Grace's POV
An hour and 30 minutes till my birthday
Technically its like 4 hours since I was born at 3 in the morning apparently but whatever. I'm just walking up the stairs since I got thirsty so I got a glass of water. On the way back to my room my phone dings.
I look at it and its from kyle. I open it and its says

I change direction and make my way to chase's room. I knock and the door and he opens. "What do you want" he rolls his eyes "Oh ookay just here to tell you I'm going out with kyle, what's wrong with you"
"Nothing is wrong and why are you going out with kyle" he mentioned "Because he asked and I said yes, fix up your attitude" I kiss my teeth walking away. I walk to my room and chose something to wear.
I'm going to be so cold but its worth it cause I look cute. I get a message from kyle telling me he's outside. I put on some shoes and go down stairs. I open the door and I see kyle's car. He gets out of his car, walks over to the passenger seat and opens the door for me.
What a gentlemen.
"Thank you" I say getting inside. He walks round the car and gets into the drivers seat. He reverses out of the estate and is now cruising on the road. "So why did you ask me to join you on your little late night drive" I ask
"Because I enjoy your company" he says driving out of the estate. "What are you even doing out in the first place" "I got bored at home so I just thought why not go on a drive" he replies
"So where are we even going" "I don't know anywhere, where do you want to go" "Umm 7 eleven I really want a slurpee right now" I say "Really you want a slurpee at eleven at night" he looks at me
"Look at the road not at me" I roll my eyes "But you are such a prettier sight to look at than the road" he says turning his head back smirking. "Obviously I am but that doesn't mean you have to put both of our lives in danger you can look at me when we are on ground"
15 minutes later we finally get, he parks the car gets out walks round to my side of the car and opens the door. As he should. We walk into 7 eleven and go straight to the slurpees. I get a super sized cup and fill it up with blue raspberry and kyle fills his cup with pina colada. We go to where the chips are. I get takis and kyle gets cheetos. We go wait in the line. After a bit we get to the front of the line the dude at the counter scanning everything he says that it comes up to $14.58. I make movement towards my bag but kyle stops me. "You are not paying" "I am cause I'm richer than you by a lot" I reply. I get 20 dollars out of my purse and hand it to the cashier. He gives me my change puts our things in a bag and we leave .
As we walk towards the car I can feel glares on me. I turn around and there are 3 middle age guys looking at me funny. I didn't bring any of my weapons with me today so if worse comes to worse I'm going to have to hand to hand combat. I didn't even realise but I have shuffled so close to kyle.
I think he realised that something was making me uncomfortable because he turned around and when he turn back he was looking furious. Without even thinking I take his hand and carry on walking. We finally get to the car and I hurry in. When kyle gets in the car he says "Grace umm why are we in the car if those fucking bozos were looking at you like that"
"Because I don't want to get into to anything right now but its so cute that you are getting all angry for me" I say. I kiss him on the cheek and take our stuff out of the bag. "Here you go" handing him his things.
"Just put it in the cupholder" he says starting the car up "What's the magic word" I raise my eyebrows "Really" he says bored with me "Yeah what's the word" I reply
"Please" he rolls his eyes "See it wasn't that hard was it now". Kyle reverses out of the spot and drives along the road. I take a sip of my drink and then ask where are we going. "Well it's a surprise" he says "I don't like surprises so just tell me" I admit
"Too bad you will see when we get there" he replies. I just roll my eyes. All for the 20 minute journey i was asking Kyle where we are going and he just would not give it up. I hate surprises with a passion. When I was in Canada a boy in my school decided he wanted to jump out of a corner and scare me. He ended up with a broken nose and jaw. Me and surprises just don't go together well.
Kyle parked his car so I guess we are at our destination. We aren't even on a road we both get out of the car. "Kyle what the hell is this"
He completely ignores me. He grabs my hand and drags me towards some edge. "Uhh no Kyle are you trying to get me killed or what"
" Grace calm down you can trust me". I don't know why but it did feel like I could trust him. "Now just look" he tells me. I look in the direction he points to and it's just so pretty.
The city was so beautiful. All of the buildings had their lights on which made it so beautiful. "Kyle" I say turning around
When I turned around, Kyle was holding some sort of velvet square box in his hands. He hands it over to me and I open it. I gasp "Happy birthday grace" he tells
"It's not my birthday yet" I say confused. He gets out his phone and shows me that it just turned to the next day
I can feel tears at the corner of my eyes. This boy did not. "Kyle you did not" I say not believing it. He takes the necklace out of the box and goes behind me. He pushes my hair to the side and puts it on me.
I turn round to come face to face to him. "You only deserve the very best Grace" kissing me on my cheek. I wrapped my arms around his neck and his arms go around my torso. "Kyle I can't even believe you did this for me thank you thank you thank you" I say on the verge of crying

