Haseena was recovering and was much better now..she could go outside but was strictly forbidden to stay in sunlight for more than 30 minutes. She was happy that she could get to see some outside world, apart from the four walls of her ward room...
She smiled remembering how Anubhav took care of her all this time..and that not-so-intended kiss of theirs made her blush even now..she knew they are more than friends now..but didn't expect much from him as she knew he would definitely won't feel the same. Yes, she loved him..beyond all boundaries..but she also gave him reasons to hate her to the core..after the drama that happened in the past..she just hoped for their divine friendship to remain.
Anubhav, on the other hand, truly never felt the urge to go beyond friendship..because his heart was already enveloped by a layer of fear..fear of getting broken. Friendships don't give heartbreaks..(only if the friend is right)..so he thought staying as friends is the best option.
Karishma tried to mend her ways and apologize to her brother..but he was always reluctant to forgive. Nope, you can't blame him. She was now totally focused on her career and family life with her loving husband and Pushpaji..not to forget, the whole MPT. She now handed over their sibling relationship to god and hoped that he'll forgive her someday.

Ammi- beta, hum theek hain..tu baith ja..
HM- Kya theek hain ammi? Apka BP low ho gaya tha..chakkar aa rahe the apko..hum waqt par kitchen se nahi aate toh?(she said scolding)
Ammi- Ammi hum hain..tum nahi..kabse daat rahi ho..(she frowned)
HM- Ammi(sighed deeply)..Kyu dhyan nahi rakhti aap apna?(she said emotionally, holding Ammi's palm between hers)
Ammi- beta, galti meri nahi hai..umar badh rahi hai..ab aise problems toh aayenge hi na...
HM- Kuch umar nahi hai apki abhi..ekdum young hain aap..Abbu dekhte toh aaj bhi fida ho jaate aap par..(she said teasingly)
Ammi- Hatt badmaash..(she hit HM's shoulder playfully..Haseena smiled and went back to the kitchen..not before covering Ammi in her comforter)
Ammi's POV
Haseena..kaise sambhalegi meri bacchi khud ko mere baad? aakhir main amar toh nahi hu na..maut toh sabko milni hi hai ek din..phir kaun khayal rakhega iska zindagi bhar? Anubhav ko bhi sirf dost hi maanti hai ab..khair, uski bhi galti nahi hai..par ek humsafar ki zaroorat toh hamesha rahegi na..par kaise kahun usse? jaanti hun chahti hai woh Anubhav ko..par uss rishte ko dosti ka naam dekar ruk gayi hai..par aise zindagi bhar toh nahi chalega na? kuch sochna padega humein..Haseena se baat karni padegi.

"Ji, hum dekhte hain agar koi mil jaye toh..arre ismein shukriya ki koi zaroorat nahi..accha, hum rakhte hain", Maa cut the call and looked in front only to get horrified at the sight of her kitchen.
Maa- ANU!(she shouted)
Anubhav looked at her and gulped in fear..he was trying to bake a cake for his Maa as it was his father's birthday today..but this resulted in the interior designing of Maa's bechara Kitchen..
AS- M..maa hum woh bas..(cut by Maa)
Maa- abhi..abhi nikal mere kitchen se..aur Kamla kahan hai?
AS- Woh toh paudhon ko paani dene gayi hai..(he replied like an obidient child)
Maa- paudhon ko paani dene ka kaam tujhe diya tha maine..(she said glaring)..apni negotiation ghar ke bahar rakh ke aya kar, warna nikal dungi main ghar se..(she said warning)
AS (mumbled)- batao, IB Chief ko bhi apni maa se katuvachan sunne padte hain..(helplessly)
Maa- kya bola tu?(squinting eyes)
AS- K..kuch nahi..
Maa- IB Chief ho ya Army Chief..Maa ke katuvachan sabko sunne padte hain putr!(she said smirking, giving him a shock)..tujhe main tujhse zyada jaanti hun..ab yeh badi badi aankhen mat dikha aur jhadu lekar aa..lag raha hai aate ki holi kheli thi kichen mein..(she said looking aroung the flour laden floor of the kitchen)
Anubhav ran to bring the broom to avoid further showering of taunts by his dear Maa..
AS- Waise, kiska phone tha Maa?(he asked, ensuring that Maa's anger had cooled)
Maa- Salma ji ka..(she said, gulping some water)
AS- Ammi ka? woh theek haina?
Maa- bilkul theek hain..bas kuch madad chahiye thi unhe hamari..
AS- Madad?
Maa- haan..Woh Haseena ke liye ladka dhundh rahi hain..toh humse pucch rahi thin nazar mein koi ho toh..(she said, wiping her sweat with her saree)
AS- Oh..(he replied with no special expression)
Maa- tere department mein hai kya koi? agar ho toh bata dena..Salmaji kaafi pareshaan hain Haseena ki shaadi ko lekar...
AS- Ji ji..hum chalte hain, office ke liye deri ho rahi hai..(he said removing the apron and went out)
Maa- aree par! chala gaya..aaj toh chhutti thi iski..(confusedly)
