when i got home after visiting at the cafe, i sat on my bed and thought. did exer mean it romantically, or as a friend?? i love him too, obviously, but i mean it..romantically. n-not how he would ever feel about me. but, i want him to know that i love him too. it dosent matter if he loves me romantically or friend wise. i grabbed my bag, and pulled out a paper. i sat at my desk, and started to write.
once i was done, i put it in a pink envelope, sealed it shut, wrote "to: exer campbell from: david miller.", secretly kissed it, and put it in my mailbox, and went back inside. then, i called ron. when ron picked up, i explained what happened. "he say he love you, their no way its friendly." "BUT WHAT IF IT IS?!" "but it not." "fair point. thats all i needed, bye ron." "by-" i hung up the phone, and lay down on my bed, smiling.

when i woke up, it was a saturday. i decided to go check the mail. my dad had already left for work, so it was just me and lucy furr. when i opened the mailbox, it was mostlu just junkmail, but there was a pink letter, it was from david. i got butterflies for a second, then quickly headed inside to see what it was.
when i got inside, i fed lucy furr before i opened it. when i got the chance to, i opened it, i read "dear exer, i just wanted to say that, i love you too. you are my dearest friend, and i hope to nevet lose you. ps. i cant come to the cafe today, im a bit busy. have a good day!!" and theirs a small, almost unoticable, heart at the bottom of the page. my heart was beating, super fast. i shouted "AWW FUCK! HOW AM I GONNA ASK HIM OUT NOW?!" right after i said that, the phone rang. i picked it up, clearing my thoat. "hello?" "hi it ron" "oh hi ron, what did you need?" "uhhh.. would you.. PFF idk tellmeyourcrush?" "*sigh* only if you promise not to tell anyone, you big gossip!" i said, as my face got red. "yeayeahyeahyeah whatever!" "uhmmm my crush.. isss.. a guy.." "okk? i need name!!" "*sigh* its..david." my face got redder. "okcoolthanksbyeeeee-" ron hung up the phone. "i swear, that little bi-" my alarm went off, it was time for work. i sighed, AGAIN. i got all my things, and hopped on my bike. when i got there, pam was already there. great.