After all of the messages I get jay and Eli ready for today. After they get their clothes in we leave my room
As we are leaving our room I see grey is also leaving his. "Happy birthday twin" I say smiling. He looks up from his phone and gives me a hug "Happy birthday" he says smirking

This makes me smile. I place Eli on the ground and go to hug mom and dad. It takes a long time for me to hug everyone but it got done. We don't have time for breakfast and gifts so we would just do gifts and then get food on the way to school.
Apparently there is someone at the door and dad is forcing me to open. Like isn't my birthday can't he get some else to do it.

I drag Veronica and Marcus in the house and introduce everyone to them. We all go to the living room where me and grey are getting our gifts.
Veronica and Marcus also told me that they are moving here permanently and that they will be going to my school even though they don't need to I'm so happy.
Me and grey sit on the floor and everyone gives us our presents one by one. After like 30 minutes We have finished getting all of our presents I still have one final one it's from nonno
Its a box which has the lid slightly open. I fully take off the lid and it there was a kitten.

I go up to nonno and give him a hug. "Thank you so much nonno".

Everyone starts clapping. An idea immediately pops into my head. I go over to Marcus and Veronica and whisper 2 different things in their ears.
Marcus starts playing the music. The circle of life. I go to the hallway and then walk back into the living room. I then pretend to break open that nut and put the stuff inside on her. I then stand on a chair and raise her to the sky at this moment Veronica is shining her flashing light at Luna.
Everyone starts clapping. I place Luna on the floor. "Well we need to go to school thank you everyone for the gifts" I say. I kiss Eli and jay goodbye and wave bye to everyone. "V Marcus come on"
Shit. I forgot about grey's gift. "Grey follow me" waving him over to me "what now" he rolls his eyes
I just ignore him. We all walk into the garage and there is grey's birthday present. "No you didn't grace"
He immediately rushes to the car and I go get the keys for him. "Grace I love you you are amazing" he shouts from the car "I know I am" I shout back.
I walk back over to the car and give him the keys. "Let's go to school" I say. Me Veronica and Marcus all get in greys car.
We first go get breakfast and then decide that we don't want to go to school till lunch so we just hang out.
It's finally lunch and we make our way into school.
Kyle's POV
It's grace and grey's birthday today. You might say that I spent way to much money on a girl that I'm not even dating but you don't know how I feel about her. She's the only girl I've ever probably liked
I have no idea how to wrap gifts so I'm getting my mom to do it for me. After she finishes wrapping grey's gift for me, I leave for school.
Today I have 3 classes with grace today and I won't lie I'm pretty excited. I get to school and go to my first lesson of the day.
Even after 30 minutes grace hasn't come into class. The lesson has ended and she still isn't here.
On my way to my next class and I see Clover Ava and Bridget in the hallway. I go up to them. "Hey do you guys know where grace" I ask them
"Nope we spoke to her this morning on snap but we haven't seen why you are asking tho" Bridget replies
"No reason" I lie. They all give each other a little look. "Well walk with me Kyle we have the next lesson together" Ava says
I'm a bit skeptical but nonetheless I go with her. Ava waves bye to clover and Bridget and we are left together. "Come on Kyle"
We walk in silence for a bit till she says something. "You better not hurt her". "What" I reply confused "Grace you better not hurt her I haven't know grace for a long time but I love her so you better not hurt her" she narrows her eyes
"I'm telling you now that is the last thing that I want to do" I comment "So what have you planned for your date with grace on Friday" she says
"What how do you know about that" I ask shocked " Be so for real right now Kyle I am one of grace's best friends and you think she wouldn't tell me about this crucial and important piece of information" rolling her eyes
So I start telling Ava what I have planned and by the sound of it I think she knows that grace will like it. I haven't even realised that we missed the first 10 minutes of class. I guess we have been walking in circle because we are outside my first period class
I tell Ava and she could care less. We do eventually get there. I don't even pay attention to the lesson.
