Tw eating disorder

I got in my car and rided stright to Ranpo.
It took me about nine minutes and I was finally there.
I knocked on the front door two times and Fukuzawa opened them, I steped in and noticed that he has puke all over his clothes. Ranpo probably throwed up at him.
"Where is he?"
I asked.
"What do you want to do can I ask?"
"I want to check if he's alright I'm a doctor did you forgot?"
I said lifting her eyebrow a little and crossing her arms.
"Okay, he's in this room"
Fukuzawa said pointing to the room.
I came in, and in front of me I saw a bed and in it sleeping Ranpo. But as I walked closer his eyes opened, and he looked at me.
"Good morning Yosano~"
He said with a bright smile and started standing up.
"Ranpo, I am here to talk with you and check if your okay"
I stated siting on the side of a bed.
"Ehh? I'm okay don't you see?"
Ranpo said now with closed eyes again.
"Is vomiting after eating something okay?"
I asked but I obviously didn't need an answer as I knew it wasn't.
His smile faded and he was now looking down.
"So it wasn't a dream...?"
Ranpo asked sad.
"No it wasn't, and now we are going to talk about this okay? If it's what I think it is then it's realy serious and we can't put that aside"
I asked and took his hand in mine.
"Ranpo you know your like an older brother for me right? You and Fukuzawa saved me from the terrible life that I was living back then I was with mori. And thanks to that I now have agency and most impostant you. And you all are like a big familly to me, that I care about. And so I can't just look at you in this state and mot do anything of you will once again say that it's nothing. And put this aside, not only I will be extremaly woried but it can be deadly for you"
I said determined and wanted to say more but Ranpo looked like he was gonna say something so I let him.
"I didn't know I can die from it..."
He said and I kindly smiled and started stroking his hair.
"Yes you can so, can you please let me help?"
I asked him.
"Okay... The world will be probably a horible place withou the greatest detective in the world"
Ranpo said looking up a bit and now with somewhat hapier expresion.
"Thats right, so plese can we talk now?"
I asked, Ranpo hesitated a little but he said yes and we started talking.
Ranpo said to me about how he around a month ago started to think about what he's eating more. After he remembered someone in the past saying he will be fat if he'll eat sweets, because Kunikida asked him why he's eating them all the time. He then told me that he also started throwing up food on purpose, it hurted to hear all these things. And it hurted even more then he said that he even throwed up after our diner that we had with Fukuzawa.
After he was done I said to him to try eating again in small portions and with time making them biger. And thenever he would feel bad to say it to me or Fukuzawa. If it wouldn't help we would need to get him a therapist but hopefuly it will.
(Time skip one month later, third person pov)
Ranpo luckily did got better and even started to eat sweets again not so much like before but he's still getting better. He looks more truly happy and not as if he was just faking it. Ranpo also was strong enough to tell Poe about his dificulties with eating what's normal as they are boyfriends. Poe was scared to know that his boyfriend was hurting so much. But he was happy that Ranpo's getting better and wanted to help him the best he could.
