Drew was pulling a large pink suitcase along with her, still laughing at the choice of color that Delilah picked when they had shopped for new luggage for the nanny to go back home, since her old one had broken.

Delilah was next to Drew holding her hand even though Drew had declined since she was bashful, she was acting like a kid being taken care of by a nanny. But she couldn't say no again when her nanny practically pleaded with her for that.

"Do you still remember when you stopped walking and kept staring at the popcorn on the counter on the Disney trip with your mom and dad?" Delilah giggled while indicating a popcorn stall in front of the souvenir store.

"That was embarrassing, Lilah," Drew shut her eyes and felt shy about that.

"We tried to ask if you wanted the popcorn, but you kept shaking your head at us whenever we tried to point at almost all of the popcorn there. But, in the end, when your dad was going to pay for all the flavor of the popcorn, you seemed stressed out. You cried and told us you just want a key chain in the souvenir store behind it," Delilah chuckled while her eyes still linger on the popcorn store.

"Dad still paid for it, he told me we could keep them for our trip later since we would spend a week there, and we might need more. And then, you and mom took me to the souvenir store to get the turtle keychain that I wanted," Drew smiled at the nostalgic memory of their family trip as she gently squeezed her nanny's hand and looked at her.

"That wasn't that bad, there were only 8 flavors of popcorn, and we all ate it pretty fast to finish them before we arrived in Japan," Delilah giggled while using a free hand to wipe off the tears of laughter.

Neither of them liked to do this whenever Delilah took her flight and returned to her city even though she would come back again within a few months. But this time Delilah might take years to come back again since she was officially retired and had to take care of her family.

Deep down, Drew knew her nanny should go since she had extended three weeks staying here for her, but her daughter's due date was getting near, and Delilah had to stand by for her.

The pair eventually reached the departure gate, and Drew had so much emotion weighing in her heart. However, she made it cool and quickly pulled her nanny into a hug and said, "I need a lot more beer and seafood when I go to see you."

The soft-hearted woman couldn't hold her tears again after she and the woman she thought of as her own child shared a long cry yesterday. She gently used a hand to hit her kiddo's back and sniffled, "Min Min, I don't like it!"

Drew chuckled as she quickly used a hand to wipe her tears, "I don't like it either, Lilah. But I'm happy for you." They pulled away and Drew rested both of her hands on her nanny's shoulders and assured her, "I will go and see you, I promise."

"You better, and I hope you will do that with Giselle," Delilah sniffed softly as Drew rolled her eyes with an uncontained smile, "I'll try. Maybe I'll take Amy too."

Delilah chuckled and gently patted Drew's upper arm knowing she was trying to brighten up their mood and she chimed in, "A double date would be perfect for the trip there."

"Let's just hope that to be true," Drew just had to admit instead of letting her nanny worry about her. She gently pushed the suitcase closer to her nanny and took her hand to put on the handle as she smiled, "Have a safe flight, Lilah."

"Thank you, Min. Now go," Delilah started crying again and dismissed Drew.

Drew sniffed softly and gave a wave at her nanny again before walking away and said, "Send regards to Uncle Jackson and Deborah for me!"

Delilah kept nodding her head and waved her kiddo off. The view of the tan skin plum lady in her favorite green flora sundress, high bun, and a big pink suitcase next to her was disappearing when Drew looked over her shoulder to see her nanny once again at the exit of the terminal.

Another week passed, and Drew could cope living alone in her house without Delilah since they still kept in touch from time to time whenever they could. Besides, she had to stay up late because her work piled up after Nancy took her maternity leaves.

Drew had to take over Nancy's admin paperwork, and she was thankful Giselle was like another pair of hands for her. With her quick learning and attentive skills, she could speed up their work and help take the weight of the burden from Drew's shoulders.

They didn't have much time to talk asides from lunch break, but Drew was happy they could at least spend their precious 50 minutes phone call when they were driving home.

