Nezza's POV:
We're currently at Jc's photo shoot for Tixxo and Chelsey Amaro told us before hand that Y/N Caylen, JC's cousin, is coming to surprise him. We haven't seen her in 3 years and I'm excited to see her again. Having her around is always a blast. We're half way done with the first half of the shoot when Chelsey walked away. I'm guessing she's here since Edwin Honoret gave her some sign. In 2 minutes, they walked in and we all wanted to scream and hug her but she told us to be quiet. We all took out our phones and started recording this interaction. She covers his eyes with her hands.
JC: yoo what the fuck
*it was quiet*
Jc: who's hands are these? Bebe I can't see
Chelsey: it's not me
JC: then who is it?
Chelsey: why don't you guess?
JC: is it one of them?
Chelsey: no
JC: then who?
Y/N Caylen: who's your favorite cousin?
JC: yoo Y/N?
*she uncover his eyes & he hugs her*
JC: oh my god!
*he laughs & pulls away*
JC: when did you get here?
Y/N Caylen: well I arrived in LA yesterday but I just got here with Ed
JC: I'm so happy to see you again
Y/N Caylen: I'm beyond happy to see you J
*he hugs her again*
JC: how long are you here for?
Y/N Caylen: until next week I have a show that's why I came to see you guys I wanted to give you guys tickets to come see me
*she pulled out tickets & gave it to him*
JC: you serious? You're singing again?
Y/N Caylen: yeah I missed it so I'm doing a few shows
*Nezza comes up & takes a ticket*
Nezza: I'm definitely gonna be there
Y/N Caylen: I was really hoping you do because I want to sing a duet with you to one of your songs
Nezza: oh my god yes I would love to
*she hugs her*
Nezza: god! We miss having you here!
*both pulled away*
Y/N Caylen: I miss being here with you guys
Crawford: when are you gonna move here?
Y/N Caylen: I don't know I'm taking over my parents studio but we are planning on having one over here so who knows maybe I'll come here for good
Chelsey: ahhh yess
Nezza: we have so m-
*Nezza's phone rings*
Nezza: hold on
My heart dropped as soon as they said my sister's name. I dropped my phone and started crying. They all ran to me and tried to calm me down. After a while, I told them what happened and Angiee started crying. Crawford took us to the hospital.
A few minutes later.
We got to the hospital and I couldn't wait for Crawford to park so I got off and ran as fast as I could to Y/N. In seconds, I got to the front desk and I was told to wait in the waiting room.
*the rest comes in running*
Angiee: what they say?
Nezza: to wait here
*Angiee starts pacing as Crawford hold Nezza*
Crawford: she's gonna be fine okay?
Nezza: she got into an accident I don't think she's gonna be fine
Chelsey: we got to stay positive
Jc: you're sister is strong and she's gonna need both of you to be strong
Angiee: they're right we have to stay calm no matter what
*they hug & doctor calls for the family*
Doctor: Y/N Méndez Hernandez?
Nezza: shes my sister
Doctor: hi Im doctor Ortiz
Angiee: how is she doc?
Doctor: she has a broken arm and a twisted ankle with a few stitches and bruises
Chelsey: can we see her?
Doctor: only one at a time
Angiee: Nezza you should go first
Nezza: you sure?
*she nods*
Doctor: right this way
*they started walking towards your room*
Doctor: i do want to let you know she's unconscious right now
Nezza: oh god
*she starts to cry*
Doctor: i know she'll wake up
*they got to your room*
Doctor: I'll check back in a few minutes if you need anything you can press that button I'll come running
Nezza: thank you
Two weeks later.
I thought she wouldn't wake up but she did just yesterday. Right now I'm signing the papers to release her and take her home with Angiee. I'm staying with them temporarily until she can handle some things on her own.
Your POV:
A month later.
Right now I'm at my doctor appointment with Nezza and Angiee. They've been my nurses these past two days. I can't really do anything on my own without their help. After a while, the doctor came in and did the check up.
A few minutes later.
Doctor Ortiz finished with the check up and walked out for a bit to order my prescription for the pains on both my arm and ankle. After a while, she came back and asked if we had any questions.
Y/N: would i be able to dance?
Doctor: not yet until your cast is off and you might stumble to get back into the groove
Nezza: what does she have to do to get back on her feet?
Doctor: as of right you will have to go to physical therapy I'm gonna recommend you the best one I know
*she writes it down & hands it to*
Angiee: how long until she takes off the cast?
