He got my uniform of the top of the draws and threw it at me then just walked out of the room without saying an other word he never was much of a talker

I guess staying in my bed all day wouldn't be the best idea anyway my dad would get proper pissed
After I reluctantly pulled on my uniform,took my meds then put a little bit of make up on so I don't look like I just crawled out of the sewers.
I quietly started walking down the stairs.
"Ah Jayla were u sneaking off to I made u some toast"my dad said cheerfully from the kitchen.he seemed to be in a good mood today
"Thanks dad" I said happily taking the chipped plate out of his hands and eating the toast this is the first time he's made my breakfast since I was like 4.
"I remember when I was in year 9 the girls got proper fit that year and I-" my dad started going on and it kinda grossed me out.
"You mean like 50 years ago" I chuckled as I cut him of I immediately regretted it as I felt him staring at me out the corner of his eye while he was washing the pots.

"Oh nothing"I nervously laughed.God I should of just let him talk.
"No it's ok go on"my dad said as he leaned on the table to look look me in the eyes.

"Yo u coming we're leaving for school"Cory said as he poked his head round the kitchen door.
"Yep just leaving" I said as I pushed past him rushing out the kitchen before my dad could say anything. I picked my bag up of the stairs then ran out the house

"Mhmm"she quickly answered but lost in her thoughts wondering why her dad switched up that quick.Hopefully he's not that mad when she gets back from school she gulped at her own thoughts.
"You sure?""what was dad saying?"Cory said worried that his dad might of said something to upset his little sister.
"Nothing god is this a fucking interview I said im fine so I am" she snapped back annoyed of all there questions.
Jordan and Cory quickly glanced at each other they we're both surprised by her little outburst but then again she dose have slight angry issues I mean they all do I guess it comes from there dad."Alright alright we were only asking"

We finally arrived at school after it felt like we were walking for years.
shit I checked my phone and it was 8:56 great we're late.
We all walked to the front of the building to go through the office hopefully we can sneak to form without anyone spotting us
To late just as we entered the door we were immediately spotted
"Right u all stop there"a familiar voice stopped us.

"Good morning nice of u both to finally join us" miss carter said sarcastically she was my English teacher last year I heard from a mate she's the head teacher now tho
"Not are fault she takes 7 years to get dressed"i replied I was kinda annoyed at jayla cus I wanted to chat up some girls before school
.I didn't want to say anything to her tho because she looked kinda upset and I didn't want to make it worse.
I looked at Jordan but he didn't say anything he just rolled his eyes.
"Who?" Miss carter asked genuinely confused.
"What do u mean who? Jayla obviously"Jordan answered her like she was the dumbest human in the world.
Miss carter looked at Jordan then looked at me "there's no one there?" She said.Like it was the most obvious thing ever.
Me and jord quickly turned around and they was
in-fact no one there "fuck sake"I said under my breath but I'm pretty sure she heard me.
"Right you to go off to form don't want to waste any more time"she slightly snickered at the confused look on mine and Jordan's face wondering we're are sister was.

Fuck fuck fuck all I took was a packet of Jaffa cakes why is this guy so pissed.
"Oi u Come back here now" the shopkeeper shouted while chasing after me.he has been running after me for about 5 minutes dose this guy have nothing better to do than chase a 13 year old for a pack of Jaffa cakes.
"Why u following me I didn't do nout"I turned my head around to shouted back while I carried on running forward but a 5 year old could tell I was lying.
"Yeah yeah sure u didn't kid" he called after me man this guy won't give up
"IT WAS JUST A PACK OF JAFFA CAKES YOUR HARDLY OUT OF BUSINESS"I shouted at him while I sprinted across the road the shopkeeper was about to follow me when a car voomed passed

I got to school just before break and had to explain to miss carter why I was late and why I had "made my brothers late as well"thanks alot Cory
I was currently sitting with my mates Blake and April.
April has been my best friend since reception
When she gave me her fruit winder at break
What a legend.
But in year 7 she went to the Muslim school.We were both kinda excited to find out about Ackley bridge cus we will finally be in school together again.
Me and Blake just clicked as soon as we met in year 7 we were both in isolation and I just started waffling to him because I was bored and I don't know how to shut up.then we both just started talking more and more then we would always hang out then no one could keep us apart and I can see he is becoming good friends with April since I have introduced them like 30 minutes ago.
We were all talking about the usually stuff;which teacher looks like they touch up kids,how much better Manchester United is than city that kinda thing.
When all of a sudden Cory spotted me then stormed across the court yard.

"Oi where were u this morning"he asked once he was standing in-front of me. He was clearly annoyed that I wondered off.

"hmmm" "where was I this morning" I answered in a singy song voice I was trying to annoy him but I couldn't tell if it was working or not.
Blake let out a small laugh at my song until April elbowed him

Blake and April bursted out laughing at my reaction
I for one didn't find it funny but I don't think Cory did either.
"Jayla u need to-" Cory started talking but I cut him off
"No u need to buy me some more Jaffa cakes"
April and Blake were still laughing there heads of at the situation
"Jayla stop" I could tell he was getting more and more annoyed at me "you need to stop messing around"
"But-"
"You know what dad will do so just stop now"
I was about to reply to him but then Jordan came running out of the building with a bunch of girls following after him.
