Today is pops court hearing and I been having a rollercoaster of emotions. Mari not making it no better she keep crying for pops and trey ass is still not here, the day barley started an im already over it

"This photo looks bad but if you look at the bottom left it has a logo on it when I did my research on it I found out that's a logo to a photoshop app , can you zoom in on the hand please"He said
"Now if you look closely you can see that Mr.Smith finger look funny and that's because someone photoshopped a gun into his hand which originally was a black n mild"He stated
"Now can we see evidence 4F, now this is the original photo"He said then he went next to pops
"Mr.smith got charged with murder for quantavious AKA quez , I went back and seen Mr.Smith son jaylon was a witness and he stated that Mr.Smith was out with his family I also got pictures and the time it was took was the same time quantavious was murdered my client was no where near that area"He said
"Please show evidence 10A, This is the picture that was took , Mr.Smith was at a indoor play area with his kids. This family picture was took at 10:30 look at the top to see the time and quantavious was murder at the same time"He walked back to his seat

"I will like to call Mrs.Washington to the stand"She said. When the side doors opened we see Nicole being escorted to the stand by officers , she glanced at us an smirked

"These are Mr.Smith medical records. Can you go to 24C only , My client went to the hospital as he said in the recording as you can see he had a deep cut an had to get stitches"He said

As time went by in court they didn't bring up any new evidence against pops they basically was saying the same thing. On the other hand Mr.Mill was pulling evidence out the ass proving pops is not guilty.
"All rise"The judge said
"Mr. Smith I just want to apologize to you for doing time for things you didn't do and how you was being treated I will make sure all the officers involved will be dealt with"She said
"You won't be going back to prison but you will be in a half way home for 3 months. Court is adjourned"She said as she hit her gavel
"Come on I'll take us guys to your dad, they only gave y'all 30 minutes"Mr. Mill said

"How bad was the meltdown on a scale from 1-10 1 being the least 10 being the worst"She said as she wrote in her journal

My mom always told me god give the toughest battles to the strongest people and you are so strong Paris despite all the hurtful things you been through that still doesn't stop you from taking care of that little girl you have a roof over her head you have clothes on her back you feed her every day you get her everything she needs you do all this while you're hurting that's why your so strong" She ranted