Doctor: if she continues to do physical therapy and do easy but slowly exercise that the therapist recommends I would have to say in 2 to 3 months but as of right now stay away from dancing
Y/N: you got it dude
Doctor: any more questions?
*you all nod no*
Doctor: I'll see you next week at the the same time
All: thank you
Two months later.
After the crash, I wasn't allowed to dance yet. It's been 2 months and today I have my doctors appointment to get my casts taken off, hopefully. I broke my left arm and twisted my ankle. Angie and I are heading to pick up Nezza so we can go. I did a quick shower and changed into comfy clothes *swipe to see*.
I can't really do some things on my own so Angie had to help me on a few. Changing clothes was a bit hard for me but I still manage to do it on my own. She does have to help me on doing my hair but when she's not around or busy I would just leave my hair to dry on its own. As for makeup, Im able to do it with one hand but trying to use both hands but sometimes I just put on mascara and chapstick or lipstick and call it a day like Angiee.
I did my makeup *swipe to see* and I texted Angie to come to my room to help me with my hair *swipe to see*. In a matter of seconds, she came in and I told her what I wanted to do. She turned on my hair dryer and straightener. She started to blow dry my hair and soon was done.
Angie: so after the doctors what do you want to do?
Y/N: I was thinking we can do a photo shoot so I can announce my casts are gone
*she starts to do your hair*
Angie: you want to do it here or go somewhere else?
Y/N: if we're able to go to the beach, we can go there
Angie: I'll take my camera
Y/N: I hope I can dance again
Angie: you gotta take it slow just because you got it off don't mean you can just jump right in
Y/N: I know it's difficult to hear music and not be able to dance
Angie: I know I see you struggling everytime I'm cleaning and having loud music which I'm surprised we haven't been kicked out yet
*you both laugh*
Y/N: I just want to say thank you for being patient with me and taking care of me
Angie: you weren't easy but I'll always be here for you babes
Y/N: I know I'm sorry love
Angie: it's okay I know it's hard for you not to do things on your own and not dance
*she gives you a side hug*
Y/N: you're the best you know
Angie: thanks I know
*she flips her hair & you laugh*
Angie: alright I'm finished, what do you think?
*swipe to see*
Y/N: I love it thank you
Angie: welcome now let's go pick up Nezza and get coffee and get these off
An hour later.
We walked in my doctor's office and we waited for her to come in. We started to talk amongst each other and soon the nurse called to take my X–Ray. After my X–Ray, she put me in a room with Angiee and Nezza were waiting for me in.
A few minutes later.
The doctor came in with a worried look on her face and we all stared at each other confused on what she's about to say. They stand next to me each grabbing my hand. I could see that both Angiee and Nezza were having watery eyes.
Y/N: let's just get this over with I'm still going to have these cast on aren't I?
Nezza: say something doc
Angiee: I'm about to get an anxiety here please say something
*she looks at each of you*
Doctor: you're getting your cast off in 30 minutes
All: what?!
Nezza: seriously? That means I don't have to babysit her anymore
Y/N: hey!
*you softly pushed her*
Doctor: yes I'll be back with everything I'll be needing
*they all hug you*
Doctor: congrats Ms. Mendez Hernandez
45 minutes later.
I was admiring at the tools that were being use to take off my cast as Nezza vlogs this whole process for her channel. I was in tears as well as Nezza and Angiee but they're happy tears. I'll be able to move on my own. Oh my god! I can finally dance again! I've been waiting for so long to get back to dancing and I'm finally am.
Doctor: and we are one cast...
*ankle cast falls*
Doctor: free
Y/N: ohh I feel so good thank you
Doctor: you did all the work now time for your arm
*you nod*
Doctor: are you ready?
Y/N: let's do this
*a couple minutes later*
Doctor: and now we are cast free
*you start to softly move your arm as tears slip your eyes*
Y/N: well look at that I do have skin under this cast
*they all laugh & softly hug you*
Doctor: okay I do have to tell you to continue taking it slow and no dancing until you're therapist says it's okay
Y/N: oh come one please
Nezza: sis yo got to follow her orders
Y/N: fine I'll wait until I'm cleared
Doctor: with that being said you are free to go and if any pain happens feel free to call me no matter the time
All: thank you
I got my crutches since I'm still losing a bit of a balance and we walked to get a smoothie that was next door.