The class has finally ended and now it's now break. I look everywhere that leonardo could and I can't find him. I text him and he's at the back of the school. I go there and he's chatting away with some guy I've never seen him hang out with "Yo do you know where grace is" I ask
"When she left this morning with grey they were going to get breakfast" he replies. Well that did help me a bit. I can't just text grace and say where are you, that's weird and creepy.
I go to the closest vending machine and get some chips. Break has ended and now I have gone to the third lesson of the day. I just go to sleep
After 50 minutes the lesson has finally ended and I go to my the next lesson. Grace should be in this one.
10 minutes of the lesson and grace still hasn't gotten here at this point I have no hope. I kinda have been obsessing with grace but not to the point where it is like really creepy. I'm not like that.
I did decide to actually pay attention in this lesson and before I knew it the lesson had already finished. I only listen once in a while and when I do the lesson goes really fast. Maybe I should I should start listening more in classes.
As if.
I make my way to the cafeteria and go to my table. It's not like I own the table or anything it's just were me and friends always sit so it's my table. Our table
There was this one time we didn't get to our table fast enough and there was a whole nother group sitting at our table
We eventually did get our table back but that was after a week of non stop fighting for the table and making it known to everyone that that is our table.
Since grace joined the school she became friends with those girls so our table has grown and we've all become friends. Kind of
I get to my table and just go on my phone. Over the course of the 15 minutes I was on my phone everyone has gotten to the table.
Jackson is sitting next to me so I take some of his food. "Hey" he says "Go get your own food" he tells me. I roll my eyes at him because that's never gonna happen. Like please
"Does anyone know where grace is" Bridget asks. Just as she says that the cafeteria doors open with grace grey and a random boy and girl.
The girls rush over to grace and engulf her in a hug. As they all come closer to the table I see that grace is wearing the necklace I gave her. That's make me smile
"What are you smiling about" Ali looks at me "Nothing" I lie "Sure" replying sarcastically. They all get to the table and grace introduces the girl and boy. " These are my best friends all the way from Canada Veronica and Marcus"
After we all got introduced to them grace said, "So where are Grey's and I birthday gifts" she grins. Everyone rolls their eyes at her but nonetheless take their gifts out for them. I get greys gift out but it looks a bit weird that I don't have a gift for grace.
"Before we start with gifts" Clover says. This makes grace and grey give her a confused looked. She went in her bag and brought out, two sashes and two crowns.
I then see grace grinning ear to ear. Clover gives the sashes and the grown to grey and grace and they put it on. "Now we can begin" she says
After 20 minutes everyone has finished giving grey and grace their present but I could feel Ava and Bridget staring at me.
"Thank you so much for all of the gifts love you guys so much" she says. Everyone is just talking amongst themselves.
Lunch is finished and I go to my next lesson. Just as I was going to walk into my class someone grabs me by my arm and drags me into a closet.

"Kyle you are late again" My teacher says. I just ignore her and walk to my seat. I just put my AirPods in and go on my phone.
Before I know it the lesson has ended. I'm excited now. I have a class with grace finally. I quickly rush to class. Damn this girl has got me whipped.
I get to class and wait for grace to arrive. 5 mins later she arrives and I start grinning. She gets to our table. "What are you smiling about" she asks smirking "Nothing" I lie
There is no way class has already ended I've been talking to grace the whole lesson it's felt like 15 minutes.
We are both walk out of class and I see that Veronica and Marcus are waiting outside for Grace. Before she leaves with them she tells me, "You better come to my party I'm really excited to see you there"

"You better come to my party I'm really excited for you to come" V and Marcus say mocking me "Shut the fuck up" I tell them.

We finally see grey walking up to us. This guys takes forever what does he need to do. Once the bell rings you should be out of there.

