too obsessed with him when we were done" clay smiled as he itched the back of his neck
"god you're such a fuckboy" poppy rolled her eyes, "i seriously cannot believe we shared a womb for nine months"
"hey! we didn't do anything, just talked, kissed a bit" he shrugged, "she even asked me to escort her for the deb ball, i think i just might"
"well good for you little brother" collins laughed, before the rest of them joined in on the laughter
"i really love having you all here, i feel like we're never all together anymore" noa smiled sadly
"yeah we really don't, with collins working and dean at college, we never hang just us" poppy responded,
"oh pops come here, infact everyone come here, we're gonna have a sibling hug" collins smiled,
"seriously?"
"we haven't done this in years" dean chuckled
"exactly" collins smiled as all five siblings joined together for a hug
"aww michael look at them" rosie spoke looking at her kids as she came into the room, "such cuties"
their parents entrance making them all break apart from the hug,
"hey guys what's up?" noa smiled at her mom and dad
"we were just gonna head out and were coming to say goodbye" michael smiled, "do you kids wanna come with us or just get an uber when you're ready?"
"uh i think we're ready to head back, did you want to come with us noa?" collins asked her younger sister,
"i think i should stay, no point in running away" noa shrugged.
"i'm gonna stay with noa, i might just spend the night and head back tomorrow morning before we leave" poppy smiled
"okay well, let us know if you change your mind pops" rosie smiled, "and we'll see you in a few weeks for the deb ball no"
"okay then, bye guys, i love you all, thanks for coming" noa smiled hugging all of her family members goodbye.

a few hours had past since the party ended and now noa was sitting in the guest room with poppy on their phones.
"hey jere just texted me he's setting off the fireworks, do you want to come see them with me by the dock?" the younger girl asked noa
"nah, i think i might go grab some stuff from conrad's room, i don't really want to talk to him right now, let alone share a bed" the girl sighed
"okay just come hang if you change your mind" poppy smiled exiting the room
noa sighed once again before raising from the bed heading out the door her sister had left open for her, turning into conrad's room.
the girl felt tears beginning to fill her eyes as she picked up what she needed from the room, thinking to herself, how did her perfect holiday with her boyfriend turn into this mess?

the youngest sister had begun her descent down the stairs, in search of jeremiah and the fireworks once she had exited the back door, deciding to just wait at the dock instead of potentially missing the show.
as she walked down the back patio she noticed two figures already standing at the dock, looking exactly like conrad and belly.
deciding to fulfil her sisterly duty she headed down to the dock deciding to break up whatever the hell was going, before she was stopped by jeremiah who had been stuck in a stance watching belly and conrad.
she stood next to the boy in silence as they both watched the scene in front of them take place, they watched as belly and conrad began to lean into one another, looking like they were about to kiss
jeremiah raised a firework in the direction of the pair, deciding whether he should shoot it or not, but before he could come to a decision on his own a voice whispered in his ear
"just shoot it jere" poppy whispered,
the boy fired the firework immediately as the words were spoken the light making the pair of teens jump apart looking up at the two younger siblings who were standing at the house.
