I personally started practicing yoga since November 2022.
I always thought it's not for me. But once I gave it a try, I can't stop.
The only reason I started practicing yoga wasto activate my chakras. Specific yoga asanas/poses/postures corresponds to each chakra.
Besides activating my chakras, through practicing yoga I also lost 22 LBS/10 kg in just 2 months. Losing weight was not intentional.
It helped me increase my energy levels, made my body more flexible and it's honestly the best way to start your day. I meditate first, though.
I practice yoga for 25–35 minutes daily.
If you want to raise your energy and vibrations, feel good in your body and understand the language of your body, yoga is the best tool to do it.
