In a random ware house one of the gang leader of quirk drug dealing is running away looking back he saw no one but he then look up and saw a shadow figure he just run and run
Izuku:I just love the smell of FEAR!!
Izuku shouted echoing the warehouse as the gang leader just run until he saw the exit sign he was relief he was that he saw it he was about to escape....until the shadow figure suddenly appeared in front him
Making him stop his tracks he didn't know how he got in front but as he was about to inject the quirk drug his entire left arm has been cut he screams in agony and kneels down crying while keeping pressure on the cut arm he then look up to him and ask
Gang Leader:W-w-what are you???
As the figure stood right in front of him and said the words that every hero,every villain and every people hear will fear him

Izuku said as the leader started to breathing heavily and rapidly
