I worked on my geometry homework as I sat in the corner of the cafeteria, quietly eating my lunch. This was a normal day for someone like me. I closed my book and packed up before taking my tray and throwing it away. A table of all girls went quiet as I walked by.
I'm used to this treatment by now. I've been treated this way for going on three years. They say your junior year is the year were everyone is completely understanding of one another. So why am I an outcast? Is it so wrong to stay pure until my wedding night?
I walked into the hallway and got numerous glares from any I walked past...except for one.

Being a new kids was never something I liked, but it can't be helped. My dad's in the military so we're constantly moving from place to place about every four to five months.
I've been at this school for a week and it seems like a typical high school to me. But there's this one girl who you can tell is pure. She completely shy and stays away from everyone.
"Exactly who is that girl?" I asked one of the guys I was hanging with.
"That's Catalina Cartel. She's a junior but she's definitely not normal. She's all about saving her body for her marriage. Its really lame if you ask me." Someone answered.
I watched as her long blonde hair swayed with every step she took. Our eyes connected and for a split second, I saw loneliness in her eyes.