Drew checked the time it was 8 p.m. and she decided to chill a little before she was ready to go home and would spend her weekend rushing a dateline job for next week's meeting. She was thinking she could take back the report from Giselle and continue it herself because she wanted her cutie friend to take a short break after all her effort in helping. She shouldn't be spending her time working at home on the weekend.

Drew turned the volume up a bit when her favorite K-pop song was playing on the radio station which she had linked to on her PC. It was relaxing and nice whenever she was listening to help relieve the stress, and she happily hummed along with the lyrics. Meanwhile, she heard a soft and cute voice across from her.

It was an adorable view to look at the brunette happily humming and bobbing her head while jotting something in her notebook. However, Drew couldn't help but grin while she was humming when she found out they seemed to be in sync on the song.

They kept this humming for a few beats and Giselle whipped her head with her light brown eyes shot wide and grinned, "Are you listening to Black Pink's Pink Venom?"

A wave of giggles filled the office, Drew and Giselle found they easily had a lot in common with each other. It wasn't a surprise that they would enjoy listening to the same music, and Drew only nodded her head. The adorable brunette's face was pinkish after too much laughter as she started composing her breathing and asked, "Who do you like in this band?"

Drew hummed softly while looking at the brunette's light brown eyes and said, "I like Lisa. She has beautiful big eyes."

"Oh, I like Jennie, her eyes are so sexy!" Giselle grinned as her eyes were gazing at her senior's eyes.

They fell into silence and Drew wondered if she should look away or stay when she realized the brunette was still gazing into her eyes. "I always think small eyes are pretty because they always look like they're smiling. Hmmm... just like yours."

Drew almost got choked with her own spit when she was swallowing since she never get a nice compliment about her eyes like that. Instead, her parents and nanny always joked that they couldn't see her eyes whenever she was smiling. The taller girl realized her face was heated and she quickly cleared her throat to distract the brunette's attention from her face, "I'm gonna go home early. Want to go with me?"

"Okay!" Giselle just chimed in and was ready to pack her stuff.

After the pair claimed their car in the parking lot, when Drew was ready to open her car door, she was interrupted by her phone vibration in her suit pants pocket. Drew chuckled and knew the brunette wanna declare a winner as she picked up the phone, but the brunette sounded panicked from another line, "Oh my! Drew, I can't start my car."

By the evidence, the brunette seemed to have gotten into her car ahead of the taller girl. Drew brushed off the fun and briskly walked toward the brunette's car and asked, "Do you still remember when was your last time to replace the battery in your car? I'm afraid your car's battery is completely discharged."

"Erm... I'm not sure. My dad replaced it at the beginning of last year I guess," Giselle still sounded nervous.

Drew slightly panted since the distance they parked was far away and a pair of her high heels wrestled with her speed. She already knew the direction to find the brunette and she was grateful the pretty girl had told her the lot she parked in before they went off to take their cars. Finally, the view of the brunette trying to start her car engine in her white Honda city was only a few steps away from the taller girl.

"Hold on, Giselle. I'm almost there," Drew quickly said to calm down the poor panicked girl. When the brunette looked up, a trademark smile spread on her pretty face, and she was relieved when her senior was coming toward her side.

Giselle put her hands on her own lap and waited for Drew to test her car once again. Drew had put two and two together which would be the battery issue. When she tried to start the car, there was totally no sign on the car meter board.

Drew stood away as she looked at the brunette in the car and explained, "I think we can confirm the battery is off. My bad, I should have kept the charger in my car, but I forgot to put it back after I charged it at home. Do you mind if you keep your car here, and we will come back tomorrow after I took the charger with me? At least I can charge your car for us to drive it to the nearby workshop to replace a new battery."

"It sounds like a plan. Maybe I can sleep over at your home. So, you don't have to send me home, and we can directly come back here the next day," Giselle suggested and seemed cool with it.

