My life, a path of twists and turns,
Of joy and pain, of laughter and burns.
I walk alone, in shadows so deep,
Feeling lost, unable to sleep.
The dreams I had, now seem so far,
The hope that once was, now a scar.
I search for light, in this endless night,
But it evades me, always out of sight.
My heart aches, with each step I take,
Wishing for someone, for goodness' sake.
But all I find, are echoes in my mind,
And memories that I just can't leave behind.
So I'll keep walking, down this lonely road,
Hoping someday, I'll find my abode
