All my efforts
all in vain
I ran so much,
But I couldn't catch the train
Now I'm watching it go,away from me
It's going far, and all I can do is see.
I worked so hard,
Gave my goal all my time,
But between success and failure,
luck drew the line .
People say "you build your luck"
Well, no sometimes you don't.
Sometimes you do too much
But luck kicks you and laughs at you for being such
You can't do anything, just sit there and wonder,
You saw spring coming, but it's rain and thunder.