Meanwhile, Drew was caught off guard by the idea that her favorite cutie was going to stay overnight at her place. Besides, she genuinely wanted to help Giselle and she didn't even think about the fact that they would share the same car on the journey either. The spontaneous plan was too sweet and perfect. And now the taller girl was mentally thrilled that they would spend more time together and have more privacy outside of their workplace.

"If you don't mind," the brunette quickly added, and she seemed embarrassed by her suggestion by the evidence of her pinkish face and ears.

"No, no! I'm happy with that," Drew was shocked by the choice of her words dripping from her mouth smooth like butter.

"Okay, let me get my stuff then we can go!" Giselle chimed in as Drew chuckled and quickly help the brunette to take her stuff along with her since she already put hers in the trunk of her car.

The pair didn't talk but smiled to themselves when they were walking side to side toward Drew's car. They got into Drew's Black Vios after putting Giselle's belongings in the back seat of the car and Drew couldn't hide her smile when the faint fragrance from the brunette was so nice for her and the closeness from her was just right in the passenger seat of her car. Drew shook her head but still grinned, quickly started her car, and was ready to drive off.

Drew let the radio play in the car to entertain the brunette next to her since she needed to focus on the road even though she wished she could spend more attention on the cutie, but safety first.

"Look, that's the grilled burger I was craving yesterday!" the brunette excitedly pointed at the food truck on the roadside.

"Oh?" Drew blurted she just realized this food truck was the one near her house, and she was getting embarrassed the brunette would find out her home was actually near her workplace.

"Mr. Fatty Burger is famous, and you actually can find this everywhere since there have a few food trucks," Giselle said excitedly Drew was relief a little and she pulled over her car next to the food truck and the brunette added, "I will always get this one before I got back to my home for a treat."

Meanwhile, the pair's eyes flew wide, and they looked at each other. "Where is your house? This place is only about 7 minutes from my home," Drew eventually admitted her house location.

The brunette gasped cutely and wondered, "Oh my! Is your house on road SJ 18?"

Drew chuckled shyly, "Close enough. But mine is SJ 20. What about yours?"

Giselle bit her lips and said sheepishly, "SJ 17."

The taller girl and brunette burst into laughter and just realized they had spent an extra 30 minutes driving instead of hanging up their calls. Drew leaned her back against her seat and laughed heartily, "I had seen this truck all the time whenever I passed by, but I never tried this burger before."

"No way! What a shame you never try the yummiest burger in the town," Giselle cried out with a giggle she gently used her knuckle to tap her senior's upper arm, and suggested, "What about we get roti from The Curry House after we get the burgers?"

"Sure, I got condensed milk and Milo in my house for you," Drew smiled softly and quickly added by seeing the brunette's excited face, "But I won't eat them with condensed milk since I will have a chicken egg burger and plain roti will do."

"You're so sweet! And I'm okay with that!" Giselle beamed.

"Good. I'll go to get burgers for us, can you stay and take care of the car for me?" Drew asked softly but the brunette shook her head and said, "Hmmm... What about we go to get our burgers together? Because I wanna add on the special sauce for my burger!"

Drew couldn't help but smile at the giddy brunette and she had to agree and not disappoint the girl, "Okay." Giselle happily squealed with a pump fist.

"Anything for you," The taller girl said in a small voice to herself. She didn't need more from the brunette since spending time like that would get them closer. Drew admired the brunette who was making a call and assumed she was talking with her parents and her tone was lovely. After the brunette ended the call, Drew turned off her car and they got out of her car and walked to their first stop for taking out their supper.

A/N: Should I put a trigger warning for a food attack next time? It is the burger that everyone loves as supper. Especially late at night and the smell is so tempting while you pass by their stall or truck! It is a local grilled burger in our country. I think I have mentioned a drink Milo in previous chapters. Maybe some of you might confuse about what it is. That's okay, I will share it in the next chapter!

Oh! This would be a special month for me. So, I posted 4 chapters in one shot. I hope you gays enjoy!
