You don't need "motivation" to take action towards your dreams. You need a "why".
If you know WHY you want to achieve certain things, you'll be disciplined enough to take action. Even on days when you don't feel like it. Because you know your why. Because you have a vision.
You cannot even imagine how many challenges we've faced in the last 5 years. Yes, we took the leap, quit our jobs, started a business, failed countless times, got up and did it all over again. But there were more than a million reasons to give up and say "I am not motivated". But we didn't. Because we know WHY we embarked on this journey in the first place. Because we're following our TRUE dreams, not things that are cool or imposed by society, parents, media etc.
So stop telling yourself that you need motivation. And start asking the right questions.