I have 5 dresses to choose from and I need their opinions. "Okay so talk to me while I get into the first dress" I tell them

I return back to my closet and try the third dress. "You will never guess what I heard today" Marcus announces "What" I say
"Well I was in the bathroom at school and some boys came in and they started talking about how there is going to be fight between two boys on Wednesday at the back of school during lunch I think their names were Miles and Andrew and that they are fighting because apparently Andrew's girlfriend was cheating on him with Miles and they are fighting to see who should have her but apparently Miles cousin who went to jail for like murder is like preparing him for the fight by giving him like a bunch of weapons so what I'm trying to tell you guys is that we have to go see the fight on Wednesday and -" he stops as I walk out
"Oh my gawd grace you look heavenly in that dress you look like a princess this is the dress I don't care about the other 2 dresses this is the one" V says "You think" I say unsure "I know this is amazing you look so beautiful in it" She replies
"Okay great Dress Number 3 is the one". I walk back into my closet and just change into some sweats. "Let me show you guys the last 2 dresses". I walk out holding the dresses one in each hand. "Yep we made the right call number 3 is it" Marcus states.
I place the 2 dresses on my chair and get on my bed with Marcus and V. "Okay so continue with what you were saying" I tell Marcus
"Okay so what I was thinking is that we get the information around that there is going to be a fight" Marcus says
"Great I'll start telling people now" I smile "I love fights so much remember when that bitch Rebecca tried fighting me" I mention
"Oh my goodness I do she really thought that she was all that but she wasn't. She really was just all talk" V responds
"I'm gonna go get the twins" I announce "Kay" Marcus replies. I go downstairs to the living room where the twins are. "Hey grace have you finally chosen a dress yet" Mom asks
"I have you guys are gonna love it" I smile "Come on babies let's go" taking their hands. We exit the living room and I ask how the twins day was. "It was weally good mommy we made cookies with grampa and grammy". Eli tells me
"That's great you know you guys will have to wear suits for mine and uncle greys birthday party you guys will look so cute" I say
"No mommy not cute handsome" Jay says. We finally get to my room and Veronica and Marcus are just playing with Luna
"Here they are" Veronica smiles coming off the bed to give them a hug "Hi Aunty V" the twins say in unison
"You guys ready for the party" she asks them. They nod their heads "Do you guys wanna watch a movie" I ask them
"Yeah" they smile. V gets back on the bed and I carry Eli and jay onto Marcus and V's lap. I get the remote and put on tangled.
Time Skip
"You guys look very very cute" I tell the twins "Mommy we have told you we look handsome" Eli rolls his eyes. "Okay okay you guys look handsome" "That's bwetter" Jay says
"How do you guys think I look" giving them a twirl. "You look wvery beautiful mommy" Eli tells me. "Thank you very much" I smile.
I take the twins' hands and go downstairs to the living room. I open the living room door and say "You guys ready to get this show on the road"
"Grace you look amazing" Xander says "I know".
"We going or not" I ask. We all walk out the door for a limo to greet us. We all get in and I put Jay on my lap and Eli on Marcus'. After about 25 minutes we get to the venue.
We all get out and we start walking to the main entrance but the security stops us "Grace and Grey please come with us" one of the guards say
"Umm okay". I kiss Eli and Jay on the head and then go with security.
We go round the back and go downstairs and then they tell us to go in some elevator. We go inside but it doesn't start moving for like 10 minutes.
When it starts moving up I can hear people cheering. "You ready" Grey asks "Damn right I am".
We finally get to the top and we can finally see everyone. I'm just so happy. There's a microphone in front of us so I guess we have to say something.
We step out the elevator and go to the microphone. "Thank you everyone so much for coming today, there are children here so lets keep it PG anyway let's get this party started" I smile. Everyone starts cheering again.
Time Skip
Right now my grandfather is introducing me to people. I mean they are all the same boring old white dudes. One of them even tried to slut shame me because I have children

You just know I put that cunt I'm his place. I need to get away from these people. Just as nonno tried to introduce yet to another person. V pulled me away saying that it was time I went on the dance floor. Bless her I love that girl.

"I want to kiss you right now" He tells me "I would love that" he smirks "but but but my parents are watching your parents are watching and they're children here so lets not". "I don't care" he says twirling me around "Well I do".
After a few more minutes of dancing and a whole bunch of flirting Kyle kissed me. Yes. Kyle kissed me in front of all of my family my friends and even his family. I mean its not like I dont want to kiss kyle. I do. But I was the one who told everyone to keep everything PG and I go ahead and do this. Not a good example.
We release from the kiss. "Bye" Kyle waves. So now I'm standing in the middle of the dance floor very awkwardly. I feel someone tap my shoulder so I turn around and I freeze.
